【摘要】：龍灣地區(qū)作為北京市確定的東部淺山區(qū)發(fā)展帶的重要節(jié)點，具有淺山區(qū)面積大、林木覆蓋率高、水源充沛、文化及旅游資源豐富等特點。立足龍灣地區(qū)發(fā)展實際，該地區(qū)緊抓建設(shè)淺山聯(lián)絡(luò)線機遇，，全力推進淺山旅游核心區(qū)建設(shè)，著力打造淺山旅游核心區(qū)。龍灣地區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展度不高，百姓參與度差，制約著龍灣地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。通過轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展模式，引進先進的市場管理模式，差異化旅游產(chǎn)品，重組人文和景色的獨立模塊，整合成綜合性的、體驗式的、有景色相輔助的高水準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)項目。通過對龍灣地區(qū)的情況分析，結(jié)合相關(guān)理論，對該地區(qū)的旅游項目進行了短期與長期規(guī)劃，以使該地區(qū)擺脫旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)不溫不火的境況。對近期規(guī)劃的實施已使龍灣地區(qū)發(fā)生了巨大的變化，實現(xiàn)了巨大經(jīng)濟價值，2012年當(dāng)年增加屬地收入2000余萬，增加就業(yè)崗位800人。并且，旅游經(jīng)濟的增長還拉動了社會效益、環(huán)境效益的增長，包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、村容村貌、交通等方面都得到了整體的提升。本文也想通過對龍灣地區(qū)旅游的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的成功范例的介紹和分析，使該地區(qū)的旅游戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃模式能推演到更加廣闊的天地。
[Abstract]:As an important node in the development zone of the eastern shallow mountainous area, Longwan area is characterized by its large area, high forest coverage, abundant water resources and rich cultural and tourist resources. Based on the actual development of Longwan area, the area clings to the opportunity of constructing the shallow mountain liaison line, promotes the construction of the mountain tourism core area, and makes great efforts to build the shallow mountain tourism core area. The development of tourism in Longwan area is not high, and the participation of common people is poor, which restricts the economic development of Longwan area. By changing the development model, introducing the advanced market management model, differentiated tourism products, reorganizing the independent modules of humanities and scenery, integrating into comprehensive, experiential, scenery assisted high standard service items. Based on the analysis of the situation of Longwan area and the related theories, the short and long term planning of tourism projects in this area is carried out in order to get rid of the situation of low temperature and no fire in tourism industry in this area. The implementation of the recent plan has changed the Longwan area greatly and realized the enormous economic value. In 2012, the income of the territory increased by more than 2000 million and the number of jobs increased by 800 people. Moreover, the growth of tourism economy has promoted social and environmental benefits, including infrastructure, village appearance, transportation and so on. This paper also wants to introduce and analyze the successful examples of tourism strategic planning in Longwan area, so that the tourism strategic planning model in this area can be deduced to a wider world.
