旅游虛擬社區(qū)隱性知識轉(zhuǎn)移影響因素研究
[Abstract]:The existence of the Internet makes it possible for people to exchange information even if they are thousands of miles away or never know each other. With the growth of Chinese Internet users and the increase in Internet penetration, the convenience of using the Internet as a platform for information exchange has been further enhanced. A variety of virtual communities have emerged. Tourism virtual community, as one of them, provides an important channel for tourism lovers to exchange information and transfer tacit knowledge. This paper mainly starts with four aspects: transfer subject, transfer medium, transfer content and transfer situation, and construct the model of influencing factors of tacit knowledge transfer in tourism virtual community, and obtain first-hand data by questionnaire survey. SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used to test the model. The empirical study found that: Self-efficacy, community motivation, tacit knowledge characteristics, trust and mutual benefit are the main influencing factors of tourism virtual community tacit knowledge transfer, and the degree of influence from big to small is: self-efficacy, community motivation. The characteristics of tacit knowledge, mutual benefit, trust. In addition, there are also significant differences in tacit knowledge transfer behavior among users with different educational background, long registration time and participating forms. There is a significant difference between the members with an education level of junior middle school and those with a higher level of education in the transfer of tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge transfer behavior of users whose registration time is less than half a year is significantly different from that of users whose registration time is one year or longer, but there is no significant difference between users who provide information and those who seek the same visitors. But there are significant differences between users who browse information and seek help. Finally, some feasible suggestions are put forward to promote the tacit knowledge transfer of the tourism virtual community, including: promoting the self-efficacy of the tourism virtual community users, establishing a perfect community incentive mechanism and implementing it. Reasonable use of the characteristics of tacit knowledge, increase the degree of trust between users of tourism virtual community, create a mutually beneficial community atmosphere, strengthen the improvement of tourism virtual community.
