北京通華國(guó)際旅行社有限公司薪酬體系再設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著傳統(tǒng)的重工業(yè)在世界范圍內(nèi)對(duì)環(huán)境造成的影響越來(lái)越大,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為“朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)”越來(lái)越受到重視,但是我國(guó)的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)由于屬于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的服務(wù)行業(yè),其對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響及在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位均較弱,因而在行業(yè)管理和研究上較為落后。 本文以中小旅游企業(yè)及北京通華國(guó)際旅行社有限公司為研究對(duì)象,立足于當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外的薪酬基礎(chǔ)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前中小旅游企業(yè)薪酬制度的了解,以及對(duì)北京通華國(guó)際旅行社有限公司的薪酬體系進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,,去發(fā)現(xiàn)目前公司薪酬管理體系的問(wèn)題和缺陷,并說(shuō)明設(shè)計(jì)出一套符合北京通華國(guó)際旅行社有限公司的薪酬體系是非常必要的,并根據(jù)薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)原則和一般程序,著重研究如何再設(shè)計(jì)出一套行之有效的中小旅游企業(yè)的薪酬體系方案,使之能夠起到穩(wěn)定公司的核心員工隊(duì)伍,增強(qiáng)激勵(lì)性,使企業(yè)的發(fā)展更有活力、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)更易達(dá)成,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。 本文共分五個(gè)部分,分別從行業(yè)背景及研究的意義、薪酬理論、現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題、薪酬體系再設(shè)計(jì)、薪酬管理的保障和實(shí)施進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:With the increasing impact of traditional heavy industry on the environment in the world, more and more attention has been paid to the tourism industry as a "sunrise industry and green industry". However, the tourism industry of our country has been lagging behind in industry management and research because it belongs to the service industry of the tertiary industry for a long time, its influence on the national economy and its position in the national economy are weak. In this paper, small and medium-sized tourism enterprises and Beijing Tonghua International Travel Service Co., Ltd. as the research object, based on the current domestic and foreign basic theory of compensation, through the current small and medium-sized tourism enterprises through the understanding of the compensation system, It is also explained that it is very necessary to design a compensation system that is in line with Beijing Tonghua International Travel Service Co., Ltd., and according to the guiding principles and general procedures of the compensation system, Focus on how to design a set of effective compensation system for small and medium-sized tourism enterprises, so that it can stabilize the core staff of the company, enhance incentives, make the development of enterprises more dynamic, and achieve the strategic goals more easily. This paper is divided into five parts, respectively from the background of the industry and the significance of research, pay theory, current situation and problems, compensation system re-design, compensation management security and implementation.
