【摘要】：隨著大眾旅游時代的到來，旅游已經(jīng)逐漸成為現(xiàn)代人類社會一種主要的生活方式和社會經(jīng)濟活動。旅游業(yè)近年來的迅速發(fā)展使之成為了全球經(jīng)濟中最具活力的“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”�？h域作為我國經(jīng)濟版圖中最具活力的區(qū)域，發(fā)展空間十分廣闊。大力發(fā)展縣域旅游，不僅有助于促進旅游業(yè)發(fā)展壯大，，還有利于縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距，促進我國現(xiàn)代化的進程、社會的和諧穩(wěn)定以及三農(nóng)問題的解決。寧安市是隸屬于黑龍江省牡丹江市的一個縣級市，具有旅游資源豐富、規(guī)模適當(dāng)、基礎(chǔ)較好的特點，蘊藏著極大的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿�。本文以寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟為研究對象，采用實證分析與規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，分析了寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢及存在的問題，有針對性的提出了解決對策和建議。 首先，介紹了研究相關(guān)的概念和理論。分別介紹了縣域、縣域經(jīng)濟、旅游經(jīng)濟和縣域旅游經(jīng)濟這四個概念；闡述了課題研究的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)：增長極理論、不平衡發(fā)展理論、區(qū)域比較優(yōu)勢理論與競爭優(yōu)勢理論。這些理論將為本文的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)和支持。 其次，分析研究了寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和存在的問題。在介紹寧安市自然條件、縣域經(jīng)濟和旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢及存在的問題。其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢包括旅游資源豐富、著名景區(qū)較多、配套設(shè)施逐步完善等；存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)在：旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)管理體制有待完善；資金投入不足；旅游景區(qū)規(guī)劃、開發(fā)不系統(tǒng)；產(chǎn)品特色不突出；客源市場有待開拓；專業(yè)人才短缺等。 最后，提出促進寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的對策建議。針對寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中存在的問題，提出了發(fā)揮政府主導(dǎo)作用、加大資源整合和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)力度、形成全民興旅的態(tài)勢等促進寧安市縣域旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of mass tourism, tourism has gradually become a major way of life and social and economic activities of modern human society. The rapid development of tourism in recent years has made it the most dynamic "sunrise industry" in the global economy. Developing county tourism is not only conducive to promoting the development of tourism, but also conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, promoting the process of modernization, social harmony and stability, and solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This paper takes the county tourism economy of Ning'an as the research object, uses the method of combining empirical analysis with normative analysis, analyzes the development advantages and existing problems of county tourism economy of Ning'an, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
Firstly, it introduces the concepts and theories related to the study, including county, County economy, tourism economy and county tourism economy, and expounds the theoretical basis of the study: growth pole theory, unbalanced development theory, regional comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory. For theoretical basis and support.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the advantages and problems of county tourism economy in Ning'an. On the basis of introducing the natural conditions of Ning'an, the development of county economy and tourism economy, this paper analyzes the development advantages and problems of county tourism economy in Ning'an. The main problems are as follows: the management system of tourism industry needs to be improved; the investment is insufficient; the planning and development of tourist attractions are not systematic; the characteristics of products are not prominent; the tourist market needs to be developed; and the shortage of professionals.
Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of county tourism economy in Ning'an. In view of the problems existing in the development of county tourism economy in Ning'an, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of county tourism economy in Ning'an, such as giving full play to the leading role of the government, strengthening the integration of resources and the development of products, and forming the situation of national tourism.
