信息技術(shù)下旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合研究

【摘要】:在我國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的早期,已經(jīng)有了信息化助推旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的提法,旅游業(yè)“十二五”規(guī)劃更是強調(diào)了這點:“信息化助推旅游”。在經(jīng)歷了三次重要的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用發(fā)展階段-計算機預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)(CRS)、全球分銷系統(tǒng)(GDS)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)階段(Internet)之后,我國旅游業(yè)的網(wǎng)上業(yè)務(wù)也不斷地完善,已經(jīng)形成了類型、功能比較齊全,覆蓋旅游業(yè)各個方面的網(wǎng)上旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,不論是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全還是交易量上都有了比較好的起步。但旅游業(yè)是發(fā)展的,信息化技術(shù)也在不停地更新與超越。很顯然,旅游業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展期間的信息化的相關(guān)理論、概念及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,也不會停步不前。 本文的研究對象是信息技術(shù)下旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合。旅游業(yè)中供求關(guān)系的特殊性使得信息技術(shù)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合過程中起著重要的作用。當(dāng)前關(guān)于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的信息技術(shù)研究都是零散的各個環(huán)節(jié)的研究,比如信息技術(shù)在旅游目的地的應(yīng)用、旅游企業(yè)的管理信息化等等。本文結(jié)合前人的研究成果,將理論與實際相結(jié)合,在對產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的概念、相關(guān)理論以及國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)討論的基礎(chǔ)上,主要研究了信息技術(shù)下旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的方法、手段及信息技術(shù)在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中各個環(huán)節(jié)中的應(yīng)用。并結(jié)合當(dāng)前的模塊化分工理論研究了信息技術(shù)下旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的模式,構(gòu)建了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的價值鏈模型、信息流模型及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模型。同時,針對我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了信息技術(shù)下旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合路徑。最后本文以中青旅為例,以產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部視角分析了信息技術(shù)下旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的策略及效應(yīng)。 旅游業(yè)中供求關(guān)系的特殊性使信息溝通在產(chǎn)業(yè)的運行中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,從而使信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用不僅對供求雙方的交易方式、關(guān)系等產(chǎn)生影響,而且使行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了重大的變化。旅游業(yè)使用了信息技術(shù)之后,其在價值傳遞、消息傳送及網(wǎng)絡(luò)商務(wù)方面獲得了巨大的進步,從而成為旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然趨勢,因此,對零散的信息化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行整合,,這對于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有非常重大的意義。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of the development of tourism in China, there has been a suggestion that informatization boosts the development of tourism, and the 12th Five-Year Plan of Tourism has emphasized this point: "Information boosts tourism". After three important stages of the development of information technology application-(CRS), global distribution system (GDS) and (Internet) (Internet stage), the online business of tourism industry in China has been improved, which has formed a type and has a complete range of functions. The system of online tourism, which covers all aspects of tourism, has a good start in terms of network security and transaction volume. However, tourism is developing, and information technology is constantly updating and surpassing. Obviously, the theory, concept and development of tourism industry during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period will not stop. The object of this paper is the integration of tourism industry chain under information technology. The particularity of supply and demand in tourism makes information technology play an important role in the integration of industry chain. At present, the information technology research on tourism industry is a scattered research, such as the application of information technology in tourism destinations, the management information of tourism enterprises, and so on. Combined with the previous research results, this paper combines theory with practice, on the basis of the concept of industrial chain integration, related theory and domestic and foreign research dynamic discussion, mainly studies the method of tourism industry chain integration under information technology. The application of means and information technology in every link of tourism industry chain. Combined with the current theory of modular division of labor, the model of tourism industry chain integration under information technology is studied, and the value chain model, information flow model and industry chain model of tourism industry chain integration are constructed. At the same time, aiming at the present situation and existing problems of tourism industry chain integration in China, this paper puts forward the integration path of tourism industry chain under information technology. Finally, this paper analyzes the strategies and effects of tourism industry chain integration under information technology from the perspective of industry interior, taking China Youth Travel as an example. The particularity of the relationship between supply and demand in tourism makes information communication play an important role in the operation of the industry, thus the application of information technology not only has an impact on the transaction mode and relationship between supply and demand, but also on the relationship between supply and demand. Moreover, the structure of the industry has undergone major changes. After the use of information technology, tourism industry has made great progress in value transmission, message transmission and network commerce, which has become the inevitable trend of tourism economic development. Therefore, the scattered information tourism industry chain is integrated. This is of great significance to the development of the tourism industry.
