大學(xué)生旅游行為影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著城市間的距離不斷縮短,人們在城市間的流動頻率不斷增加,,信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)日趨完善的情形下,越來越多適合旅游的產(chǎn)品被挖掘出來。而高校學(xué)生的不斷增加,大學(xué)生無論是從數(shù)量上還是從接受新鮮事物的能力上都成為旅游市場上很值得開拓的目標(biāo)客戶群體,可謂前景廣闊。對大學(xué)生旅游市場的開發(fā)不僅僅對旅游行業(yè)意義重大,而且國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入和大學(xué)生自身的素養(yǎng)、眼界的提高都有很大的益處,一舉數(shù)得。 論文立足于沈陽市的旅游行業(yè),針對大學(xué)生這一旅游群體,在感覺、學(xué)習(xí)與記憶、動機(jī)、態(tài)度、個性、參考群體、家庭、角色、社會階層、文化與亞文化的這幾個對大學(xué)生旅游行為有影響的因素中尋找出態(tài)度、動機(jī)、參考群體、角色這四個特征值大于1的主要影響因素來代替原有因素。通過調(diào)查問卷的方法,收集沈陽市大學(xué)生的信息獲取渠道、通常旅游時間、通常話費時長、出游方式、平均每次旅游花費金額、主要花費項目、傾向旅游景點等相關(guān)大學(xué)生旅游行為的信息。再使用SPSS和EXCEL等軟件對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行分析、整理,尋找沈陽市大學(xué)生旅游行為的一些規(guī)律,并用非參數(shù)檢驗來檢測態(tài)度、動機(jī)、參考群體、角色這些因素對大學(xué)生旅游行為的影響。通過分析這些旅游行為規(guī)律和影響因素,旅游企業(yè)可以有針對性的設(shè)計出符合大學(xué)生旅游行為的旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),對旅游市場提供有效的建議。
[Abstract]:With the shortening of the distance between cities, the increasing frequency of people's flow between cities, and the information network becoming more and more perfect, more and more products suitable for tourism have been excavated.
