【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，鼓浪嶼旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展已產(chǎn)生了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)，促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。鼓浪嶼的文化在旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的大背景下也在潛移默化地發(fā)生著變化。近年來(lái)，國(guó)內(nèi)越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者開(kāi)始把目光投向旅游發(fā)展對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裆罘绞接绊懙难芯可稀Ｕ_認(rèn)識(shí)和把握居民生活方式變遷的內(nèi)容和方向，研究居民生活方式變遷的機(jī)制，有助于相關(guān)決策者了解旅游發(fā)展對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裆钤斐傻挠绊�。在制定政策措施時(shí)，能夠重視當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥?duì)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的態(tài)度，使得旅游發(fā)展決策得到更高的認(rèn)同度與支持度，提高可行性。旅游地居民作為旅游發(fā)展的重要利益群體，考量旅游地居民的利益對(duì)于促進(jìn)旅游地人地和諧發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的意義。 本文以鼓浪嶼旅游區(qū)為研究的案例點(diǎn)，用人地關(guān)系地域系統(tǒng)理論、旅游地生命周期理論、利益相關(guān)者理論研究鼓浪嶼居民生活方式的變遷，通過(guò)大量的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，利用相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件和數(shù)理分析，了解旅游區(qū)的本地居民對(duì)旅游發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的生活方式變化的態(tài)度，具體調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括生活環(huán)境的變化、經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的變化、社會(huì)與文化生活的變化，業(yè)余休閑與消費(fèi)的變化。在分析鼓浪嶼居民生活方式變遷的基礎(chǔ)上，探討鼓浪嶼居民生活方式的變遷機(jī)制，，指出鼓浪嶼居民生活方式變遷機(jī)制的內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)力主要來(lái)自于政府發(fā)展政策的制定以及本地居民思想觀念的城市化，外部驅(qū)動(dòng)力主要來(lái)自于外來(lái)游客帶來(lái)的文化影響、外來(lái)投資者對(duì)本地居民的生活與環(huán)境的影響以及自然與社會(huì)環(huán)境的變化。對(duì)鼓浪嶼居民生活方式變遷的調(diào)控對(duì)策為重新進(jìn)行人口規(guī)劃，調(diào)整人口結(jié)構(gòu)、生活配套設(shè)施的綜合完善以及滿(mǎn)足本地居民的利益訴求。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of tourism in Gulangyu has produced obvious economic effects and promoted the development of local economy. Gulangyu's culture is also changing in the background of tourism development. In recent years, more and more domestic scholars began to focus on the impact of tourism development on local residents' lifestyle. To correctly understand and grasp the content and direction of residents' lifestyle changes, and to study the mechanism of residents' lifestyle changes, will help the relevant decision makers to understand the impact of tourism development on local residents' lives. When formulating policies and measures, we can pay attention to the attitude of local residents to tourism development, so as to make tourism development decision with a higher degree of recognition and support, and improve the feasibility. As an important interest group of tourism development, the consideration of tourism residents' interests plays an important role in promoting the harmonious development of tourist destination. This paper takes Gulangyu tourist area as the case study point, uses the land relation region system theory, the tourism destination life cycle theory, the stakeholder theory to study the Gulangyu residents' lifestyle change, through a large number of questionnaires, Using the relevant statistical software and mathematical analysis, to understand the attitude of the local residents to the changes in lifestyle caused by tourism development. The specific contents of the survey include changes in the living environment, changes in economic life, Changes in social and cultural life, amateur leisure and consumption. On the basis of analyzing the changes of life style of Gulangyu residents, this paper probes into the changing mechanism of the lifestyle of Gulangyu residents. It is pointed out that the internal driving force of the life style change mechanism of Gulangyu people mainly comes from the formulation of government development policy and the urbanization of local residents' ideas, and the external driving force mainly comes from the cultural influence brought by foreign tourists. The influence of foreign investors on the life and environment of local residents and the change of natural and social environment. The countermeasures of regulating and controlling the lifestyle changes of Gulangyu residents are population planning, population structure adjustment, comprehensive improvement of living facilities and satisfying the interests of local residents.
