【摘要】：我國(guó)國(guó)土面積廣袤，歷史文化悠久，擁有眾多的歷史古鎮(zhèn)，這些古鎮(zhèn)在一定程度上也是我國(guó)各地民俗風(fēng)情、傳統(tǒng)文化、建筑特色的真實(shí)寫照。近年來，伴隨國(guó)際遺產(chǎn)旅游的盛行，我國(guó)古鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)得到迅速發(fā)展，并日漸成為我國(guó)旅游業(yè)中的翹楚。古鎮(zhèn)作為我國(guó)歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分，有著重要的歷史價(jià)值、文化藝術(shù)價(jià)值、美學(xué)以及旅游價(jià)值，關(guān)注古鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)及發(fā)展過程中所產(chǎn)生的復(fù)雜利益矛盾，，徹底解決古鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)的棘手問題也就成為保護(hù)歷史文化、延續(xù)歷史文脈和保存古鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)旅游資源重要途徑之一。 古鎮(zhèn)作為遺產(chǎn)文化的重要構(gòu)成部分，其旅游發(fā)展所設(shè)計(jì)的利益主體之間的利益沖突關(guān)系極具代表性。因此，如何對(duì)古鎮(zhèn)旅游進(jìn)行利益主體的界定及分類，如何考察古鎮(zhèn)利益主體的利益要求，如何讓合法利益主體參與并通過有效協(xié)作來減少利益沖突來實(shí)現(xiàn)古鎮(zhèn)利益主體之間利益要求的均衡，最后如何達(dá)到核心利益主體的共同管理等問題，都是目前旅游科研界融合利益主體理論處理我國(guó)旅游發(fā)展中棘手問題的重要手段與研究方向。 文章嘗試從利益均衡角度著手，以古鎮(zhèn)旅游所引起的利益矛盾為研究對(duì)象，在切實(shí)保護(hù)古鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)旅游資源的基礎(chǔ)上，通過利益主體理論、博弈論知識(shí)和旅游地生命周期理論在古鎮(zhèn)旅游領(lǐng)域的融合與運(yùn)用，來解決古鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展及周期演化過程中的利益不均衡引起的古鎮(zhèn)社會(huì)矛盾和棘手難題，同時(shí)又有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)古鎮(zhèn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。文章首先主要介紹了古鎮(zhèn)旅游研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景；其次對(duì)古鎮(zhèn)旅游、博弈論及利益主體的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡釋,通過對(duì)利益主體理論和博弈論在古鎮(zhèn)旅游中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析；再次對(duì)古鎮(zhèn)旅游利益主體進(jìn)行界定，并在對(duì)利益因素進(jìn)行假定的基礎(chǔ)上，選出古鎮(zhèn)各個(gè)生命周期階段矛盾最為激烈的利益主體，并利用博弈論知識(shí)進(jìn)行博弈分析，從而建立利益相關(guān)者之間的利益根源模型；最后對(duì)古鎮(zhèn)旅游研究提出建設(shè)性意見，最終達(dá)到解決利益沖突的目的，實(shí)現(xiàn)古鎮(zhèn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Our country's land area is vast, the history culture is long, has many historical ancient towns, these ancient towns are also the true portrayal of the folk customs, the traditional culture and the architectural characteristic of our country to a certain extent. In recent years, with the prevalence of international heritage tourism, the tourism of ancient towns in China has developed rapidly, and has become the leading tourism industry in China. As an important part of our country's historical and cultural heritage, ancient towns have important historical value, cultural and artistic value, aesthetics and tourism value. To solve the thorny problem of ancient town protection is one of the important ways to protect the historical culture, to continue the historical context and to preserve the heritage tourism resources of the ancient town. As an important component of heritage culture, ancient towns are representative of the conflicts of interest between the stakeholders designed by their tourism development. Therefore, how to define and classify the interest subject of the ancient town tourism, how to investigate the interest requirements of the interest main body of the ancient town, How to let the legal interest body participate and reduce the conflict of interest through effective cooperation to realize the balance of interest requirements among the interest subjects in ancient towns, and finally how to achieve the common management of the core interest subjects, etc. It is an important means and research direction to deal with the thorny problems in the tourism development of our country by integrating the theory of the subject of interest in the field of tourism scientific research at present. This paper tries to start from the angle of interest balance, taking the contradiction of interests caused by ancient town tourism as the research object, and on the basis of protecting the heritage tourism resources of ancient town, through the theory of interest subject. The integration and application of game theory knowledge and tourism destination life cycle theory in the field of ancient town tourism to solve the social contradictions and thorny problems caused by the imbalance of interests in the process of tourism development and cycle evolution of ancient towns. At the same time, it is conducive to the sustainable development of tourism in ancient towns. The article mainly introduces the realistic background of the study of ancient town tourism, then explains the related concepts of ancient town tourism, game theory and interest subject, and analyzes the application of interest subject theory and game theory in ancient town tourism. Thirdly, it defines the main body of tourism interests in ancient towns, and on the basis of the assumption of interest factors, selects the most intense conflict of interest subjects in different life cycle stages of ancient towns, and makes game analysis by using game theory knowledge. Finally, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions to solve the conflicts of interest and realize the sustainable development of tourism in ancient towns.
