【摘要】：我國歷史文化悠久,擁有數(shù)量眾多的古村鎮(zhèn),它們作為我國寶貴的文化遺產(chǎn),蘊含著深厚的歷史文化底蘊,被譽為經(jīng)典的民間文化生態(tài)“博物館”、鄉(xiāng)村歷史文化“活化石”。自上世紀80年代以來,古村鎮(zhèn)因其鮮明的資源特色、優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境及淳樸的生活氣息迅速成為人們的旅游熱點區(qū)域和重要的旅游目的地。 隨著更多的古村鎮(zhèn)成為當前旅游的熱點,由此引發(fā)了大規(guī)模的、探索性的、粗放式的旅游開發(fā)熱潮。在這熱潮中,外來力量的介入成為了古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)不容忽視的重要變量。而其中,以眾多投資商、承包商、商戶為主的民營資本作為關鍵的外來力量,在古村鎮(zhèn)旅游遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游保護開發(fā)中扮演著越來越重要的角色。這種介入趨勢日漸明顯,包括介入的領域越來越廣、介入的方式越來越多,介入的程度也越來越深,引起的矛盾與問題也隨之越來越多。因此,需要理論來指導民營資本合法、合理規(guī)范介入古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā),為民營資本的介入提供決策依據(jù),從而規(guī)避出現(xiàn)的諸多現(xiàn)實問題。 本文在實地調(diào)查與文獻研究的基礎上,首先梳理了當前民營資本介入古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)的階段歷程及其特點,分析當前民營資本介入的總體態(tài)勢及其出現(xiàn)的問題,探討出現(xiàn)這些問題的深層次原因；其次比較研究當前民營資本介入古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)的主要商業(yè)模式,細述每個商業(yè)模式的運行特點,并對每個商業(yè)模式從民營資本和古村鎮(zhèn)兩個角度進行綜合評價：再次綜合分析導致不同民營資本介入古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)的影響因素,探索性總結(jié)民營資本商業(yè)模式選擇的影響機制,為民營資本介入提供決策依據(jù)；最后結(jié)合屏山村實證研究民營資本介入古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)采用的商業(yè)模式及其優(yōu)化路徑,以減少遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)風險,改善古村鎮(zhèn)利益相關者的關系,并針對性地提出鼓勵民營資本合法、有效介入屏山村遺產(chǎn)保護與旅游開發(fā)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:China has a long history and culture and has a large number of ancient villages and towns. As a valuable cultural heritage of our country, they contain profound historical and cultural background, which are known as the classic folk cultural ecology "Museum", and the "living fossil" of the rural history and culture. Since the 80s of last century, the ancient villages and towns have a beautiful nature because of their distinctive resources. The atmosphere of environment and simple life has rapidly become a popular tourist destination and important tourist destination.
As more ancient villages and villages have become the hot spots of tourism, it has triggered a large-scale, exploratory and extensive tourism development upsurge. In this upsurge, the intervention of foreign forces has become an important variable that can not be ignored in the heritage protection and tourism development of ancient villages and towns. Among them, the private capital based on many investors, contractors and merchants As a key foreign force, it plays a more and more important role in the protection of tourism heritage and tourism protection in ancient villages and towns. This trend of intervention is becoming more and more obvious, including more and more areas of intervention, more and more ways of intervention, more and more intervention, and more and more contradictions and problems. We should guide the legal system of private capital, rationally regulate the heritage protection and tourism development in ancient villages and towns, and provide decision-making basis for the intervention of private capital, so as to avoid many practical problems.
On the basis of field investigation and literature research, this paper first combed the stage and characteristics of the current private capital intervention in Ancient Village Heritage Protection and tourism development, analyzed the general situation and problems of the current private capital intervention, discussed the deep reasons for these problems, and then compared the current private capital. The main business model of the heritage protection and tourism development in ancient villages and towns, detailed description of the operating characteristics of each business model, and the comprehensive evaluation of each business model from two angles of private capital and ancient village: comprehensive analysis of the influence factors of the protection and tourism development of different private capital intervening in ancient villages and towns, exploring the influence factors of the protection and tourism development of the ancient village and town. It summarizes the influence mechanism of the choice of private capital business model, provides the decision-making basis for private capital intervention, and finally combines the Pingshan village to study the business model and the optimization path adopted by private capital in the heritage protection and tourism development of ancient villages and towns, in order to reduce the risk of heritage protection and tourism development, and improve the stakeholders in ancient villages and towns. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to encourage private capital to be legitimate and effectively intervene in the heritage protection and tourism development of Pingshan Village.
