寧鄉(xiāng)縣發(fā)展食品工業(yè)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的對策研究
[Abstract]:The origin of industrial tourism can be traced back to France in the fifties of last century. The domestic industrial tourism research is still in its infancy, which is still a new research field. The theory is not mature, and there is a gap between the theory and the practice. With the rapid development of industrial tourism in the 21 century, the development and research of industrial tourism has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of tourism industry. Food industry tourism is a special tourism activity, which combines knowledge, sightseeing and leisure with economic, social and ecological benefits to develop resources related to food enterprises, attract tourists to visit, experience and realize economic, social and ecological benefits. It has the characteristics of strong dependence, hard to imitate and multi-benefit. China's food industry tourism was born in the early 21 century, the earliest industrial enterprises that started food industry tourism are Tsing Tao Beer, Changyu Group, Chongqing Dezhuang Industrial Group and other enterprises. Food industry tourism is still a new research field in our country from its birth to development in a short period of more than ten years. The theory of food industry tourism is more immature than industrial tourism research, and it lags behind the development of practice seriously. The advantages of developing food industry tourism in Ningxiang are as follows: regional center advantage and national tourism strong county advantage; food industry tourism resources rich; national park supporting advantages. The main shortcomings are: backward concept of developing food industry tourism, low understanding of its importance, insufficient supporting service capacity to develop food industry tourism, single content of food industry tourism products, difficult to meet the diversified needs of the market; The degree of specialization of tourism service is not high, the work of safety management needs to be strengthened, the marketing innovation of food industry is not enough, and the support of government is not enough. In view of the problems in the development of food industry tourism in Ningxiang, the following countermeasures are put forward on how to develop the food industry tourism in Ningxiang: first, the government should actively guide, support, second, formulate a unified development plan; third, draw up materials locally. Focus on the development of local products in Ningxiang; fourth, increase the experience of food industry tourism, attach importance to personnel training and personnel training; fifth, promote the implementation of brand strategy, build Ningxiang food industry tourism brand; sixth, increase marketing and publicity, To realize cooperation with tourism enterprises; seventh, to develop a comprehensive tourism model according to local conditions; eighth, to do a good job of safety management to promote the development of enterprises.
