寧鄉(xiāng)縣發(fā)展食品工業(yè)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的對策研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)旅游的起源可追溯到上世紀(jì)五十年代的法國,我國工業(yè)旅游的發(fā)展相對滯后,開始于二十世紀(jì)九十年代。國內(nèi)工業(yè)旅游研究還處于起步階段,目前仍是一個新興的研究領(lǐng)域,理論尚不成熟,與實踐的發(fā)展存在差距。在工業(yè)旅游快速發(fā)展的二十一世紀(jì),工業(yè)旅游的開發(fā)研究已成為影響旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個重要因素。 食品工業(yè)旅游是對與食品企業(yè)有關(guān)的資源進(jìn)行旅游開發(fā),吸引旅游者前來參觀、體驗,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、生態(tài)等多方面效益的融知識、觀光、休閑于一體的專項旅游活動。具有較強(qiáng)的依附性、難以模仿性和多效益性等特征。我國食品工業(yè)旅游誕生于二十一世紀(jì)初期,最早開始食品工業(yè)旅游的工業(yè)企業(yè)有青島啤酒、張裕集團(tuán)、重慶德莊實業(yè)集團(tuán)等企業(yè)。食品工業(yè)旅游在我國從產(chǎn)生到發(fā)展不過短短十余年,還是一個新興的研究領(lǐng)域,理論較工業(yè)旅游研究更不成熟,嚴(yán)重落后于實踐的發(fā)展。 寧鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展食品工業(yè)旅游的優(yōu)勢條件有:區(qū)域中心優(yōu)勢與全國旅游強(qiáng)縣優(yōu)勢;食品工業(yè)旅游資源豐富;國家級園區(qū)配套優(yōu)勢。存在的不足主要是:發(fā)展食品工業(yè)旅游觀念落后,對其重要性認(rèn)識較低;開展食品工業(yè)旅游的配套服務(wù)能力不足;食品工業(yè)旅游產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容單一,難以滿足市場多元需求;旅游服務(wù)的專業(yè)化程度不高,安全管理工作有待加強(qiáng);食品工業(yè)旅游市場營銷創(chuàng)新不夠;政府支持力度不夠。 針對寧鄉(xiāng)食品工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展中的問題,就具體如何發(fā)展寧鄉(xiāng)的食品工業(yè)旅游提出以下對策:第一,政府積極引導(dǎo)、支持,第二,制定統(tǒng)一的發(fā)展規(guī)劃;第三,就地取材,著重發(fā)展寧鄉(xiāng)土特產(chǎn);第四,增加食品工業(yè)旅游的體驗性,重視人員培訓(xùn)和人才培養(yǎng);第五,推動實施品牌戰(zhàn)略,打造寧鄉(xiāng)食品工業(yè)旅游品牌;第六,加大營銷宣傳力度,實現(xiàn)與旅游企業(yè)合作;第七,因地制宜,開發(fā)綜合型旅游模式;第八,做好安全管理,促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The origin of industrial tourism can be traced back to France in the fifties of last century. The domestic industrial tourism research is still in its infancy, which is still a new research field. The theory is not mature, and there is a gap between the theory and the practice. With the rapid development of industrial tourism in the 21 century, the development and research of industrial tourism has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of tourism industry. Food industry tourism is a special tourism activity, which combines knowledge, sightseeing and leisure with economic, social and ecological benefits to develop resources related to food enterprises, attract tourists to visit, experience and realize economic, social and ecological benefits. It has the characteristics of strong dependence, hard to imitate and multi-benefit. China's food industry tourism was born in the early 21 century, the earliest industrial enterprises that started food industry tourism are Tsing Tao Beer, Changyu Group, Chongqing Dezhuang Industrial Group and other enterprises. Food industry tourism is still a new research field in our country from its birth to development in a short period of more than ten years. The theory of food industry tourism is more immature than industrial tourism research, and it lags behind the development of practice seriously. The advantages of developing food industry tourism in Ningxiang are as follows: regional center advantage and national tourism strong county advantage; food industry tourism resources rich; national park supporting advantages. The main shortcomings are: backward concept of developing food industry tourism, low understanding of its importance, insufficient supporting service capacity to develop food industry tourism, single content of food industry tourism products, difficult to meet the diversified needs of the market; The degree of specialization of tourism service is not high, the work of safety management needs to be strengthened, the marketing innovation of food industry is not enough, and the support of government is not enough. In view of the problems in the development of food industry tourism in Ningxiang, the following countermeasures are put forward on how to develop the food industry tourism in Ningxiang: first, the government should actively guide, support, second, formulate a unified development plan; third, draw up materials locally. Focus on the development of local products in Ningxiang; fourth, increase the experience of food industry tourism, attach importance to personnel training and personnel training; fifth, promote the implementation of brand strategy, build Ningxiang food industry tourism brand; sixth, increase marketing and publicity, To realize cooperation with tourism enterprises; seventh, to develop a comprehensive tourism model according to local conditions; eighth, to do a good job of safety management to promote the development of enterprises.
