城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)因其獨(dú)特的自然景觀、豐富的人文資源和濃郁的鄉(xiāng)情民風(fēng)備受游客青睞,近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅猛并成為推動(dòng)旅游“二次創(chuàng)業(yè)”和城鎮(zhèn)化的助推器。城郊小城鎮(zhèn)作為一個(gè)小尺度空間,聚集了種植業(yè)、工業(yè)、商業(yè)、旅游業(yè)等多種產(chǎn)業(yè)要素。在泛旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)時(shí)代背景下,發(fā)展城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)有利于充分實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,產(chǎn)生聚集效應(yīng)。近年來(lái),城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的開(kāi)發(fā)越來(lái)越受到政府、開(kāi)發(fā)商的重視。伴隨著城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)開(kāi)發(fā)的日益活躍,相應(yīng)的學(xué)術(shù)研究開(kāi)始出現(xiàn),但是由于城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展起步較晚,發(fā)展尚不完善,系統(tǒng)理論的研究仍較少,關(guān)于城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和理論顯得尤為迫切。 城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)開(kāi)發(fā)的實(shí)踐對(duì)其開(kāi)發(fā)模式、小鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃的理論與方法提出了新的需求。本文引入經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,從城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的開(kāi)發(fā)形式歸納總結(jié)了城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展模式,并探討了影響城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式的因素,分析我國(guó)城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)開(kāi)發(fā)中存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其未來(lái)發(fā)展提出優(yōu)化策略。 本文在相關(guān)理論研究總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,從旅游小鎮(zhèn)和城郊的概念出發(fā)對(duì)城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行定義,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行辨析,從多角度構(gòu)建城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)認(rèn)知體系;從城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的開(kāi)發(fā)特征和經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略方面對(duì)城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行分析;從自然、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)等角度分析歸納城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式選擇的影響因素并劃分成三個(gè)層次;最后本文探討了城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式的優(yōu)化策略并提出其未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本文從四個(gè)層次對(duì)城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究探討: 第一部分:城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)認(rèn)知體系。該部分從旅游小鎮(zhèn)和城郊的概念出發(fā)對(duì)城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的概念進(jìn)行界定,辨析了城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)與相關(guān)概念的異同,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)力及特征。 第二部分:解析城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式。按照核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力不同,將城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式分為:以旅游地產(chǎn)為核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力、以休閑度假為核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力、以行業(yè)依托為核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力三種發(fā)展模式,并詳細(xì)分析每種發(fā)展模式的開(kāi)發(fā)特征、經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略及個(gè)案成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)等三方面內(nèi)容。 第三部分:分析影響城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式選擇的因素。城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)的開(kāi)發(fā)受資源狀況、支持系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同程度、區(qū)位狀況、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、小鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展程度、利益相關(guān)者等五個(gè)因素的影響,并根據(jù)影響因子的性質(zhì)劃分為價(jià)值維度、環(huán)境維度、關(guān)聯(lián)維度。 第四部分:優(yōu)化城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式。通過(guò)分析目前我國(guó)城郊旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題,提出發(fā)展模式優(yōu)化思路,并對(duì)其未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The suburban tourist town is favored by tourists because of its unique natural landscape, rich human resources and strong rural atmosphere. In recent years, it has developed rapidly and become a booster to promote tourism "second pioneering" and urbanization. As a small-scale space, small towns in the suburbs gather many industrial elements, such as planting, industry, commerce, tourism and so on. Under the background of the pan-tourism industry era, the development of suburban tourist towns is conducive to the full realization of industrial convergence and the agglomeration effect. In recent years, the development of suburban tourist towns by the government, developers pay more and more attention. With the development of suburban tourist towns becoming more and more active, the corresponding academic research began to appear. However, due to the late development of suburban tourism towns, the development is not perfect, the system theory research is still less. It is particularly urgent to summarize the experience and theory of the development of suburban tourist towns. The practice of suburban tourism town development puts forward new demand for its development mode, theory and method of town planning. This paper introduces the theory of economics and urban planning, through empirical analysis, summarizes the development model of suburban tourist town from the development form of suburban tourism town, and discusses the factors that affect the development model of suburban tourism town. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of suburban tourist towns in China, and puts forward some optimization strategies for their future development. Based on the summary of relevant theoretical research, this paper defines the suburban tourist town from the concept of tourism town and suburb, and discriminates the related concepts, and constructs the cognitive system of suburban tourist town from many angles. The development model of suburban tourist town is analyzed from the aspects of development characteristics and management strategy of suburban tourist town, and the factors influencing the choice of development mode of suburban tourist town are analyzed from natural, social and economic angles and divided into three levels. Finally, this paper discusses the optimization strategy of the development model of suburban tourist towns and puts forward its future development trend. This paper studies the development of suburban tourist towns from four levels: the first part: the cognitive system of suburban tourist towns. This part defines the concept of suburban tourist town from the concept of tourist town and suburb, differentiates and analyzes the similarities and differences between suburban tourist town and related concepts, and on this basis, analyzes the development power and characteristics of suburban tourist town. The second part: analyze the development model of suburban tourist town. According to the different core driving forces, the development model of suburban tourist towns is divided into three development models: tourism real estate as the core driving force, leisure vacation as the core driving force, industry as the core driving force, and the tourism industry as the core driving force. The development characteristics, management strategy and successful experience of each development model are analyzed in detail. The third part: analyze the factors that influence the choice of the development mode of the suburban tourist town. The development of suburban tourist towns is affected by five factors: resource condition, coordination degree of support system, location, social and economic conditions, tourism development degree of small town, stakeholders, etc. And according to the nature of the impact factors are divided into value dimension, environmental dimension, correlation dimension. The fourth part: optimize the development mode of suburban tourist town. Based on the analysis of the main problems in the development of the suburban tourist towns in China, this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the development mode, and looks forward to its future development trend.
