洛陽市旅游食品發(fā)展存在問題及其對策分析

【摘要】:本文指明了研究旅游食品業(yè)的背景和意義,洛陽市文化旅游資源豐富,旅游業(yè)在洛陽經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中占據(jù)著重要位置,旅游食品作為旅游產(chǎn)品的一部分,在洛陽旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用,它不僅是旅游目的地向游客提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)和保障,而且對于滿足游客在旅游目的地的飲食需求,豐富游客的旅游體驗,提升旅游目的地知名度和美譽度有重要的意義。因此,洛陽的旅游食品業(yè)是極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)業(yè)。 本人通過文獻分析的方法闡述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對旅游食品業(yè)的研究成果,找準(zhǔn)了研究旅游食品問題的思路和方法,并通過對旅游食品特性和作用的分析,,指出了旅游食品具有的宣傳性、文化性、地域特色性、實用性、便攜性等特點,發(fā)展旅游食品業(yè)對于增加目的地收入、帶動相關(guān)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展、擴大就業(yè)途徑、傳播旅游地文化具有重要作用。通過開展旅游食品問卷調(diào)查,深入旅游食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營單位實地調(diào)查,從旅游食品資源現(xiàn)狀、旅游食品構(gòu)成元素、旅游食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營企業(yè)、旅游食品的節(jié)慶活動、洛陽旅游食品特點、洛陽旅游食品的發(fā)展?jié)摿擦鶄方面對洛陽旅游食品現(xiàn)狀進行分析。進一步從洛陽地方旅游餐飲和可攜帶走的旅游食品兩個方面分析了洛陽旅游食品發(fā)展存在種類少、品種單一、管理方式落后、缺乏文化內(nèi)涵等方面問題。最后,從政府和企業(yè)兩個層面,提出發(fā)展洛陽旅游食品業(yè)的對策。指出政府要提高對旅游食品發(fā)展的重視程度,加大對洛陽旅游食品的支持力度,對旅游食品的研發(fā)加強宏觀管理,加強宣傳,提高洛陽旅游食品知名度,搭建旅游食品銷售平臺;企業(yè)要依靠現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)來改造傳統(tǒng)食品工藝,提高產(chǎn)品的檔次和質(zhì)量,注重品牌效益,打造餐飲品牌,不斷推出創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品,增強產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力,為游客提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。 本文分析了當(dāng)今學(xué)者較少涉獵的旅游食品發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,據(jù)此提出旅游食品開發(fā)的新理論、新觀點,對于探尋旅游食品開發(fā)新模式,為洛陽發(fā)展旅游食品提供思路和策略具有一定的實用價值。
[Abstract]:This paper points out the background and significance of the research on tourism food industry. Luoyang is rich in cultural tourism resources, tourism occupies an important position in Luoyang's economic development, industrial structure adjustment, tourism food as a part of tourism products. Luoyang tourism plays an extremely important role in the development of tourism. It is not only the basis and guarantee for the tourist destination to provide high-quality services to tourists, but also to meet the dietary needs of tourists at the tourist destination and enrich the tourist experience. It is of great significance to enhance the popularity and reputation of tourist destinations. Therefore, Luoyang's tourism food industry is an industry with great potential for development. Through the method of literature analysis, this paper expounds the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on tourism food industry, finds out the ideas and methods of studying tourism food problems, and analyzes the characteristics and functions of tourism food. This paper points out that tourism food has the characteristics of propaganda, culture, regional characteristics, practicability, portability, and so on. The development of tourism food industry can increase the destination income, promote the rapid development of related industries, and expand the employment path. The dissemination of tourism culture plays an important role. Through carrying out a questionnaire survey on tourism food, and carrying out a field investigation of tourism food production and management units, from the current situation of tourism food resources, the elements of tourism food components, the enterprises of tourism food production and operation, and the festival activities of tourism food, The characteristics of Luoyang tourist food and the development potential of Luoyang tourist food are analyzed in six aspects. This paper further analyzes the problems in Luoyang tourism food development from the aspects of local tourism food and food which can be carried away, such as few kinds, single varieties, backward management, lack of cultural connotation, and so on. Finally, from the government and enterprise two levels, put forward the development of Luoyang tourism food industry countermeasures. It is pointed out that the government should pay more attention to the development of tourism food, strengthen the support for Luoyang tourism food, strengthen the macro management of tourism food research and development, strengthen propaganda, and improve the visibility of Luoyang tourism food. Enterprises should rely on modern science and technology to transform traditional food technology, improve the quality and quality of products, pay attention to brand efficiency, create food and beverage brands, and continuously launch innovative products. Enhance the market competitiveness of products to provide quality services for tourists. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of tourism food development, which is seldom dabbled by scholars, and puts forward a new theory and new viewpoint of tourism food development, so as to explore a new model of tourism food development. It is of practical value to provide some ideas and strategies for Luoyang to develop tourism food.
