【摘要】：點軸理論是由著名地理學(xué)家陸大道教授根據(jù)中心地理論和增長極理論提出的具有中國特色的空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論，對國家經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)布局和完善起到了重要的科學(xué)指導(dǎo)作用。隨著時代的發(fā)展點軸理論研究逐漸深化，出現(xiàn)了雙核空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式、區(qū)域開發(fā)模式和網(wǎng)絡(luò)開發(fā)模式，同時也越來越多的應(yīng)用到旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究中，對旅游學(xué)科建設(shè)和旅游空間規(guī)劃起到了理論指導(dǎo)。 21世紀是海洋的世紀，山東半島作為有著黃金海岸線和豐富旅游資源的區(qū)域迎來了重要的發(fā)展機遇—山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略。這不僅為海上山東建設(shè)提供了新的思路和發(fā)展方向，更為山東半島藍色旅游區(qū)的形成創(chuàng)造了良好環(huán)境。文章嘗試界定了藍色旅游概念，即包括海洋旅游、海島旅游、濱海旅游以及與海洋文化有關(guān)的臨海陸上旅游，是一種以海洋、海島、漁業(yè)、濱海等資源（包括所有與海有關(guān)的元素）為客體，以海洋文化為核心，以生態(tài)可持續(xù)為內(nèi)涵，以海陸旅游文化資源整合為動力，為旅游消費者提供海洋休閑與享受的海陸旅游形式。并依據(jù)藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)域規(guī)劃中的地域范圍，劃定出山東半島藍色旅游區(qū)在地理空間上包括山東全部海域和青島、煙臺、威海、日照、濰坊、東營和濱州的無棣縣、沾化縣的陸上地區(qū)。 本文通過歸納借鑒先行研究中關(guān)于點軸理論的應(yīng)用，提出采用定量和定性相結(jié)合的方法來劃分“點”與“軸”。根據(jù)山東半島藍色旅游區(qū)的特點，，在先前研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合使用引力模型和旅游中心度的方法，用引力模型計算出各城市之間的旅游經(jīng)濟關(guān)聯(lián)值；通過設(shè)定13個變量，收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，利用SPSS17.0進行因子分析建立相關(guān)函數(shù)，進而求得各城市的旅游中心度值。在旅游經(jīng)濟關(guān)聯(lián)值和旅游中心度值的基礎(chǔ)上得出山東半島藍色旅游區(qū)七市的綜合排名，依此對點軸的等級進行了劃定。最終提出了構(gòu)建單核、兩條主軸、兩個旅游區(qū)的點-線-面式山東半島藍色旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式，并為了保證該模式的有效可行，還對山東半島藍色旅游區(qū)的運行機制進行了探討。
[Abstract]:Point-axis theory is a spatial structure theory with Chinese characteristics put forward by famous geologist Professor Lu Da according to the central land theory and the growth pole theory. It plays an important role in guiding the layout and perfection of the national economic structure. With the deepening of the theoretical research on the development point axis of the times, there appears the dual-core spatial structure model, the regional development model and the network development model. At the same time, they are more and more used in the research of tourism spatial structure. Shandong Peninsula as a region with golden coastline and rich tourism resources ushered in an important development opportunity-the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula rose to a national strategy. This not only provides a new way of thinking and development for the construction of Shandong at sea, but also creates a good environment for the formation of blue tourist area of Shandong Peninsula. This paper tries to define the concept of blue tourism, which includes marine tourism, island tourism, coastal tourism and coastal land tourism related to marine culture. The coastal resources (including all the elements related to the sea) are taken as the object, the marine culture is the core, the ecological sustainability is the connotation, and the integration of the land and sea tourism cultural resources is the motive force. Provide sea and land tourism form for tourist consumers to enjoy and enjoy. According to the regional scope of the blue economic planning, the blue tourist area of the Shandong Peninsula has been delineated in terms of geographical space, including all the sea areas of Shandong and the counties of Wuxian in Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Rizhao, Weifang, Dongying and Binzhou. The land area of Zhanhua County. According to the characteristics of the blue tourist area of Shandong Peninsula, combining the method of gravity model and tourism center degree, the paper calculates the tourism economic correlation value among cities by using the method of gravity model and tourism center degree. By setting 13 variables, The relevant data were collected and the correlation function was established by factor analysis with SPSS 17.0, and then the tourism center degree of each city was obtained. On the basis of tourism economic correlation value and tourism center degree value, the comprehensive ranking of seven cities in blue tourist area of Shandong Peninsula is obtained, and the grade of point axis is delimited accordingly. Finally, the paper puts forward a point-line-plane model of the blue tourism spatial structure of Shandong Peninsula, which is composed of single core, two main axes and two tourist areas, and in order to ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of the model, The operating mechanism of blue tourist area in Shandong Peninsula is also discussed.
