【摘要】：宜賓市經濟社會的快速發(fā)展推動了城鎮(zhèn)化加速前進,在擁擠喧囂的都市中,人們渴望尋求靜謐舒適的環(huán)境來放松身心,加上國家對于取消中長假變小短假制度的出臺,鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為宜賓旅游業(yè)市場的后起之秀正在逐步凸顯其重要性。本文通過對國內外相關文獻及研究成果的大量研究,通過對宜賓市各個鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)區(qū)和環(huán)線賓館飯店的實地走訪,通過對宜賓特色菜肴和風味小吃的品嘗,通過對旅游相關商品生產商和鄉(xiāng)村旅游消費群體的調查訪問,分別從宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)涉及的三個群體：政府、開發(fā)商、農民；宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展所需的要素：政策、機遇、硬件配置、軟件人才；宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸：經濟缺乏、政策較少、專業(yè)勞動力緊缺；從解決宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)存在問題的辦法：政策支持、政府協調、商家創(chuàng)新、農民創(chuàng)業(yè)等若干個影響宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的要素展開闡述。第一部分,介紹本文研究鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的目的、動態(tài)、意義、以及研究的思路方法,分析了難點和創(chuàng)新點,以及不足之處。第二部分,概括了宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游的定義,特征和功能。在介紹國外成功經驗的同時,提到宜賓應該如何借鑒成功國家的措施,根據本地的農業(yè),經濟,文化等實際情況探索出適宜宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的措施。第三部分,著重研究宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的現狀、宜賓市場上對鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的需求狀況。分析宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,分析政府和經營者之間的問題。第四部分,根據上一部分提出的問題,找出解決問題的方案。加強政府職能和政府干預,整合有利資源,因地制宜,打造具有特色鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè),強化品牌概念,為宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展打開一條綠色的通道。通過整體研究與綜合分析,宜賓鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的現狀趨勢、外部條件、利益分割、目前問題,解決方案已有了相對系統化的方案,這為以后宜賓市征訂鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的政策及開發(fā)商開發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)提供了一定的理論指導和數據支持,對加快發(fā)展宜賓市的鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)也是強大支撐和有力保障。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy and society in Yibin has promoted the acceleration of urbanization. In the crowded and noisy cities, people are eager to seek a quiet and comfortable environment to relax their bodies and minds. Rural tourism as a rising star of Yibin tourism market is gradually highlighting its importance. This article through the domestic and foreign related literature and the research achievement massive research, through to Yibin each countryside traveling development zone and the ring line hotel spot visit, through to Yibin characteristic dishes and the flavor snack taste, Through the survey of tourism-related commodity producers and rural tourism consumer groups, the paper analyzes the three groups involved in rural tourism in Yibin: government, developers and farmers; the elements needed for the development of rural tourism in Yibin: policy, opportunities, and so on. Hardware configuration, software talents, bottlenecks of rural tourism development in Yibin: lack of economy, less policies, shortage of specialized labor force, solutions to the problems of rural tourism in Yibin: policy support, government coordination, business innovation, A number of factors affecting the development of rural tourism in Yibin are expounded. The first part introduces the purpose, the dynamic, the significance and the method of the study of rural tourism, and analyzes the difficulties and innovations, as well as the shortcomings. The second part summarizes the definition, characteristics and functions of Yibin rural tourism. This paper introduces the successful experiences of foreign countries, and points out how Yibin should draw lessons from the measures of successful countries and explore the measures suitable for the development of rural tourism in Yibin according to the actual conditions of local agriculture, economy, culture and so on. The third part focuses on the current situation of rural tourism in Yibin, and the demand for rural tourism in Yibin market. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Yibin and the problems between the government and the operators. The fourth part, according to the problem raised in the previous part, find out the solution to the problem. Strengthening government functions and government intervention, integrating favorable resources, adapting measures to local conditions, creating characteristic rural tourism, strengthening brand concept, and opening up a green channel for the development of rural tourism in Yibin. Through the overall research and comprehensive analysis, the present situation trend, external conditions, benefit division, current problems and solutions of the rural tourism development in Yibin have been relatively systematized. This provides some theoretical guidance and data support for the later policy of rural tourism and the development of rural tourism by developers, and it is also a strong support and strong guarantee for speeding up the development of rural tourism in Yibin.
