【摘要】：隨著人們生活閑暇度的提高和國家對西部開發(fā)力度的加強,西部建設(shè)速度加快,人們對神秘西部的向往也日漸凸顯。西藏的“小江南”—林芝,自然資源豐富、地域文化獨特,生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展步伐不斷加快。林芝縣作為林芝地區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟、文化的核心區(qū)域,其生態(tài)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展成敗對林芝整個地區(qū)乃至西藏全區(qū)的經(jīng)濟有著舉足輕重的影響。為確保林芝地區(qū)生態(tài)旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,以旅游業(yè)帶動林芝地區(qū)經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展,對林芝縣生態(tài)旅游進行科學(xué)的開發(fā)研究是極其重要的。 論文選擇林芝縣為研究對象,以旅游資源為依托,將生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)作為出發(fā)點,對林芝縣進行生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)研究,實現(xiàn)林芝縣的旅游資源在保護中開發(fā),在開發(fā)中保持原生態(tài),在發(fā)展中創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟效益。首先,在林芝縣統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,通過參與巴龍溝、增巴溝、覺木溝、開朗溝、拉丁嘎牧場五個區(qū)域的旅游資源單體普查項目,深入實地、咨詢當?shù)氐拇迕�、拜訪西藏大學(xué)農(nóng)牧學(xué)院專家學(xué)者、走訪相關(guān)部門對林芝縣的旅游資源進行了大量調(diào)研;其次,從林芝縣的整體概況、旅游環(huán)境、開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、資源類型及特點等方面入手,對林芝縣生態(tài)旅游資源的開發(fā)進行SWOT分析和旅游資源評價,深入挖掘林芝縣未開發(fā)且具有一定開發(fā)價值的旅游資源,并結(jié)合已經(jīng)開發(fā)的旅游資源重新進行統(tǒng)一歸類和整理,掌握林芝縣生態(tài)旅游資源的豐度、組合度、單體品質(zhì)、開發(fā)價值等信息,為開發(fā)規(guī)劃提供科學(xué)依據(jù)；然后,借鑒國內(nèi)外生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展中的成功與失敗案例,吸取教訓(xùn)和經(jīng)驗,依據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、生態(tài)學(xué)、生態(tài)經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論以及分析與評價結(jié)果,對林芝縣生態(tài)旅游進行開發(fā)規(guī)劃,將本次調(diào)研的旅游線路與原來的線路加以整合,重新組織旅游路線,探討林芝縣生態(tài)旅游開發(fā)的可行性;最后,提出林芝縣生態(tài)旅游的保護措施與開發(fā)對策,旨在為林芝縣生態(tài)旅游的開發(fā)規(guī)劃和保護提供思路,為林芝及西藏的經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境發(fā)展服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's leisure time and the strengthening of the development of the western regions, the speed of the construction of the western regions is quickening, and people's yearning for the mysterious western regions is becoming more and more prominent. Tibet's "small Jiangnan"-Lin Zhi, rich in natural resources, unique regional culture, the pace of eco-tourism industry is accelerating. Linzhi County is the core region of politics, economy and culture in Linzhi area. The success or failure of its ecotourism development has an important influence on the economy of the whole region of Linzhi and even of Tibet. In order to ensure the sustainable development of ecotourism in Linzhi area, it is very important to develop ecotourism scientifically in Linzhi County. This paper chooses Linzhi County as the research object, takes the eco-tourism development as the starting point, taking the tourism resources as the basis, carries on the ecological tourism development research to Linzhi county, realizes the Linzhi county tourism resources in the protection development, in the development maintains the original ecology. Create economic benefits in the course of development. First of all, under the unified leadership of Linzhi County, through participating in the tourism resources unit survey projects in five regions of Balong ditch, Zengba ditch, Chuemu ditch, cheerful ditch and Latin Gaga Ranch, they went deep into the field and consulted local villagers. Visiting experts and scholars from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of Tibet University, visiting relevant departments to conduct a large number of investigations on the tourism resources in Linzhi County; secondly, starting with the overall situation of Linzhi County, the tourism environment, the current situation of development, the types and characteristics of resources, and so on. This paper makes SWOT analysis and evaluation of eco-tourism resources in Linzhi County, deeply excavates the undeveloped tourism resources of Linzhi County, and reclassifies and reorganizes the tourism resources that have been developed. To grasp the information of abundance, combination, monomer quality and development value of eco-tourism resources in Linzhi County, to provide scientific basis for development planning, and then to draw lessons and experience from the successful and failed cases of ecotourism development at home and abroad. According to the theory of sustainable development, ecology, ecological economics and the results of analysis and evaluation, the ecotourism in Linzhi county is developed and planned, and the tourist route of this investigation is integrated with the original route, and the tourism route is reorganized. This paper discusses the feasibility of eco-tourism development in Linzhi County, and finally, puts forward the protective measures and development countermeasures of eco-tourism in Linzhi County, in order to provide ideas for the development and protection of eco-tourism in Linzhi County, and for the economy and society of Linzhi and Tibet.
