【摘要】:2009年12月12日,《鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)規(guī)劃》被國(guó)務(wù)院批復(fù),這是新中國(guó)成立以來江西第一個(gè)被納入國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的區(qū)域性發(fā)展規(guī)劃。在鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展過程中,旅游業(yè)的健康發(fā)展不可或缺,對(duì)整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展起到舉足輕重的作用。只有進(jìn)一步明確整個(gè)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,挖掘優(yōu)勢(shì)并找出障礙因素,有針對(duì)性地發(fā)展旅游市場(chǎng),才能提高整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和各市旅游市場(chǎng)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 本文本著提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,以旅游市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。首先,本文分析了鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)波特的鉆石模型,從旅游市場(chǎng)資源條件、旅游市場(chǎng)需求潛力、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作、旅游業(yè)的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)和支持產(chǎn)業(yè)、旅游市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)、政府和政策條件等方面進(jìn)行一一分析,并用相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行說明,表明鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展有一定的基礎(chǔ)。其次,本文結(jié)合鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀和可獲得的數(shù)據(jù)資料,建立了鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)模型,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和居民消費(fèi)能力、投資狀況和資本財(cái)務(wù)能力、人力資源和教育情況、住宿餐飲業(yè)情況、交通運(yùn)輸狀況、自然資源狀況、旅游客源市場(chǎng)情況等。第三,運(yùn)用加權(quán)的TOPSIS法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析,得出鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)各市旅游市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的排名,并分析原因。第四,根據(jù)上述分析,提出鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中存在市場(chǎng)規(guī)模化障礙、旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)缺乏差別化、高素質(zhì)的旅游服務(wù)人才供不應(yīng)求、地區(qū)旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)缺乏獨(dú)特的銷售主張、旅游市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作缺乏規(guī)范化和監(jiān)督、體制機(jī)制存在缺陷和挑戰(zhàn)等問題。最后,針對(duì)存在的問題,提出了加強(qiáng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)合作,形成有序的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈;開發(fā)特色旅游產(chǎn)品,形成品牌優(yōu)勢(shì);注重人才培養(yǎng),提高旅游服務(wù)人員素質(zhì);注重發(fā)展地方特色旅游,形成獨(dú)特的銷售主張;加大政府監(jiān)管力度,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游市場(chǎng)有序運(yùn)行;改善旅游市場(chǎng)體制機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新;發(fā)揮競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的作用,加速旅游市場(chǎng)信息化程度等對(duì)策及建議,以期對(duì)鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游市場(chǎng)的順利發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:On December 12, 2009, "Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone" was approved by the State Council, which is the first regional development plan that Jiangxi has been incorporated into the national strategy since the founding of New China. In the process of development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, the healthy development of tourism is indispensable and plays an important role in the development of the whole economic zone. Only by further clarifying the present situation of the tourism development of the whole ecological economic zone, excavating the advantages and finding out the obstacle factors, and developing the tourism market pertinently, can the comprehensive competitive ability of the whole economic zone and the tourism market of each city be improved. Based on the theory of tourism market and competitiveness, this paper studies the present situation of tourism development in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism development in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone. According to Porter's diamond model, the paper analyzes the tourism market resource conditions, the potential of tourism market demand, the tourism industry and its competition and cooperation. The social foundation and supporting industry of tourism, the development opportunities of tourism market, the government and policy conditions are analyzed one by one, and the corresponding data are used to explain the development of tourism in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, which shows that there is a certain basis for the development of tourism in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone. Secondly, based on the current situation and available data of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, this paper establishes the evaluation model of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone's tourism market competitiveness, including economic environment and residents' consumption ability. Investment status and capital financial ability, human resources and education, accommodation, catering, transportation, natural resources, tourist market, etc. Thirdly, the weighted TOPSIS method is used to process and analyze the data, and the ranking of tourism market competitiveness of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone is obtained, and the reasons are analyzed. Fourthly, according to the above analysis, it is pointed out that there are market scale obstacles in the development of tourism industry in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, the tourism products and services are not differentiated, and the supply of high-quality tourism service talents is short of supply. Regional tourism marketing activities lack of unique marketing ideas, lack of standardization and supervision of tourism market operation, defects and challenges in the system and mechanism. Finally, in view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward to strengthen the cooperation of tourism industry, form an orderly industrial chain, develop characteristic tourism products and form brand advantages, pay attention to talent training, improve the quality of tourism service personnel, and pay attention to the development of tourism with local characteristics. To form a unique sales proposition; to strengthen government supervision to realize the orderly operation of the tourism market; to improve the system and mechanism of the tourism market; to bring into play the role of competitive intelligence and Internet technology; The countermeasures and suggestions of speeding up the informatization of tourism market are expected to provide reference for the smooth development of tourism market in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone.
