【摘要】：如何有效發(fā)揮農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的作用，帶動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，提高農(nóng)民收入，改善村容村貌，發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化是我們現(xiàn)階段的研究重點(diǎn)。本文通過對(duì)壽光農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，合理提出農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化模式，并針對(duì)模式提出農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化發(fā)展所存在的問題，面臨的困難和今后發(fā)展的方向，為當(dāng)前階段國家解決“三農(nóng)”問題，建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村提供決策依據(jù)、新的發(fā)展思路和可能性。 本論文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括： 1、明確發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)之間的相互關(guān)系。在明晰農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上，明確發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)旅游對(duì)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的促進(jìn)作用和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游配套設(shè)施的完善情況，以此為基礎(chǔ)提出農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化的理論。 2、壽光農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)成就。整理匯總幾年來壽光經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、旅游業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及新農(nóng)村建設(shè)情況的資料，對(duì)壽光進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)旅游開發(fā)和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化的基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究。 3、利用態(tài)勢(shì)分析法（SWOT）對(duì)壽光的農(nóng)業(yè)旅游與社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化前景進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)壽光在一體化進(jìn)程中的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)和機(jī)遇及面臨的困境進(jìn)行全面分析，客觀評(píng)價(jià)壽光在農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化中取得的成就和未來的發(fā)展空間。 4、根據(jù)壽光的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出壽光模式，并進(jìn)行全面分析，歸納出農(nóng)業(yè)旅游和社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一體化過程中的相關(guān)對(duì)策。為政府在一體化過程中如何定位及提供相關(guān)政策支持提供理論參考資料。
[Abstract]:How to give full play to the role of agricultural tourism, promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, increase farmers' income, improve the appearance of villages, and develop rural economy, To realize the integration of agricultural tourism and socialist new rural construction is the focus of our research at the present stage. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Shouguang agricultural tourism and the construction of new socialist countryside, this paper puts forward the integration mode of agricultural tourism and socialist new rural construction. According to the model, the paper puts forward the problems existing in the integrated development of agricultural tourism and new rural construction, the difficulties faced and the direction of development in the future, which provides a basis for the government to solve the "three rural" problems and build a new socialist countryside at the present stage. New development ideas and possibilities. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. Make clear the relationship between the development of agricultural tourism and the construction of new socialist countryside. On the basis of clarifying the related concepts of agricultural tourism and the construction of new socialist countryside, it is clear that the development of agricultural tourism will promote the construction of new socialist countryside and perfect the supporting facilities for agricultural tourism. Based on this, the theory of integration of agricultural tourism and new rural construction is put forward. 2, Shouguang agricultural tourism resources and new rural construction achievements. This paper summarizes the data of Shouguang's economic development, agricultural development, tourism development and new rural construction in recent years, and analyzes and studies the basis and present situation of Shouguang's agricultural tourism development and the integration of new rural construction. 3. The prospect of integration of Shouguang's agricultural tourism and the construction of new socialist countryside is analyzed by using situation analysis method (SWOT). This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Shouguang's advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and difficulties in the process of integration, and objectively evaluates Shouguang's achievements and future development space in the integration of agricultural tourism and the construction of a new socialist countryside. 4. According to the present situation of Shouguang's development, this paper puts forward Shouguang's mode, and makes a comprehensive analysis, and sums up the relevant countermeasures in the process of agricultural tourism and the integration of socialist new countryside construction. To provide theoretical reference for the government how to position and provide relevant policy support in the process of integration.
