【摘要】:我國已進(jìn)入大眾化旅游階段,廣大鄉(xiāng)村正成為旅游新熱點(diǎn),鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)入快車道,并已具有較大產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模。鄂西地區(qū)是老、少、邊、窮、庫聚集區(qū),盡管國內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)村旅游增長(zhǎng)速度快,市場(chǎng)潛力大,發(fā)展前景好,但鄂西地區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游總體發(fā)展水平不高,基本上還處于初級(jí)階段;一些地方對(duì)發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的重要性和必要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,重視程度不夠,主導(dǎo)意識(shí)不強(qiáng),缺乏開拓創(chuàng)新;在資源開發(fā)、規(guī)劃發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作、服務(wù)水平等方面,鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游還存在較明顯的粗放發(fā)展的問題,迫切需要解決。 本論文采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究結(jié)合、定性研究與定量研究結(jié)合、文獻(xiàn)研究與實(shí)際調(diào)查結(jié)合、縱向比較與橫向比較相結(jié)合的研究方法,旨在借鑒國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的理論與實(shí)踐,結(jié)合鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源特征與開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,分析鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),明確其外在機(jī)遇與威脅,試圖回答鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)方向、原則、模式與策略,解決鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)存在的具體問題,推動(dòng)鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文的研究成果對(duì)于欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)實(shí)踐具有較高的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)作用。 本論文由5章構(gòu)成: 第1章闡述了論文選題背景、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究意義、研究方法和技術(shù)路線,并對(duì)前人的研究成果進(jìn)行了回顧和評(píng)述。 第2章疏理了論文研究所涉及到的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)理論、城鄉(xiāng)一體化理論、體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了理論辨析。提出了鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源分類體系,將鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源分為10主類、38亞類、206個(gè)基本類型。在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源有10主類、36亞類、194個(gè)基本類型。 第3章是論文的重點(diǎn)之一。在調(diào)查研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的自然地理環(huán)境、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和旅游資源現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過SWOT分析,指出了鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游具有生態(tài)環(huán)境良好、歷史文化底蘊(yùn)深厚、旅游資源品位高和農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富等4大產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì);存在鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化、旅游活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目單一化、鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)城市化、原住居民邊緣化、鄉(xiāng)村文化低俗化、鄉(xiāng)村公地悲劇化、旅游開發(fā)無序化和經(jīng)營管理粗放化等問題;面臨著黨和政府大力支持鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展、城鄉(xiāng)居民收入提高、國民消費(fèi)方式轉(zhuǎn)變、新農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施改善、快速交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)加速形成等難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇;同時(shí),也面臨著大旅游發(fā)展背景中鄉(xiāng)村旅游地位弱化、鄉(xiāng)村旅游大開發(fā)浪潮中發(fā)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的不穩(wěn)定性和不確定性持續(xù)上升、國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)下行壓力和物價(jià)上漲壓力并存、區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 第4章是論文的核心部分。 該部分在前述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持“農(nóng)民主體、農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ);政府引導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作;保護(hù)優(yōu)先、綠色主導(dǎo);突出特色、打造精品;市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展”的5項(xiàng)基本原則。 根據(jù)鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展所處的階段與水平,從不同側(cè)面提出了現(xiàn)階段鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制模式、經(jīng)營組織模式、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式和地域開發(fā)模式。現(xiàn)階段鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制模式宜采用政府引導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)主體模式;經(jīng)營組織模式宜采用社區(qū)主導(dǎo)模式;鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式可基于不同鄉(xiāng)村旅游地的文脈與地脈特征,分別選擇田園觀光旅游、鄉(xiāng)村民俗風(fēng)情旅游、農(nóng)家樂旅游、鄉(xiāng)村聚落旅游、鄉(xiāng)村休閑度假旅游、科普教育旅游、回歸自然旅游、鄉(xiāng)村體驗(yàn)旅游和農(nóng)事節(jié)慶旅游等9種開發(fā)模式;根據(jù)不同鄉(xiāng)村旅游地的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、資源稟賦、歷史文化背景等條件,鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游地域開發(fā)模式可分為都市郊區(qū)型、景區(qū)邊緣型、依山傍水逐草型、民族民俗村寨型和傳統(tǒng)特色農(nóng)區(qū)型等5種模式。 為推動(dòng)鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展,本文提出了“規(guī)劃先行、科學(xué)發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)、優(yōu)化環(huán)境;擴(kuò)寬渠道、多元融資;完善制度、規(guī)范管理;培訓(xùn)提升、建設(shè)隊(duì)伍;打造精品、鑄造品牌”的基本策略。在鑄造鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游品牌上,提出重點(diǎn)打造旅游名鎮(zhèn)品牌、旅游名村品牌、旅游景點(diǎn)品牌、旅游節(jié)慶品牌、旅游產(chǎn)品品牌和旅游商品品牌,構(gòu)建鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游品牌體系。在打造鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游精品上,提出重點(diǎn)打造清江流域民俗風(fēng)情旅游、漢江流域林果觀光帶旅游、荊門“中國農(nóng)谷”農(nóng)業(yè)休閑體驗(yàn)旅游、“一江兩山”生態(tài)文化旅游和“四湖流域”水鄉(xiāng)田園風(fēng)光旅游等5大精品鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品。 第5章是結(jié)論部分?偨Y(jié)了論文的主要結(jié)論和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),指出了論文研究的不足和今后研究的方向。 本文在下述幾點(diǎn)上有所創(chuàng)新:一是對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了重新界定;二是首次系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源分類體系;三是在SWOT分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出了鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)方向、開發(fā)原則、開發(fā)模式與開發(fā)策略。其研究成果對(duì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展具有較高理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)作用。 本文的不足之處主要在于,對(duì)鄂西鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)尚未進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,這也是筆者今后研究的重點(diǎn)方向。
[Abstract]:China has entered the stage of mass tourism, and the vast countryside is becoming a new tourism hot spot. The development of rural tourism has entered the fast lane and has a large industrial scale. West Hubei is an old, few, marginal, poor, storage area. Although the domestic rural tourism is growing fast, the market potential is great, and the prospect of development is good, the overall development of rural tourism in the west of Hubei Province The level is not high, basically still in the primary stage; some places have insufficient understanding of the importance and necessity of developing rural tourism, lack of attention, lack of dominant consciousness and lack of innovation. In the aspects of resource development, planning and development, market operation and service level, there are obvious problems of extensive development in rural tourism in Western Hubei Province. There is an urgent need to solve it.
This paper combines theoretical research and empirical research, combining qualitative research with quantitative research, combining literature research with actual investigation, combining vertical comparison with horizontal comparison, aiming at drawing lessons from the theory and practice of rural tourism development at home and abroad, combining the characteristics and development status of rural tourism resources in Western Hubei Province, and analyzing the rural areas in Western Hubei Province. The inherent advantages and disadvantages of tourism development, clear the opportunities and threats, try to answer the direction, principle, model and strategy of rural tourism development in Western Hubei Province, to solve the specific problems of rural tourism development in Western Hubei, and promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Western Hubei Province. The research results of this paper have the practice of rural tourism development in the underdeveloped areas. Higher theoretical value and practical guidance.
This paper is composed of 5 chapters.
The first chapter describes the background, research content, research significance, research methods and technical line of the thesis, and reviews and comments on previous research results.
In the second chapter, the theory of new rural construction, the theory of urban-rural integration, the theory of experience economy and the theory of sustainable development are discussed, and the related concepts of rural tourism are analyzed and analyzed. The classification system of rural tourism resources is put forward, and the rural tourism resources are divided into 10 main categories, 38 subcategories and 206 basic types. Based on the above analysis, it is clear that there are 10 main categories, 36 sub categories and 194 basic types of rural tourism resources in Western Hubei.
The third chapter is one of the key points of the paper. On the basis of the investigation and research, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the natural geographical environment, social and economic environment, tourism industry environment and the present situation of tourism resources in Western Hubei rural tourism development. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis, it is pointed out that the rural tourism in Western Hubei has a good ecological environment, a profound historical and cultural background. The 4 major industrial development advantages such as high quality of tourism resources and rich agricultural resources, such as the homogeneity of the rural tourism products, the simplification of tourism activities, the urbanization of the rural construction, the marginalization of the residents, the vulgarization of the rural culture, the tragedy of the rural public land, the disordering of the tourism development and the extensive management of the management, and so on, are faced with the party and the government. To support the development of rural tourism, the income of urban and rural residents, the transformation of the national consumption pattern, the improvement of the new rural infrastructure, the rapid development of the rapid traffic network and other rare development opportunities, and the weakening of the status of the rural tourism in the background of the great tourism development, the increasing risk of the development of rural tourism and the recovery of the world economy. Instability and uncertainty continue to rise, the pressure of domestic economic growth downward pressure and price rise coexist, regional competition and the increasingly fierce competition in the same industry and other risks.
The fourth chapter is the core of the thesis.
On the basis of the previous research, this part proposes that the rural tourism development in Western Hubei should adhere to the 5 basic principles of "farmers, agricultural foundation, government guidance, market operation, protection of priority, green dominance, outstanding characteristics, high quality, market orientation, industrialization development".
According to the stage and level of rural tourism development in Western Hubei, the driving mechanism model, management organization model, product development mode and regional development mode are put forward from different sides. The current mode of rural tourism driving mechanism in West Hubei is suitable for the mode of government guidance, market main body and management organization mode. The mode of community leading should be adopted, and the mode of rural tourism product development can be based on the characteristics of the context and vein of different rural tourist sites, and the rural tourism, rural folk customs and customs, rural folk music tourism, rural settlement tourism, rural leisure and holiday tourism, popular science education tourism, return to natural tourism, rural experience tourism and agriculture Festival, can be selected respectively. 9 kinds of development modes, such as celebrating tourism, etc., are divided into 5 modes, such as the urban suburban type, the edge type of the scenic area, the grassland by the mountain and the grass type, the ethnic folklore village type and the traditional characteristic agricultural region, according to the geographical advantage, the resource endowment and the historical and cultural background of the different rural tourist places.
In order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Western Hubei, this paper puts forward the basic strategy of "planning first, scientific development, strengthening the foundation, optimizing the environment, broadening the channels, multi financing, perfecting the system, standardizing management, training and upgrading, building a team, building a fine quality and casting brand", and putting forward the emphasis on the rural tourism brand in the west of Hubei. The famous tourist town brand, tourist famous village brand, tourist attractions brand, tourist festival brand, tourism product brand and tourist commodity brand, build the rural tourism brand system in West Hubei Province. In building the exquisite rural tourism in Western Hubei, the key to create the folk customs tourism in Qingjiang basin, the sightseeing belt Tourism of the Hanjiang River Basin, the Jingmen "Chinese agricultural Valley" "Agricultural leisure experience tourism", "one river and two mountains" ecological culture tourism and "Four Lakes basin" Water Village pastoral scenery tourism and other 5 boutique rural tourism products.
The fifth chapter is the conclusion. It summarizes the main conclusions and innovations of the paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research and the direction of future research.
This article has some innovations on the following points: first, the concept of rural tourism is redefined; two is the first systematic construction of rural tourism resources classification system; three, on the basis of SWOT analysis, the development direction, development principle, development model and development strategy of rural tourism in Western Hubei Province are put forward. The development of rural tourism has higher theoretical value and practical guiding role.
The main shortcoming of this article is that the development of rural tourism products in Western Hubei has not been systematically studied, which is also the key direction of the author's future research.
