【摘要】：旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)劣是旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和水平的重要標(biāo)志,其轉(zhuǎn)型和優(yōu)化升級(jí)是旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的本質(zhì)要求。目前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平的研究,多從理論上闡述旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的一般概念、合理化、高度化及運(yùn)用定量方法分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效益,但構(gòu)建指標(biāo)以綜合評(píng)價(jià)其結(jié)構(gòu)水平存在明顯不足。本文從合理化、高度化、效益水平三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建一套全面真實(shí)反映旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并立足山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用均方差方法確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,運(yùn)用加權(quán)平均法對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平綜合指數(shù)從時(shí)序和空間進(jìn)行了量化測(cè)度和系統(tǒng)分析。結(jié)果表明:山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)體系表現(xiàn)出不同的變化特征;產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平綜合指數(shù)不高。從時(shí)序變化上看,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平指標(biāo)層要素及綜合指數(shù)呈動(dòng)態(tài)提高的態(tài)勢(shì);從空間差異上看,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)綜合水平區(qū)域差異明顯,最高的青島達(dá)到0.671,而最低的濱州只為0.261�；谏鲜鎏攸c(diǎn),從提高合理化水平、高度化水平及效益水平提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The quality of tourism industry structure is an important symbol of the quality and level of tourism economic development, and its transformation and optimization are the essential requirements of tourism economic growth. At present, the academic research on the level of tourism industry structure mostly expounds the general concept of tourism industry structure, rationalization, elevation and the use of quantitative methods to analyze the benefits of tourism industry structure. But there are obvious shortcomings in constructing index to evaluate its structure level synthetically. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system from three aspects of rationalization, elevation and benefit level, which reflects the level of tourism industry structure, and based on the present situation of tourism industry in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, using the relevant data of statistical yearbook. The weight of evaluation index is determined by means of mean-variance method, and the quantitative measurement and systematic analysis of the comprehensive index of tourism industry structure level from time series and space are carried out by using weighted average method. The results show that the index system of tourism industry structure in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula shows different characteristics, and the comprehensive index of industrial structure level is not high. From the point of view of time series change, the level of tourism industry structure index layer elements and comprehensive index show dynamic improvement trend, from the spatial difference, tourism industry structure comprehensive level regional difference is obvious, the highest Qingdao is 0.671, but the lowest Binzhou is only 0.261. Based on the above characteristics, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to improve the rationalization level, the high level and the benefit level.
