杭州農家樂旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:農家樂旅游是以體驗原滋原味的農家生活為目的的一種較為流行的旅游休閑活動。國內農家樂旅游興起于20世紀80年代,特別是20世紀90年代中后期實行“黃金周”假期以來,農家樂開發(fā)驟然升溫。農家樂旅游是經濟、社會、文化發(fā)展到一定階段的產物,是農業(yè)產業(yè)結構調整、城鄉(xiāng)消費結構升級換代的一種自然現(xiàn)象,是旅游業(yè)中的重要組成部分,是農民增加收入的重要途徑。發(fā)展農家樂是推動我國農村經濟發(fā)展、調整農村單一經濟、建設社會主義新農村和完善旅游市場不可或缺的亮點。 本文以杭州農家樂旅游為研究對象,在參閱大量國內外相關文獻研究的基礎上,分析了農家樂旅游產生的背景、原因及意義,通過對杭州部分地區(qū)農家樂旅游景點的實地勘察、問卷調查,結合杭州地區(qū)地理位置、環(huán)境、交通、資源、技術、管理等方面的情況,進行實證分析,從而來探討杭州市農家樂旅游發(fā)展的策略。杭州是著名的旅游城市,其自身豐富的旅游資源為農家樂開創(chuàng)了條件,進一步開發(fā)杭州市農家樂旅游資源,不僅可以更好地發(fā)展杭州旅游業(yè),也可以為研究社會主義新農村課題拓展思路,為促進農村勞動力轉移和農村經濟發(fā)展具有一定的指導作用。全文共由四個部分組成。第一部分介紹農家樂旅游產生的背景、原因及意義。第二部分介紹杭州農家樂旅游的現(xiàn)狀,通過實地調研與問卷調查分析農家樂發(fā)展過程中存在的問題。指出旅游產品同構現(xiàn)象嚴重,開發(fā)無章,發(fā)展無序,活動單一,發(fā)展后勁不足。第三部分采用SWOT分析法全面分析杭州發(fā)展農家樂旅游的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。第四部分針對杭州農家樂發(fā)展過程中存在的問題提出相應的對策與建議。 通過研究,本文從杭州地區(qū)農家樂旅游產業(yè)實際情況出發(fā),有針對性地提出了政府引導、政策支持,科學規(guī)劃、規(guī)范管理,開發(fā)與保護并舉,健康、有序發(fā)展農家樂;突出特色,打造品牌,實現(xiàn)錯位經營、差異化發(fā)展,以特色增魅力,促進農家樂可持續(xù)發(fā)展;強化管理,培養(yǎng)人才,政府牽頭,聯(lián)合專業(yè)院校培養(yǎng)高、精、尖的農家樂經營管理人才;加強營銷力度,拓展營銷渠道,利用各種平臺推廣農家樂,做大品牌,擴大影響,開拓國內外市場。
[Abstract]:Nongjiayue tourism is a popular tourism leisure activity aimed at experiencing the original taste of rural life. Nongjiale tourism in China rose in the 1980s, especially since the "Golden week" holiday was implemented in the middle and late 1990s, the development of Nongjiale has suddenly increased. Nongjiale tourism is the product of economic, social and cultural development to a certain stage. It is a natural phenomenon in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the upgrading of urban and rural consumption structure. It is an important part of tourism. It is an important way for farmers to increase their income. The development of Nongjiale is an indispensable bright spot to promote the development of rural economy, to adjust the rural single economy, to build a new socialist countryside and to perfect the tourism market. This paper takes Hangzhou Nongjiale tourism as the research object, on the basis of referring to a large number of domestic and foreign related literature research, analyzes the background, causes and significance of the Nongjiale tourism, through the field survey of some parts of Hangzhou Nongjiale tourist attractions. According to the situation of geographical location, environment, transportation, resources, technology, management and so on, this paper makes an empirical analysis to explore the strategies for the development of agricultural tourism in Hangzhou. Hangzhou is a famous tourist city. Its rich tourist resources have opened up conditions for Nongjiale. The further development of Hangzhou's Nongjiale tourism resources can not only better develop Hangzhou's tourism, It can also be used as a guide for the study of the new socialist countryside and for promoting the transfer of rural labor force and the development of rural economy. The paper consists of four parts. The first part introduces the background, reasons and significance of Nongjiale tourism. The second part introduces the present situation of Hangzhou Nongjiale Tourism, and analyzes the problems in the development of Nongjiale by field investigation and questionnaire survey. It is pointed out that the phenomenon of isomorphism of tourism products is serious, the development has no rules, the development is disorderly, the activity is single, and the development stamina is insufficient. The third part analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Hangzhou's development of Nongjiale tourism by SWOT analysis. The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the development process of Hangzhou Nongjiale. Based on the actual situation of agricultural tourism industry in Hangzhou area, this paper puts forward the government guidance, policy support, scientific planning, standardization of management, development and protection, healthy and orderly development of agricultural music; Highlight characteristics, create brands, achieve misplaced management, differentiated development, increase charisma with characteristics, promote sustainable development of farm music, strengthen management, train talents, take the lead by the government, and combine professional colleges and universities to cultivate high and fine, Strengthen marketing, expand marketing channels, use various platforms to promote Nongjiale, make a big brand, expand influence and open up domestic and foreign markets.
