重慶市國內(nèi)游客的旅游行為研究

【摘要】:改革開放三十年來,我國旅游業(yè)取得的輝煌業(yè)績舉世矚目,旅游業(yè)國際地位不斷攀升,在世界旅游格局中已經(jīng)占據(jù)了不可或缺的重要組成。隨著國內(nèi)、國際經(jīng)濟形勢的改變,我國國內(nèi)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)被提升到前所未有的高度,被賦予更加重要的地位。 “人們到底如何消費旅游產(chǎn)品”一直是旅游研究的熱門話題。旅游者行為其實是個很復雜的因素,它受到個人心理因素和社會環(huán)境的雙重影響。它的規(guī)律特征究竟對旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、旅游營銷策略、旅游資源發(fā)展狀況起到怎樣的影響。本文首先詳解了研究背景與目的,說明了此篇文章對現(xiàn)實的意義。 在第3章以《中國旅游統(tǒng)計年鑒》、《重慶市旅游統(tǒng)計年鑒》和《重慶國內(nèi)旅游者調(diào)查統(tǒng)計報告》為基礎,用大量的實際調(diào)查結(jié)果詳盡地分析了重慶市國內(nèi)旅游者的人口特征、旅游信息傳播渠道、旅游目的和方式、旅游流時空、旅游消費分析和旅游者滿意度分析等等方面的特征。進而在第4章,挖掘出5—10年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行比對,用大量的圖表展示,深入分析了多年來的數(shù)據(jù)變化情況,試圖找出隨著時間和經(jīng)濟形勢的改變、重慶市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,對國內(nèi)旅游者在旅游決策、出游方式、旅游流的是時空變化、旅游消費、旅游景點偏好上出現(xiàn)的各種變化,結(jié)合重慶市旅游發(fā)展實際進行深入地分析研究 有效地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和理論分析總是為實踐服務的。全面了解重慶國內(nèi)旅游者消費結(jié)構(gòu),深入對比分析國內(nèi)旅游者的消費行為特性,有助于我們細分市場,因地制宜的制定合理的旅游政策,有針對性的開發(fā)旅游產(chǎn)品,有的放矢地進行營銷策略,使旅游消費結(jié)構(gòu)趨向合理,從而提高重慶整體旅游品牌、知名度,,美譽度。 最后,通過分析研究的結(jié)果,本文提出了一些關(guān)于重慶旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展、旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、旅游市場營銷等方面提出了發(fā)展思路和展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, China's tourism industry has made remarkable achievements, and the international status of tourism has been rising, which has occupied an indispensable and important part in the world tourism pattern. With the change of domestic and international economic situation, the development of domestic tourism has been promoted to an unprecedented height and given a more important position. How people consume tourism products has always been a hot topic in tourism research. Tourist behavior is a very complex factor, which is influenced by personal psychological factors and social environment. How does its regular feature affect the development of tourism economy, tourism marketing strategy and tourism resources. In this paper, the background and purpose of the study are explained in detail, and the significance of this article to reality is explained. In Chapter 3, based on China Tourism Statistics Yearbook, Chongqing Tourism Statistics Yearbook and Chongqing domestic tourist Survey and Statistics report, the author makes a detailed analysis of the demographic characteristics of domestic tourists in Chongqing with a large number of actual survey results. The characteristics of tourism information transmission channel, tourism purpose and mode, travel flow time and space, tourism consumption analysis and tourist satisfaction analysis, etc. Then in Chapter 4, we excavate the relevant data from 5 to 10 years to compare, use a large number of charts to display, in-depth analysis of the data changes over the years, trying to find out with the time and economic situation changes, the development of tourism in Chongqing, This paper makes a deep analysis and research on the changes of domestic tourists in tourism decision making, travel mode, tourism flow in terms of time and space change, tourism consumption and tourist attraction preference, combined with the reality of Chongqing's tourism development. Effective investigation of data and theoretical analysis are always in the service of practice. A comprehensive understanding of the consumption structure of domestic tourists in Chongqing and in-depth comparative analysis of the consumer behavior characteristics of domestic tourists will help us to subdivide the market, formulate reasonable tourism policies according to local conditions, and develop tourism products in a targeted manner. In order to make the tourism consumption structure more reasonable, the overall tourism brand, popularity and reputation of Chongqing should be improved. Finally, through the analysis of the results, this paper puts forward some ideas and prospects about the overall development of Chongqing tourism industry, tourism product development, tourism marketing and so on.
