【摘要】：我國自20世紀(jì)80年代，鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為當(dāng)?shù)卣l(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、加快新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的手段在全國掀起了發(fā)展的熱潮，與此形成鮮明對比的是鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展過程中暴露出來的種種問題嚴(yán)重影響了鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的步伐。馬耳山也是如此，尤其是馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游還處于發(fā)展初期，其出現(xiàn)的問題與馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游的快速發(fā)展形成鮮明的矛盾。馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游存在的問題是多方面的，，但是從根源上講主要是開發(fā)模式還處于摸索時(shí)期，開發(fā)模式的混亂直接影響著馬耳山的經(jīng)營，通過對開發(fā)模式的研究，總結(jié)鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、規(guī)律，對鄉(xiāng)村旅游的未來發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。 本文在分析比較及選擇構(gòu)建馬耳山模式時(shí)，將社區(qū)參與理論及利益相關(guān)者理論運(yùn)用其中，試圖結(jié)合馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀，選擇設(shè)計(jì)有利于馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式。本文共分為以下五部分： 第一部分：緒論。主要包括論文的選題背景，研究意義，國內(nèi)外研究思路及論文的研究思路與內(nèi)容。 第二部分：馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀。該部分的研究以馬耳山為主要研究對象，內(nèi)容涉及馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的歷史及馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式的缺失。 第三部分：典型鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式類型分析比較。該部分首先對具有普遍意義的國內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，對五種典型的鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式進(jìn)行闡述并從四個不同的方面進(jìn)行分析比較。 第四部分：馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式的確定與設(shè)計(jì)。該部分是本文的核心部分。本部分主要從確定馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式應(yīng)注意的問題，馬耳山鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)模式的確定，馬耳山模式的設(shè)計(jì)及馬耳山模式的深度開發(fā)建議四個方面來具體論述。 第五部分：結(jié)論�？偨Y(jié)了本文的主要觀點(diǎn)，并提出了研究不足與展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, rural tourism, as a means for the local government to develop the economy and speed up the construction of the new countryside, has set off an upsurge of development throughout the country. In contrast, the problems exposed in the development of rural tourism seriously affect the pace of the development of rural tourism. The same is true in Mal'shan, especially in the early stage of the development of rural tourism in Mal'shan, and its problems are in sharp contradiction with the rapid development of rural tourism in Mal'shan. The problems existing in rural tourism in Mal'shan are various, but the main source is that the development mode is still in a groping period. The confusion of the development mode directly affects the management of Mal'shan, and through the study of the development model, Summing up the experience and law of rural tourism development mode has important reference significance for the future development of rural tourism. When analyzing and choosing the Mal'shan model, this paper applies the community participation theory and stakeholder theory, and tries to combine the current situation of Mal'shan rural tourism development. Choose the model of sustainable development of rural tourism in Mal'shan. This paper is divided into the following five parts: Part one: introduction. This paper mainly includes the background, significance, domestic and international research ideas and research ideas and content. The second part: the current situation of rural tourism development in Mal'shan. In this part, Mal Mountain is the main research object, including the history of Mal'shan rural tourism development and the lack of development model of Mal'shan rural tourism. The third part: the typical rural tourism development model type analysis and comparison. In this part, the author summarizes the development mode of rural tourism in China, expounds five typical rural tourism development models and analyzes and compares them from four different aspects. The fourth part: the determination and design of the development mode of Mal'shan rural tourism. This part is the core part of this paper. This part mainly discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in determining the development mode of Mal'shan rural tourism, the determination of Mal'shan rural tourism development model, the design of the Mal'shan model and the suggestions for the deep exploitation of the Mal'shan model. Part V: conclusion. This paper summarizes the main points of view, and puts forward the research deficiencies and prospects.
