大學(xué)生世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游滿意度研究

【摘要】:自1999年我國教育制度改革以來,全國各高校年年擴(kuò)招,在校大學(xué)生人數(shù)逐年攀升。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2010年我國普通高等學(xué)校在校研究生和本、專科生已到達(dá)2285多萬人,其中本科生比例達(dá)51.6%。從人口數(shù)量、旅游意愿、資金來源、出游時(shí)間等方面來看,大學(xué)生作為潛在的和現(xiàn)實(shí)的旅游市場之條件已日趨成熟。但目前無論是旅游業(yè)實(shí)踐方面還是理論研究方面,大學(xué)生旅游未得到應(yīng)有的重視。同時(shí),大學(xué)生出游動(dòng)機(jī)多傾向于文化型,偏愛民俗風(fēng)情景區(qū)和風(fēng)景名勝,而世界遺產(chǎn)地又是自然稟賦和文化品位相對(duì)較高的旅游資源。自20世紀(jì)70年代末第一批世界遺產(chǎn)地公布后,世界遺產(chǎn)旅游作為一種新的旅游產(chǎn)品,在西方國家被培育并加以營銷。如今,“遺產(chǎn)旅游”作為一種世界現(xiàn)象,已經(jīng)成為人類求取與外部世界高度和諧的有效形式之一,成為高質(zhì)量回歸自然和回歸歷史的必須性的社會(huì)生活組成部分。而世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游發(fā)展是否成功,關(guān)鍵在于游客對(duì)其旅游體驗(yàn)滿意程度的評(píng)價(jià)。所以本文以大學(xué)生群體為調(diào)查對(duì)象,研究其世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游的滿意度情況,以期為提升大學(xué)生世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游的滿意度提出針對(duì)性的策略。 本文共分為五部分。第一部分為緒論,提出問題的研究背景,引出問題的研究領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理和歸納,確定了論文的研究方法和研究框架。第二部分闡述了本文的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)文章涉及的幾個(gè)核心概念進(jìn)行界定。第三部分在前兩部分理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了世界遺產(chǎn)地游客滿意度模型和世界遺產(chǎn)地游客滿意度測評(píng)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用專家打分法對(duì)測評(píng)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了初步修正和指標(biāo)賦權(quán)。第四部分是實(shí)證研究,對(duì)調(diào)查獲得的大學(xué)生世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游滿意度相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。首先對(duì)大學(xué)生世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游的行為特征進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;然后運(yùn)用加權(quán)平均法測算出大學(xué)生世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游滿意度;再運(yùn)用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,明確世界遺產(chǎn)地總體形象、感知質(zhì)量、感知價(jià)值、游客滿意、游客抱怨、游客忠誠等變量間的相關(guān)性;最后對(duì)不同人口統(tǒng)計(jì)特征和不同旅游行為特征的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了差異分析。第五部分根據(jù)第四章的實(shí)證研究結(jié)果,從世界遺產(chǎn)地和大學(xué)生兩方面提出了一些針對(duì)性的策略,以利于提高大學(xué)生世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of China's education system in 1999, the number of college students has increased year by year. According to statistics, in 2010, China's ordinary institutions of higher learning graduate students and this, junior college students have reached more than 2285 million, among which the proportion of undergraduate students reached 51.6 million. From the aspects of population, tourism intention, capital source, travel time and so on, the condition of college students as a potential and realistic tourism market has become more and more mature. However, college students' tourism has not received due attention, whether in tourism practice or theoretical research. At the same time, college students tend to travel in the cultural type, favoring folk customs scenic spots and scenic spots, while the world heritage is a relatively high natural endowment and cultural taste of tourism resources. Since the first batch of World Heritage sites were published in the late 1970s, World Heritage Tourism, as a new tourism product, has been cultivated and marketed in western countries. Nowadays, as a world phenomenon, "heritage tourism" has become one of the effective forms for human beings to seek a high degree of harmony with the outside world, and a necessary part of social life for the return of high quality to nature and history. Whether the tourism development of World Heritage sites is successful or not depends on the evaluation of tourists' satisfaction with their tourism experience. So this article takes the university student group as the investigation object, studies its world heritage tourism satisfaction situation, in order to promote the university student world heritage tourism satisfaction to put forward the targeted strategy. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, the research background of the question, the research field of the problem, and the related research at home and abroad are summarized, and the research methods and research framework of the paper are determined. The second part expounds the theoretical basis of this paper, and defines several core concepts involved in the article. In the third part, on the basis of the first two parts' theoretical research, the author puts forward the model of tourist satisfaction of World Heritage sites and the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction of World Heritage sites. And the expert scoring method is used to carry on the preliminary revision and the index weight to the evaluation index system. The fourth part is an empirical study to analyze the related data of university students' tourism satisfaction of World Heritage sites. First of all, the behavioral characteristics of college students' tourism in World Heritage sites are analyzed by descriptive statistics; then the tourism satisfaction degree of university students' World Heritage sites is calculated by using weighted average method; and then, the overall image of World Heritage sites is determined by using SPSS17.0. Perception quality, perceived value, tourist satisfaction, tourist complaints, tourist loyalty and other variables of the correlation; finally, the different demographic characteristics and different characteristics of tourism behavior of college students were analyzed. In the fifth part, according to the results of empirical research in Chapter 4, some targeted strategies are put forward from the two aspects of World Heritage sites and College students, in order to improve the satisfaction of college students' World Heritage sites.
