【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平的提高和江西省交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的改善，江西省的旅游業(yè)也得到了蓬勃發(fā)展。截至2011年底，，江西省旅游總收入達到1210億元，同比增長約37%，首次邁進“千億元俱樂部”。在整體上快速發(fā)展的同時，江西省11地市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展水平又參差不齊。2011年，全省旅游收入最高的上饒市達到215.3億元，占全省旅游收入的17.79%；而旅游收入排序靠后的鷹潭、新余和萍鄉(xiāng)三市旅游收入總和卻只有157.4億元，不到上饒一市旅游收入的四分之三；11市旅游總收入占各地GDP比重的極差值也由2005年的9.1%上升為2011年的15.1%，增加了66.7%。旅游業(yè)作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，一方面其發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率越來越高，另一方面也表現(xiàn)出區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象。通過對江西省11個設(shè)區(qū)市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展差異特征的分析，有助于找出原因并提出發(fā)展對策，對江西省經(jīng)濟社會全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。 本文主要采用規(guī)范性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合的方法。將江西省11市區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異作為研究主題，圍繞江西省11市區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的空間特征進行分析和闡述，運用SPSS17.0軟件中的相關(guān)分析和主成分分析相結(jié)合的分析方法，找出江西省區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的原因。在分析江西省11市區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的空間特征時，主要采用的是比較分析法；在對江西省11市區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的影響因素分析時，主要采用的是規(guī)范性與定量性相結(jié)合的研究方法。 本文采用旅游總收入的絕對差異和旅游收入的相對差異兩個測量指標對江西省11個設(shè)區(qū)市旅游發(fā)展的空間差異進行分析，進而找出形成江西省旅游發(fā)展差異的影響因素。運用SPSS17.0軟件中的相關(guān)分析和主成分分析相結(jié)合的分析方法，建立影響江西省區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的主成分分析回歸模型，找出江西省區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的原因。通過對江西省區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的分析可知，景區(qū)數(shù)、景區(qū)密度、星級飯店數(shù)、路網(wǎng)密度、一級路網(wǎng)密度和財政支出水平六個因子是造成江西省11個設(shè)區(qū)市旅游發(fā)展差異的因素，其中影響程度最大的三大因子是景區(qū)數(shù)、景區(qū)密度和一級路網(wǎng)密度。在確定江西省區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展差異的原因之后，提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策：加強政府扶持力度，創(chuàng)新開發(fā)管理理念；重點開發(fā)與區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展相結(jié)合；加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，營造舒適的旅游環(huán)境，保護生態(tài)環(huán)境與資源，實現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)健康、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the level of economic and social development and the improvement of transportation infrastructure in Jiangxi Province, the tourism industry of Jiangxi Province has been booming. By the end of 2011, total tourism revenue in Jiangxi Province had reached 121 billion yuan, up about 37 billion yuan from the same period last year, making it the first "100 billion yuan club." In 2011, Shangrao, the city with the highest tourism income, reached 21.53 billion yuan, accounting for 17.79 percent of the province's tourism income. However, the total tourism income of Xinyu and Pingxiang is only 15.74 billion yuan, and the proportion of total tourism income of 3/4 or 11 cities in Shangrao City increases from 9.1 percent in 2005 to 15.1 percent in 2011, an increase of 66.7 percent. Tourism as a new industry, on the one hand, its development contribution to economic growth is increasing, on the other hand, it also shows the phenomenon of regional development imbalance. Through the analysis of the characteristics of tourism development in 11 districts of Jiangxi Province, it is helpful to find out the reasons and put forward the development countermeasures, which is of great significance to the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of Jiangxi's economy and society. This article mainly adopts the normative research and the quantitative research unifies the method. Taking the regional tourism development difference of 11 cities of Jiangxi Province as the research topic, the spatial characteristics of the regional tourism development difference in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province are analyzed and expounded, and the analysis method combining the correlation analysis and principal component analysis in SPSS17.0 software is used. To find out the reasons for the difference of regional tourism development in Jiangxi Province. In the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the regional tourism development differences in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province, the comparative analysis method is mainly used, and the factors influencing the regional tourism development differences in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province are analyzed. The main research method is the combination of normative and quantitative. This paper analyzes the spatial difference of tourism development in 11 districts of Jiangxi Province by using the absolute difference of total tourism income and the relative difference of tourism income, and then finds out the factors that influence the difference of tourism development in Jiangxi Province. By using the method of correlation analysis and principal component analysis in SPSS17.0 software, the regression model of principal component analysis (PCA) which affects the regional tourism development difference in Jiangxi Province is established, and the reasons for the difference in regional tourism development in Jiangxi Province are found out. Through the analysis of the difference of regional tourism development in Jiangxi Province, we can know that the number of scenic spots, the density of scenic spots, the number of star hotels, the density of road network, The density of first class road network and six factors of fiscal expenditure level are the factors that cause the difference of tourism development in 11 districts of Jiangxi Province, among which the three most influential factors are the number of scenic spots, the density of scenic spots and the density of first class road network. After determining the reasons for the differences in regional tourism development in Jiangxi Province, the author puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures: strengthening government support, innovating the concept of development management, combining the key development with regional coordinated development, speeding up the construction of infrastructure, Create comfortable tourism environment, protect ecological environment and resources, realize healthy, harmonious and sustainable development of tourism.
