【摘要】：2011年3月，國家“十二五”規(guī)劃出臺(tái)，其內(nèi)容中明確指出要重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)河北沿海地區(qū)發(fā)展，至此，河北沿海地區(qū)作為整體開發(fā)區(qū)域被納入國家戰(zhàn)略�！逗颖毖睾５貐^(qū)規(guī)劃》已獲國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)實(shí)施，秦皇島、唐山、滄州作為河北省的沿海城市，其經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的程度隨之加深，，區(qū)域旅游合作作為經(jīng)濟(jì)體合作的重要組成部分，能夠?yàn)閰^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)，因此研究秦唐滄的區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先，對本文的選題背景、研究意義、相關(guān)問題的國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法進(jìn)行了分析，并對相關(guān)概念和基本理論進(jìn)行了闡述，為后面的研究提供了理論依據(jù)和方法。 其次，在介紹秦唐滄三市的自然環(huán)境、區(qū)位環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境三方面概況的基礎(chǔ)上分析了該區(qū)域內(nèi)旅游客源市場、旅游資源稟賦、旅游接待能力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，最后分析影響秦唐滄區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的因素，包括動(dòng)力因素和阻力因素兩方面。本部分內(nèi)容主要是對秦唐滄區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定性分析。 再次，對秦唐滄區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的程度進(jìn)行定量分析，采用單因素分析和綜合因素分析，將評價(jià)系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)程度的協(xié)調(diào)度模型引入?yún)f(xié)同程度的評價(jià)，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)秦唐滄區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展程度水平居中，發(fā)展空間大。 最后，結(jié)合影響秦唐滄區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的因素以及區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的程度提出優(yōu)化對策，具體包括加強(qiáng)區(qū)域旅游規(guī)劃管理、構(gòu)建區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展機(jī)制、優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)施區(qū)域聯(lián)合營銷以及完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施五方面的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In March 2011, the state's 12th Five-Year Plan was issued, and its contents clearly pointed out that emphasis should be placed on promoting the development of the coastal areas of Hebei. At this point, As a whole, the coastal areas of Hebei Province have been incorporated into the national strategy. The "Hebei Coastal area Planning" has been approved and implemented by the State Council. As the coastal cities of Hebei Province, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Cangzhou have deepened their economic integration. As an important part of economic cooperation, regional tourism cooperation can contribute to the development of regional economic integration. First of all, the background, significance, domestic and foreign research review, research content and research methods are analyzed, and the related concepts and basic theories are expounded. It provides the theoretical basis and method for the later research. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the natural environment, location environment and economic environment of the three cities of Qin and Tang Cang, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of tourist resource market, tourism resource endowment and tourism reception ability in this area. Finally, the factors influencing the coordinated development of tourism in QinTangcang region are analyzed, including power factor and resistance factor. The content of this part is the qualitative analysis of the current situation of tourism development in Qin and Tang Cang region. Thirdly, the degree of coordinated development of tourism in Qintang and Tangcang region is analyzed quantitatively. Single factor analysis and comprehensive factor analysis are used to introduce the coordination degree model of evaluation system into the evaluation of coordination degree. The results show that the level of coordinated development of tourism in Qintang-Tangcang region is in the middle and the space for development is large. Finally, combined with the factors that affect the coordinated development of tourism in Qintang and Tangcang region and the degree of coordinated development of regional tourism, the paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures, including strengthening the management of regional tourism planning and constructing the mechanism of coordinated development of regional tourism. Optimize the structure of tourism products, implement regional joint marketing and improve infrastructure in five aspects.
