基于CBE模式的高職旅游管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:“十二五”時期是我國旅游業(yè)向國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和人民群眾更加滿意的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)邁進(jìn)的重要階段,旅游人才發(fā)展的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)如何從旅游行業(yè)實(shí)際需要出發(fā),面向地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),探索新形勢下旅游管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng),緊密對接旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),培養(yǎng)旅游行業(yè)需要的人才,是當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的問題。 本文對2012年3月湖南省旅游局舉辦的第四屆旅游企業(yè)大型人才招聘會參會的100多家旅行社和景區(qū)進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,并對相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行了廣泛的訪談和深入的社會調(diào)研。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、調(diào)查研究法、歸納演繹法等進(jìn)行研究。 文章對國內(nèi)外職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式和國內(nèi)外旅游管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了較為廣泛的研究,隨之介紹了本文的研究理論框架——國際上通用的CBE培養(yǎng)模式,認(rèn)為CBE培養(yǎng)模式具有培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)“具體化”、文化教育“功能化”、專業(yè)教育“實(shí)踐化”、教學(xué)過程“活動化”、質(zhì)量評價“社會化”五個方面的特征,對我國高職旅游管理專業(yè)的開發(fā)具有較大的指導(dǎo)價值。文章對高職旅游管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的內(nèi)涵建設(shè)、多元模式構(gòu)建、專業(yè)知識、能力、素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,明確了工學(xué)結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)內(nèi)涵,創(chuàng)建了高職旅游管理專業(yè)的三個人才培養(yǎng)模式:即“基地—仿真公司—企業(yè)’的遞進(jìn)式人才培養(yǎng)模式、“教室—基地—仿真公司—實(shí)習(xí)企業(yè)”的工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式、“雙素養(yǎng)+雙技能+雙證書”的工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式。同時,文章對該專業(yè)的職業(yè)崗位肝的知識能力、態(tài)度結(jié)構(gòu)、專業(yè)核心課程、專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和培養(yǎng)規(guī)格進(jìn)行了具體的分析,形成了能力本位特色的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式。 文章還對能力本位的高職旅游管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了具體構(gòu)想,對人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與規(guī)格、“能力本位、雙證融通”模塊化課程體系、職業(yè)能力分析等方面進(jìn)行了洋細(xì)的闡述,構(gòu)建了高職旅游管理專業(yè)“能力本位、雙證融通”的課程體系,設(shè)計(jì)出了模塊化課程,并對該專業(yè)的職業(yè)崗位、典型工作任務(wù)、工作過程、職業(yè)崗位能力、素質(zhì)總體要求、畢業(yè)資格要求等進(jìn)行了描述。文章還從高職旅游管理專業(yè)的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、課程體系構(gòu)建、教學(xué)方法選擇、實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系形成、人才培養(yǎng)考核機(jī)制等方面提出了建設(shè)思路,并從專業(yè)師資配備、實(shí)踐教學(xué)條件配置、教學(xué)資源庫配置、教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控保障體系等方面提出了高職旅游管理專業(yè)的教學(xué)管理要求。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan period is an important stage for China's tourism industry to advance to the strategic pillar industry of the national economy and the modern service industry which the people are more satisfied with. The opportunities and challenges for the development of tourism talents coexist. How to meet the actual needs of tourism industry, how to face the local economic construction, how to explore the talent training of tourism management specialty under the new situation, how to closely link up with the tourism industry, and how to train the talents needed by the tourism industry. Is the current urgent need to solve the problem. In this paper, more than 100 travel agencies and scenic spots participated in the fourth large-scale talent recruitment fair of tourism enterprises held by Hunan Tourism Bureau in March 2012 were investigated by questionnaire, and extensive interviews and in-depth social research were conducted to the relevant personnel. On this basis, literature research method, comparative research method, investigation research method, inductive deductive method, etc. This article has carried on the relatively extensive research to the domestic and foreign vocational education talented person training pattern and the domestic and foreign tourism management specialized talented person training pattern, then has introduced the research theory frame of this article-the international general CBE training mode. It is believed that the CBE training model has five characteristics: "concretization" of culture and education, "functionalization" of culture and education, "practice" of professional education, "activity" of teaching process, and "socialization" of quality evaluation. It has great guiding value for the development of tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the connotation construction, multi-mode construction, specialty knowledge, ability and quality structure construction of the talent training mode of tourism management major in higher vocational education are elaborated in detail, and the connotation of talent training combined with work and study is clarified. Three talents training models of tourism management major in higher vocational education are established: the progressive talent training mode of "base-simulation company-enterprise", the "classroom-base-simulation company-practice enterprise" mode of talent training combined with engineering and learning. "double accomplishment and double skill and double certificate" is the mode of combining work and learning with talent training. At the same time, the article has carried on the concrete analysis to the knowledge ability, the attitude structure, the specialty core curriculum, the specialized talented person training goal and the training specification of the profession post of this profession, has formed the specialized talented person training pattern with the ability standard characteristic. The article also has carried on the concrete idea to the ability standard tourism management specialty talented person training, has carried on the detailed elaboration to the talented person training goal and the specification, "the ability standard, the double card fusion" modularization curriculum system, the profession ability analysis and so on aspects carries on the detailed elaboration. This paper constructs the curriculum system of "ability standard, double certificate combination" for tourism management major in higher vocational education, designs the modularized course, and demands the professional position, typical work task, working process, professional post ability and quality of this specialty, as well as the general requirements for the professional post, the typical task, the working process, the professional post ability and the quality. Qualification requirements are described. The article also puts forward the construction ideas from the aspects of teaching team construction, course system construction, teaching method selection, practical teaching system formation, personnel training and examination mechanism, etc. The teaching management requirements of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges are put forward in the aspects of practical teaching conditions allocation of teaching resources and teaching quality monitoring and ensuring system.
