【摘要】：四川民族地區(qū)結(jié)合打造"西部旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展高地"的總體目標(biāo),通過架構(gòu)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體系、制定扶持政策、加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等針對性強的步驟措施,初步實現(xiàn)了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的大發(fā)展和快發(fā)展;在推進(jìn)落實過程中,他們面臨著設(shè)施建設(shè)相對滯后、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不均衡以及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展層次較低等癥結(jié)問題,深度剖析產(chǎn)生問題的癥結(jié)原因既有思想的也有體制機制的,不一而論;適應(yīng)打造西部旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展高地的目標(biāo)定位,必須把推進(jìn)軟硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、架構(gòu)多元化的旅游產(chǎn)品體系和積極籌集旅游發(fā)展資金等作為工作重點,以此全面提升四川民族地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:With the overall goal of creating a "highland for the development of the western tourism economy" in Sichuan ethnic minority areas, through structuring the organizational leadership system, formulating supporting policies, speeding up the construction of infrastructure, and other targeted measures, They have initially realized the great development and rapid development of the tourism industry. In the process of promoting the implementation, they are faced with the crux of the problems such as the relative lag in the construction of facilities, the imbalance in industrial development and the low level of industrial development. To analyze in depth the crux of the problem, there are both ideological and institutional mechanisms. In order to adapt to the goal of building a highland for the development of the western tourism economy, it is necessary to promote the construction of hardware and software infrastructure. In order to improve the quality of tourism industry in Sichuan ethnic minority areas, it is important to set up a diversified tourism product system and actively raise funds for tourism development.
