【摘要】:隨著世界旅游業(yè)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,營(yíng)口市旅游業(yè)也在蓬勃發(fā)展之中。眾所周知,旅游業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展離不開(kāi)高素質(zhì)高技能的人才資源,而人才資源的形成依賴于高水平的旅游職業(yè)教育。因此,旅游職業(yè)教育早已成為一個(gè)極具現(xiàn)實(shí)和理論研究?jī)r(jià)值的焦點(diǎn)。 本文以職業(yè)教育的基本理論為依托,,在對(duì)營(yíng)口職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、營(yíng)口經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)學(xué)院、鲅魚(yú)圈中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校、營(yíng)口市農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和實(shí)地訪談所得到的第一手資料剖析目前營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育在教育制度、學(xué)校、師資、學(xué)生、課程、教材等方面存在的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)旅游職業(yè)教育在加強(qiáng)政府宏觀調(diào)控力度、明確學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、調(diào)整專(zhuān)業(yè)課程設(shè)置、打造“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍、選用科學(xué)現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)手段、重視旅游實(shí)踐教學(xué)和創(chuàng)新學(xué)校辦學(xué)模式等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地探討,提出了未來(lái)營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展策略,期望對(duì)營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育的改革和發(fā)展起到促進(jìn)作用。 全文的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)分為五部分: 一是引論,提出本文的研究背景以及研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況、課題的研究思路和研究方法。 二是旅游職業(yè)教育相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)旅游職業(yè)教育的相關(guān)概念內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定,提出研究旅游職業(yè)教育的基本理論,對(duì)旅游職業(yè)教育的地位與作用進(jìn)行闡述。 三是營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀分析,通過(guò)對(duì)營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料,提出教育制度、學(xué)校、師資、學(xué)生、課程、教材等方面存在的問(wèn)題,為提出營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的策略提供參考依據(jù)。 四是營(yíng)口市旅游職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的策略,從加強(qiáng)政府宏觀調(diào)控力度、明確學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、調(diào)整專(zhuān)業(yè)課程設(shè)置、打造“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍等方面提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。 五是結(jié)束語(yǔ),提出研究結(jié)論、研究展望與局限。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of world tourism, Yingkou tourism is booming. As we all know, the rapid development of tourism is inseparable from the high quality and high skills of human resources, and the formation of human resources depends on the high level of tourism vocational education. Therefore, tourism vocational education has become a focus of practical and theoretical research. Based on the basic theory of vocational education, based on the field investigation of Yingkou Vocational and Technical College, Yingkou Institute of Economics and Technology, Bayuquan Secondary Vocational and Technical School, Yingkou Agricultural Technology School, In combination with the first-hand data obtained from questionnaires and field interviews, the problems existing in the current tourism vocational education in Yingkou City in terms of the educational system, schools, teachers, students, courses, teaching materials, etc., are analyzed. Furthermore, the tourism vocational education should strengthen the macro-control of the government, clarify the training goal of the school, adjust the curriculum of the major, build the "double-qualified" teaching staff, and select the scientific and modern teaching methods. This paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism vocational education in Yingkou city in the future, which is expected to promote the reform and development of tourism vocational education in Yingkou city. The content structure of this paper is divided into five parts: The first is the introduction, the research background, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and research methods. Second, the theoretical basis of tourism vocational education, the definition of tourism vocational education related concept connotation, put forward the basic theory of tourism vocational education, the status and role of tourism vocational education are expounded. Thirdly, the present situation of tourism vocational education in Yingkou City is analyzed. Through the field investigation on the present situation of tourism vocational education in Yingkou City, combining with relevant data and materials, the author puts forward the educational system, schools, teachers, students and courses. The problems in teaching materials provide a reference for the development of tourism vocational education in Yingkou City. The fourth is the development strategy of tourism vocational education in Yingkou city. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the following aspects: strengthening the government's macro-control, clarifying the training target of the school, adjusting the professional curriculum, and building the "double-qualified" teaching staff and so on. Fifth, the conclusion, the research conclusion, the research prospect and the limitation.
