【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的概念既關(guān)系到農(nóng)業(yè)旅游理論體系的構(gòu)建,也與農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的健康發(fā)展緊密相關(guān)。由于內(nèi)涵的復(fù)雜性和研究角度的分散性,國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)存的農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念數(shù)量眾多,分歧較大,一直是學(xué)術(shù)研究的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)�？茖W(xué)的、被學(xué)術(shù)界和社會(huì)廣泛接受的農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念,不僅有助于農(nóng)業(yè)旅游理論體系的構(gòu)建,也有利于農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的規(guī)劃、開發(fā)與管理。 通過檢索相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用“追溯法”以及文獻(xiàn)傳遞,獲得國內(nèi)外主要的農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念146個(gè)(其中,國外農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念85個(gè),國內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念61個(gè))。按照時(shí)效性、代表性原則進(jìn)一步選取其中100個(gè)有影響力的概念作為研究樣本。對(duì)其分別進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵詞提取,國外識(shí)別出14個(gè)分析指標(biāo),國內(nèi)識(shí)別出16個(gè)分析指標(biāo)。利用霍爾斯提公式對(duì)3位編碼員進(jìn)行信度檢驗(yàn),在合格的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到每個(gè)指標(biāo)在100個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念中出現(xiàn)的頻次及頻率。 結(jié)果表明,國外農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念中出現(xiàn)頻率最高的指標(biāo)是“農(nóng)牧場(chǎng)及農(nóng)工綜合區(qū)”、“產(chǎn)業(yè)、活動(dòng)、行業(yè)”、“游客、旅游者”、“娛樂、教育”,這4個(gè)指標(biāo)可以反映國外農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念的共性；國內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念中出現(xiàn)頻率最高的指標(biāo)是“農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、農(nóng)事”、“旅游活動(dòng)(形式)”、“觀光、休閑、品嘗、購物、度假、學(xué)習(xí)”、“游客、旅游者”、“田園風(fēng)光、景觀、環(huán)境”、“農(nóng)業(yè)資源(農(nóng)林牧副漁)”,這6個(gè)指標(biāo)可以反映國內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念的共性。對(duì)國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念中出現(xiàn)頻率最高的10個(gè)指標(biāo)作進(jìn)一步分析,認(rèn)為“活動(dòng)”、“游客、旅游者”、“娛樂、教育”、“農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、農(nóng)事”、“田園風(fēng)光、景觀、環(huán)境”、“農(nóng)業(yè)資源(農(nóng)林牧副漁)”6個(gè)指標(biāo)是農(nóng)業(yè)旅游概念的核心內(nèi)涵。因此,可將農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的概念界定為：以農(nóng)業(yè)資源(農(nóng)林牧副漁)為基礎(chǔ),以娛樂、教育為目的,主要利用田園景觀、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)吸引游客的活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:The concept of agricultural tourism is not only related to the construction of agricultural tourism theory system, but also closely related to the healthy development of agricultural tourism.Because of the complexity of connotation and the dispersion of research angle, the existing concepts of agricultural tourism at home and abroad are numerous and divergent, which has always been the focus and difficulty of academic research.The concept of agricultural tourism, which has been widely accepted by academia and society, is not only helpful to the construction of the theoretical system of agricultural tourism, but also conducive to the planning, development and management of agricultural tourism.By searching related databases and using traceability method and literature transmission, 146 main concepts of agricultural tourism are obtained at home and abroad (among them, 85 are foreign agricultural tourism concepts and 61 are domestic agricultural tourism concepts).According to the principle of timeliness and representativeness, 100 influential concepts were selected as the research samples.The key words were extracted, 14 analysis indexes were identified in foreign countries and 16 analytical indexes were identified in China.The reliability of three encoders was tested by Holstein formula, and the frequency and frequency of each index in 100 agricultural tourism concepts were obtained by statistical analysis on the basis of qualification.The results show that the most frequent indicators in the concept of agricultural tourism abroad are "agricultural rangeland and agri-industrial complex area", "industry, activity, industry", "tourist, tourist", "entertainment, education".These four indicators can reflect the commonness of the concept of agricultural tourism abroad, and the most frequent indicators in the concept of domestic agricultural tourism are "agricultural production and management, agricultural affairs", "tourism activities (forms)", "sightseeing, leisure, tasting and shopping,"Vacation, study, tourists, rural scenery, landscape, environment, agricultural resources (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries), these six indicators can reflect the common concepts of domestic agricultural tourism.This paper makes a further analysis of the 10 most frequent indicators in the concept of agricultural tourism at home and abroad, and thinks that "activities", "tourists, tourists", "entertainment, education", "agricultural production and management, agricultural affairs", "idyllic scenery, landscape","Environment" and "Agricultural resources (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries)" are the core connotations of the concept of agricultural tourism.Therefore, the concept of agricultural tourism can be defined as: agricultural resources (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries) as the basis, entertainment, education as the purpose, mainly using the rural landscape, agricultural production and management activities to attract tourists.
