導(dǎo)游徐敏超持刀砍人事件的旅游管理思考

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界上發(fā)展最為迅速、前景最為廣闊的的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。近年來(lái),世界旅游業(yè)持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng),并將保持強(qiáng)勁發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。國(guó)內(nèi)旅游業(yè)也方興未艾,旅游業(yè)已成為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,伴隨著旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,,“導(dǎo)游員強(qiáng)迫游客購(gòu)物”和“導(dǎo)游員拿回扣”的現(xiàn)象也越來(lái)越多。而旅行社為了在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席之地,紛紛使出招數(shù),旅游“零團(tuán)費(fèi)”、“負(fù)團(tuán)費(fèi)”現(xiàn)象就是這一競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)程的特殊產(chǎn)物。這些不良的現(xiàn)象使得旅游行業(yè)的聲譽(yù)受損,逐漸演變?yōu)樯鐣?huì)輿論的焦點(diǎn)。 導(dǎo)游員是旅游這個(gè)行業(yè)的最重要的一線工作人員,其工作在旅游行業(yè)的工作中有著核心的地位,旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量的高低關(guān)鍵在于導(dǎo)游服務(wù)質(zhì)量的高低。但是,從這幾年關(guān)于旅游的惡性事件和游客投訴情況的新聞報(bào)道來(lái)看,有關(guān)導(dǎo)游的問(wèn)題頻頻成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和游客們投訴的對(duì)象,這一問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重的影響了旅游業(yè)的健康蓬勃發(fā)展。導(dǎo)游員的勞動(dòng)價(jià)值沒(méi)有得到應(yīng)有的回報(bào),導(dǎo)游員一心只想著帶游客去購(gòu)物,導(dǎo)游員變?yōu)榱藢?dǎo)購(gòu),這就是因?yàn)槲覈?guó)現(xiàn)行的旅游管理體制有著許多的問(wèn)題,有待進(jìn)一步解決。 本文以“導(dǎo)游徐敏超持刀砍人事件”為例,從“導(dǎo)游服務(wù)”、旅行社的“盈利模式”、“市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)”、“品牌塑造”、導(dǎo)游員的“薪酬制度”、“職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)”、“管理體制”和“心理壓力”等八個(gè)方面分析,揭示了旅游行業(yè)現(xiàn)存的一些嚴(yán)重弊端,同時(shí)也提出了一些建議和解決的對(duì)策。比如:治理旅行社不合理盈利模式的對(duì)策,解決惡性削價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的對(duì)策,旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的對(duì)策,旅行社新的品牌塑造策略,導(dǎo)游薪酬制度改革的建議以及導(dǎo)游調(diào)適心理壓力的措施等。希望能對(duì)規(guī)范旅游行業(yè)市場(chǎng)有所幫助,使我國(guó)旅游業(yè)向著健康、持續(xù)的方向,又好又快的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is one of the most rapid and promising industries in the world.In recent years, the world's tourism industry continues to grow at a high speed and will maintain a strong momentum of development.Domestic tourism is also in the ascendant. Tourism has become one of the important new industries of our national economy. With the rapid development of tourism, the phenomenon of "tour guides forcing tourists to shop" and "tour guides get kickbacks" is more and more.In order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition, the travel agencies use the tactics one after another. The phenomenon of "zero tour fee" and "negative group fee" is the special product of this competition process.These bad phenomena damage the reputation of tourism industry and gradually become the focus of public opinion.Tour guides are the most important front-line staff in the tourism industry, whose work has the core position in the tourism industry. The key of tourism service quality lies in the tour guide service quality.However, judging from the news reports on the pernicious events of tourism and tourist complaints in recent years, the issue of guided tours has frequently become the focus of attention of the society and the object of complaints lodged by tourists.This problem has seriously affected the healthy and vigorous development of the tourism industry.The tour guide's labor value has not got the due return, the tour guide only wants to take the tourist to the shopping, the tour guide has become the guide purchase, this is because our country's present tourism management system has many problems, needs to be solved further.This paper takes the case of Hsu Minchao, as an example, from "tour guide service", "profit model" of travel agency, "market development and product development", "brand shaping", "salary system" of tour guide, "professional ability training".The analysis of eight aspects, such as "management system" and "psychological pressure", reveals some serious disadvantages existing in the tourism industry, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.For example, the countermeasures to deal with the unreasonable profit model of travel agencies, the countermeasures to solve the vicious price reduction competition, the countermeasures for the development of tourism products, the new branding strategies for travel agencies,Suggestions on the reform of tour guide compensation system and measures to adjust the psychological pressure of tour guide.It is hoped that it will be helpful to standardize the tourism market and make the tourism of our country develop healthily and continuously.
