【摘要】：旅游業(yè)是一個快速增長的產(chǎn)業(yè)，近年來我國各地區(qū)掀起了一股旅游開發(fā)熱潮，對旅游資源進行評價可以為旅游資源的開發(fā)利用和規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供參考依據(jù)，是旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。我國旅游資源評價方法經(jīng)歷了定性和定量評價兩個階段,理論和實踐研究仍處在不斷發(fā)展的時期，尚無統(tǒng)一的評價體系，因此對其進行探討具有很大的理論意義和實踐意義。 論文在對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于旅游資源評價理論進行梳理、概括和對中國旅游資源評價研究成果詳細評介的基礎(chǔ)上，從評價內(nèi)容、方法選擇、指標選取、權(quán)重確定和指標賦值等方面綜合考慮多數(shù)旅游資源評價體系的優(yōu)缺點，，并參考現(xiàn)有旅游資源綜合評價指標體系和評價模型，嘗試構(gòu)建了旅游資源QDA綜合評價體系,即以資源品質(zhì)（quality）、開發(fā)條件（development condition）和附加值(additional value)為主導(dǎo)的旅游資源綜合評價體系。并把曲阜的旅游資源作為研究案例進行評價，確定了曲阜市旅游資源的等級，提出了曲阜市旅游資源開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略、格局和產(chǎn)品體系以及開發(fā)措施。 論文共分為五個部分。第一部分為緒論。闡述了論文的研究背景、研究的目的和意義、國內(nèi)外旅游資源評價研究進展以及研究的內(nèi)容、方法和技術(shù)路線。第二部分為旅游資源評價的理論基礎(chǔ)。該部分的主要內(nèi)容包括旅游資源的內(nèi)涵、旅游資源的特征、旅游資源的分類、旅游資源綜合評價的內(nèi)涵和我國旅游資源評價代表性方法的評介。第三部分構(gòu)建了旅游資源QDA綜合評價體系，為論文的核心部分。首先提出了評價的目的和原則；其次確定了旅游資源綜合評價的內(nèi)容體系，在此基礎(chǔ)上選取24個指標，通過層次分析法求出指標權(quán)重，并制定了相應(yīng)的指標測度及評判標準，確定了旅游資源綜合評價的指標體系；再次選擇模糊綜合評價法確定旅游資源評價的模型；最后構(gòu)建旅游資源QDA綜合評價體系。第四部分為曲阜市旅游資源評價。首先介紹了曲阜市的自然地理條件、社會經(jīng)濟條件和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與問題；其次在收集數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上對曲阜市旅游資源的分類和分布情況進行分析整理；再次通過評價模型對曲阜市旅游資源進行評價并對評價結(jié)果進行分析；最后依據(jù)評價結(jié)果確定曲阜市旅游資源的開發(fā)策略，提出了“一區(qū)·一帶·兩板塊”的開發(fā)布局結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)合旅游市場的需求，將曲阜市旅游資源產(chǎn)品設(shè)計為孔子文化旅游產(chǎn)品、始祖先圣旅游產(chǎn)品、墓葬遺址旅游產(chǎn)品、林泉生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品四大體系十二類旅游產(chǎn)品，并提出曲阜市旅游資源開發(fā)的主要措施。第五部分對論文內(nèi)容進行概括性總結(jié)，提出文章的不足及展望。
[Abstract]:The tourism industry is a rapidly growing industry in recent years, China has set off a boom in tourism development, to provide reference for the development and utilization of evaluation of tourism resources for tourism resources planning and construction, is the foundation of sustainable development of tourism resources in our country. Tourism experience evaluation method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation the two stage, the theory and practice of research is still in the growing period, there is no unified evaluation system, so the study is of great theoretical significance and practical significance of it.
In this paper at home and abroad on the tourism resources evaluation theory, based on the summary and evaluation of tourism resources China research results with the review, from the evaluation content, method selection, index selection, weight determination and index assignment etc. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the majority of tourism resources evaluation system, and with reference to the existing tourism resources comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model, try to build a comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources in the QDA system, which is based on resource quality (quality) (development condition), the development condition and the added value (additional value) tourism resources comprehensive evaluation system as the leading. And the tourism resources of Qufu as a case study to evaluate the tourism resources in Qufu city level, put forward the strategy of developing tourism resources in Qufu City, the pattern of product system and development measures.
This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. The author describes the research background, purpose and significance of the study, the domestic and foreign tourism resources evaluation and research progress of research contents, methods and technical route. The second part is the theoretical basis of the evaluation of tourism resources. The main content of this part includes the connotation of tourism resources. The characteristics of tourism resources, tourism resources classification, review the connotation of comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources and tourism resources evaluation in China representative method. The third part is the construction of comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources in the QDA system, is the core part of the paper. First proposed the purpose and principle of evaluation; secondly the content system of comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources on this basis, this paper selects 24 indicators, calculate the index weight by AHP, and formulate the corresponding measure and evaluation criteria, the comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources The price index system; again choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine tourism resources evaluation model; finally constructs the comprehensive evaluation of tourism resources in the QDA system. The fourth part is the evaluation of tourism resources in Qufu. First introduced the natural geographical conditions of Qufu City, the status quo and problems of the development of social and economic conditions and tourism; secondly, classification and distribution the tourism resources in the city of Qufu on the base of data analysis; again through the evaluation model to evaluate the tourism resources of Qufu city and the evaluation results are analyzed; finally according to determine the development strategies of Qufu city tourism resources evaluation results, put forward "development layout structure of one area and two area - plate", a combination of tourism the demand of the market, the products of Qufu city tourism resources for Confucius cultural tourism products, ancestor sage tourism products, burial site tourism products, Eco tourism products Linquan four system of twelve types of tourism products, and puts forward the main measures of tourism resource development in Qufu city. The fifth part makes a general summary of the thesis, put forward problems and the outlook of this article.
