【摘要】：隨著中國旅游業(yè)的高速增長,國內(nèi)旅游企業(yè)綜合實(shí)力得到很大提升,旅游投資也隨之進(jìn)入快速增長期。旅游企業(yè)面對(duì)更加多樣化、復(fù)雜化、綜合化的旅游投資項(xiàng)目時(shí),對(duì)這些項(xiàng)目投資經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)與反思變得更加重要,旅游企業(yè)內(nèi)部建立一套完整的項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)工作流程體系顯得尤為迫切。本文首先通過引入項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的基本概念,介紹了項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的基本內(nèi)容、工作程序及評(píng)價(jià)方法。再通過總結(jié)國內(nèi)旅游企業(yè)、旅游投資發(fā)展趨勢,詳細(xì)論述項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)工作在當(dāng)代旅游企業(yè)快速發(fā)展過程中的意義,在對(duì)比分析單一類型投資項(xiàng)目與旅游投資項(xiàng)目區(qū)別的基礎(chǔ)上,提出旅游企業(yè)開展項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的差異原則,闡述了旅游企業(yè)不同類型項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容區(qū)別于單一項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的原因,并運(yùn)用關(guān)注度評(píng)分表,將旅游企業(yè)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容及不同類型旅游投資項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)所應(yīng)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行區(qū)分與判別,根據(jù)不同類型旅游投資項(xiàng)目的不同特點(diǎn),將項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)注重點(diǎn)及具體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整,對(duì)以滿足不同類型旅游投資項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)為研究對(duì)象的理論體系進(jìn)行了探索、充實(shí)。最后,本文結(jié)合工作實(shí)際,以S景區(qū)Z展廳提升改造項(xiàng)目為例,探索旅游企業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的理論、方法及在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用,以幫助旅游企業(yè)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)工作者深入了解、運(yùn)用本文所介紹的理論體系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's tourism industry, the comprehensive strength of domestic tourism enterprises has been greatly enhanced, tourism investment has also entered a period of rapid growth.In the face of more diversified, complex and integrated tourism investment projects, it is more important for tourism enterprises to sum up and reflect on the investment experience of these projects.It is particularly urgent to establish a complete system of post-project evaluation workflow in tourism enterprises.This paper first introduces the basic concept of project post evaluation, introduces the basic content, work procedure and evaluation method of project post evaluation.Then through summing up the development trend of domestic tourism enterprises and tourism investment, the significance of post-project evaluation in the rapid development of contemporary tourism enterprises is discussed in detail, and on the basis of comparing and analyzing the differences between single type investment projects and tourism investment projects,This paper puts forward the difference principle of post-project evaluation in tourism enterprises, expounds the reasons why the content of post-evaluation of different types of projects is different from the post-evaluation of a single project, and applies the attention scale.This paper distinguishes and discriminates the content of post-evaluation of tourism enterprise project and the key points that should be paid attention to by different types of tourism investment projects, according to the different characteristics of different types of tourism investment projects.By adjusting the focus and concrete content of post-project evaluation, this paper explores and enriches the theoretical system of post-evaluation to meet the needs of different types of tourism investment projects.Finally, this article combines the work reality, takes the S scenic spot Z exhibition hall promotion transformation project as an example, explores the tourism enterprise investment project post-evaluation theory, the method and the application in the practice, in order to help the tourism enterprise project post-evaluation worker to understand deeply,Using the theoretical system introduced in this paper.
