【摘要】：工業(yè)旅游是隨著工業(yè)和旅游業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展逐步興起的一種新型旅游項(xiàng)目，其誕生之初就已經(jīng)引起了經(jīng)濟(jì)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。在我國(guó)的沿海城市已經(jīng)發(fā)展較為成熟，如上海和廣州等城市。居于中原地區(qū)的河南省工業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)良好，工業(yè)旅游資源十分豐富，適合發(fā)展工業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目。河南省發(fā)展工業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目，不但能拓展企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，擴(kuò)大企業(yè)的知名度和提高工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)量，而且也能壯大河南省的旅游業(yè)隊(duì)伍。但是河南省的工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展面臨諸如規(guī)模小、綜合效益低等問(wèn)題，亟需加以調(diào)整。 本論文正文共分八個(gè)部分。第一部分是是本文的緒論部分。主要介紹了研究背景，研究目的和意義以及研究方法和技術(shù)路線(xiàn)、本論文的創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分，本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)工業(yè)旅游的研究和實(shí)踐加以綜述。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)外對(duì)工業(yè)旅游的研究主要側(cè)重于遺產(chǎn)旅游和工業(yè)旅游實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，，并且國(guó)外的工業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目取得較好的效果，國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)工業(yè)旅游主要側(cè)重于理論研究，概念、特點(diǎn)、客源市場(chǎng)、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)等方面研究居多。 第三部分，對(duì)工業(yè)旅游的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單概述。包括：界定了工業(yè)旅游含義，分析了工業(yè)旅游的五個(gè)特點(diǎn)即：科普性、依托性、復(fù)雜性、低重游性、較低季節(jié)性；介紹了工業(yè)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)理論和工業(yè)旅游示范點(diǎn)建設(shè)理論。 第四部分，介紹了我國(guó)工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展的情況�；仡櫫宋覈�(guó)工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展的萌芽、起步、政府管理三個(gè)階段；簡(jiǎn)單介紹我國(guó)工業(yè)旅游近些年來(lái)所取得的成績(jī)；從總體分布、地域分布、行業(yè)分布、項(xiàng)目特征等方面分析了我國(guó)工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)；認(rèn)為工業(yè)旅游在認(rèn)識(shí)、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、管理、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等方面還存在著一些問(wèn)題。 第五部分，介紹了河南省工業(yè)旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。簡(jiǎn)單介紹了河南近幾年的工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展情況，從空間、行業(yè)、地理聯(lián)系率等分析了河南省工業(yè)旅游資源分布特征，用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析法分析了河南省工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)、劣勢(shì)，面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，接下來(lái)，找出了河南省工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的諸如數(shù)量少、效益低等問(wèn)題。 第六部分，對(duì)河南省工業(yè)旅游資源通過(guò)定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單評(píng)價(jià)，發(fā)現(xiàn)工業(yè)旅游資源呈英文字母C狀分布，河南省在食品、生物等產(chǎn)業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；之后對(duì)河南工業(yè)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提出很多有益的思考，提出河南工業(yè)旅游可以選擇工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游、現(xiàn)代工業(yè)企業(yè)旅游、工業(yè)園區(qū)旅游、工業(yè)博物館展示旅游等四種工業(yè)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式；指出河南應(yīng)當(dāng)重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)食品制造、酒飲釀造、醫(yī)藥制造、汽車(chē)制造、石油開(kāi)采、煤炭開(kāi)采、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)、工業(yè)園區(qū)等主題工業(yè)旅游產(chǎn)品；并對(duì)工業(yè)旅游進(jìn)行了空間布局優(yōu)化，提出可以按照1·1·4·9的方式，即重點(diǎn)建設(shè)一條工業(yè)旅游帶，一個(gè)工業(yè)旅游綜合示范區(qū)、四大工業(yè)旅游區(qū)，九大工業(yè)旅游基地；對(duì)客源市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行定位：主要客源在學(xué)生、老師、企業(yè)管理人員、退休人員等；依據(jù)資源特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)了健康生活游、傳統(tǒng)工藝游、文化創(chuàng)意游，現(xiàn)代交通工具游、“黑色”產(chǎn)業(yè)游、感受神奇——化工之旅等六種不同的旅游線(xiàn)路。 第七部分，主要闡述了河南省工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展的四個(gè)戰(zhàn)略：資源重組戰(zhàn)略、大旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、品牌發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和示范帶動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略，并提出為保證項(xiàng)目順利開(kāi)展所要構(gòu)筑的由動(dòng)力、吸力、助力和媒介四大子系統(tǒng)組成的保障系統(tǒng)。 第八部分，是本文的結(jié)語(yǔ)部分，是對(duì)本研究的總結(jié)，并指出本文在研究中存在的不足以及未來(lái)研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Industrial tourism is a new tourism project with the development of industry and tourism industry gradually rise, the beginning of its birth has caused economic and academia. In China's coastal city development has been more mature, such as Shanghai and Guangzhou city in Henan province. The good development of the industrial base in the Central Plains region the industrial tourism resources are very rich, suitable for the development of industrial tourism. Tourism Industrial Development in Henan Province, can not only expand the industrial chain of the enterprise, expand business visibility and improve industrial product sales, but also to strengthen the tourism of Henan province team. But the development of industrial tourism in Henan province faces such as small scale. The comprehensive benefits of the problems that need to be adjusted.
The main body of this thesis is divided into eight parts. The first part is the introduction part of this paper. It mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and technology roadmap, and the innovation of this paper.
The second part, the domestic and foreign relevant industrial tourism research and practice are reviewed. The study found that the research on industrial tourism abroad mainly focused on industrial heritage tourism and tourism activities, tourism and foreign industrial project has achieved good results, for the domestic tourism industry mainly focuses on the theory research, the concept, characteristics, tourist market. The majority of product development.
The third part, the basic theory of industrial tourism are summarized simply. Include: to define the meaning of tourism industry, analyzes the five characteristics of industrial tourism is popular, relying on nature, complexity, low return, low seasonal; introduces the basic theory of the development of industrial tourism and industrial tourism demonstration construction theory.
The fourth part introduces the development of China's tourism industry. Reviews the bud, China's tourism industry development started, the government management in three stages; brief introduction of China's tourism industry in recent years has made the achievement; from the overall distribution, regional distribution, industry distribution, aspects of project characteristics analysis of the characteristics of industrial development tourism in China; that the industrial tourism in understanding, industrialization, management, marketing and other aspects there are still some problems.
The fifth part introduces the development status of Henan province tourism industry. Introduced in Henan in recent years the development of the tourism industry, from space, industry, geographical contact rate analysis of industrial tourism resources distribution in Henan Province, analysis Henan province tourism development strengths and weaknesses, with SWOT strategic analysis, face next, find out the opportunities and challenges, Henan province tourism industry development such as the quantity, the low efficiency problem.
The sixth part, a simple evaluation method of industrial tourism resources in Henan province through the combination of qualitative and quantitative, found English distribute in the shape of "C industrial tourism resources in Henan Province, food, biological and other industries with strong competitiveness; then put forward a lot of useful thinking for the Henan industrial tourism development, put forward the industrial tourism in Henan can choose industry modern industrial heritage tourism, tourism enterprises, tourism industrial park, industrial museum tourism and other four kinds of industrial tourism development model; the paper points out that Henan should focus on the development of food manufacturing, wine brewing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, petroleum mining, coal mining, creative industries, industrial parks and other theme of the industrial tourism products; and the industrial tourism the optimization of space layout, put forward according to the 1 - 1 - 4 - 9, which focus on the construction of a tourism industrial zone, a comprehensive demonstration of industrial tourism Four industrial area, tourism area, tourism nine industrial base; positioning of the market: the main source for students, teachers, managers, retirees; according to the characteristics of resources, design a healthy life tour, the traditional process of travel, cultural and creative tourism, modern transport tour, black industry tour, feel magic - chemical tour six different tourist routes.
The seventh part mainly expounds four strategies of Henan province tourism industry development: strategic reorganization of resources, tourism development strategy, brand development strategy and demonstration strategy, and put forward to ensure the smooth development of the project to build the power by power, suction, and media four security subsystem consists of the system.
The eighth part, the concluding part of this article, is the summary of this study, and points out the shortcomings in the study and the prospect of the future research.
