基于SWOT分析的亳州市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:亳州市位于安徽省的西北部,被譽(yù)為“中華藥都”、“天下道源”,歷史文化底蘊(yùn)豐厚,人文旅游資源極其豐富,具有很大的旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿Α=陙,亳州市旅游業(yè)得到了很大的發(fā)展,在省內(nèi)外的知名度也日益提高。但是和省內(nèi)其他旅游城市,尤其是皖南地區(qū)相比,其發(fā)展水平還是處于下游水平。而隨著旅游業(yè)經(jīng)營逐漸向集團(tuán)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和國際化發(fā)展,旅游業(yè)競爭進(jìn)一步加劇,,亳州市如何在競爭日益加劇的環(huán)境中發(fā)展成一個(gè)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)市,將面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)及自身存在諸多問題的制約。研究亳州市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展問題,對促進(jìn)亳州市旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展有一定的參考價(jià)值和實(shí)際意義。 本文采用實(shí)證研究方法,以亳州市為研究對象,運(yùn)用SWOT分析工具對亳州市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇、威脅等方面進(jìn)行了綜合分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)亳州市旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的相應(yīng)對策:加強(qiáng)旅游資源的開發(fā)力度、發(fā)揮旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的主動性、設(shè)計(jì)精品旅游路線、加大對旅游業(yè)資金的投入、打造以“酒文化”和“中藥文化”為特色的旅游度假場所、塑造土特產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品品牌、拓展宣傳方式、創(chuàng)新營銷策略、旅游景區(qū)之間加強(qiáng)聯(lián)營、積極拓展境外市場、培養(yǎng)龍頭旅游企業(yè)、重視旅游人才的培養(yǎng)等。
[Abstract]:Bozhou City, located in the northwest of Anhui Province, is known as the "Chinese medicine capital" and "the origin of the world." Bozhou has rich historical and cultural background, abundant cultural resources, and has great potential for tourism development in recent years. Bozhou's tourism industry has been greatly developed and its popularity in and out of the province has been increasing. However, compared with other tourist cities in the province, especially in southern Anhui, Its level of development is still at the downstream level. With the gradual development of tourism to collectivization, networking and international development, the competition in tourism has further intensified. How to develop Bozhou into a strong city of tourism economy in the increasingly competitive environment will be faced with severe tests and constraints of its own problems. This paper studies the development of tourism in Bozhou City. It has certain reference value and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of tourism in Bozhou City. Taking Bozhou City as the research object, this paper uses SWOT analysis tool to analyze the present situation of tourism development and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of tourism development in Bozhou City. On the basis of this, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of tourism development in Bozhou City, including its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats and so on. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of tourism in Bozhou: to strengthen the development of tourism resources, to give full play to the initiative of tourism industry, to design high-quality tourism routes, and to increase the investment in tourism funds. To create tourist resorts characterized by "wine culture" and "traditional Chinese medicine culture", to shape local product brands, to expand publicity methods, to innovate marketing strategies, to strengthen joint ventures among tourist spots, and to actively expand overseas markets, Train the leading tourism enterprise, attach importance to the cultivation of tourism talents and so on.
