【摘要】：中東鐵路是我國(guó)少有的大尺度線性文化景觀遺產(chǎn)的突出代表,具有空間分布完整、歷史演化連續(xù)、文化內(nèi)容多樣和遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值典型等特征。通過對(duì)中東鐵路工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)綜合價(jià)值、各段落及主要節(jié)點(diǎn)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)分布特征的分析,從法律機(jī)制、規(guī)劃管理、區(qū)域合作和開展工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游等方面探討跨區(qū)域、大尺度文化遺產(chǎn)完整性保護(hù)和利用的有效途徑,為解決我國(guó)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用中的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,促進(jìn)遺產(chǎn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)文化與環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展提供有意義的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Middle East Railway is the outstanding representative of the large-scale linear cultural landscape heritage in our country. It has the characteristics of complete spatial distribution, continuous historical evolution, diverse cultural content and typical heritage value. By analyzing the distribution characteristics of industrial heritage in various paragraphs and main nodes, this paper discusses the effective ways to protect and utilize the integrity of cross-regional and large-scale cultural heritage from the aspects of legal mechanism, planning and management, regional cooperation and industrial heritage tourism, etc. In order to solve the practical dilemma in the protection and utilization of cultural heritage in our country and to promote the harmonious development of regional economy, social culture and environment of heritage, this paper provides a meaningful reference for reference.
