【摘要】：濕地是地球生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要組成部分,在保護(hù)地球生態(tài)環(huán)境、保持生物多樣性以及發(fā)展當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用。近年來,位于云南騰沖的北海濕地保護(hù)區(qū)在旅游開發(fā)的過程中,由于對(duì)資源的保護(hù)不力,對(duì)景區(qū)利益相關(guān)者群體的利益考慮不周,導(dǎo)致景區(qū)經(jīng)營混亂,生態(tài)破壞嚴(yán)重。文章采用訪談的研究方法,在各相關(guān)利益群體選取代表進(jìn)行深度訪談。根據(jù)利益相關(guān)者的表述剖析景區(qū)開發(fā)存在的問題及其根源,根據(jù)各利益相關(guān)群體的特點(diǎn)提出濕地保護(hù)和可持續(xù)利用的建議。
[Abstract]:Wetland is an important part of the earth's ecological environment. It plays an irreplaceable role in protecting the earth's ecological environment, maintaining biodiversity and developing local economy and society. In the course of tourism development in Beihai Wetland Reserve located in Tengchong, Yunnan Province, due to inadequate protection of resources and inadequate consideration of the interests of stakeholders in scenic spots, the management of scenic spots has become chaotic. The ecological damage is serious. This paper adopts the method of interview, and selects representatives of all relevant interest groups to conduct in-depth interviews. According to the expression of stakeholders, it analyzes the problems existing in the development of scenic spots and their root causes. According to the characteristics of various stakeholder groups, the suggestions of wetland conservation and sustainable utilization are put forward.
