【摘要】:旅游業(yè)已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)展勢(shì)頭最強(qiáng)勁、發(fā)展規(guī)模最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。2009年12月,國(guó)務(wù)院下發(fā)《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的意見》提出,新時(shí)期要把旅游業(yè)培育成國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和人們?nèi)罕姼訚M意的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)。入境游、國(guó)內(nèi)游、出境游三大旅游市場(chǎng)全面振興。國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局2013年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,我國(guó)65周歲及以上人口占我國(guó)總?cè)丝诘谋戎匾堰_(dá)到9.7%。21世紀(jì),將是屬于老年人的世紀(jì),老年市場(chǎng)和老年產(chǎn)業(yè)如同老齡問(wèn)題一樣,已成為當(dāng)前的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。外出旅游已經(jīng)成為人們稀疏平常的一項(xiàng)休閑活動(dòng),隨著2014年我國(guó)落地簽或免簽的目的地國(guó)家(地區(qū))增至50個(gè),出境旅游市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模將會(huì)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)張,老年人出境旅游也不再是一件望塵莫及的事情。游客滿意度問(wèn)題已逐漸成為旅游業(yè)內(nèi)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。國(guó)家旅游局從2009年開始啟動(dòng)全國(guó)游客滿意度調(diào)查工作,但是,與日益重視的全國(guó)旅游滿意度調(diào)查形成鮮明對(duì)比的是,老年旅游者的出境旅游需求和旅游滿意度并未受到廣大業(yè)內(nèi)人士的重視,終其原因是由于老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)未受到重視。2012年,全國(guó)老齡工作委員會(huì)做過(guò)一項(xiàng)調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示目前我國(guó)每年老年人出游人數(shù)已占到全國(guó)旅游總?cè)藬?shù)的20%以上。老年旅游市場(chǎng)將成為旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。然而,老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)存在哪些人口學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)特征、這些特征的差異對(duì)游客滿意度的評(píng)價(jià)有無(wú)差別、哪些項(xiàng)目已達(dá)到老年出境旅游者的需求,而造成老年出境旅游者不滿意又主要表現(xiàn)在哪些方面、怎樣更好的開發(fā)老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)等問(wèn)題一直未能得到系統(tǒng)的闡述。因此,本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,選取老年出境旅游者這一細(xì)分市場(chǎng),對(duì)老年旅游者的出境旅游滿意度進(jìn)行研究,以期對(duì)老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn)有大致了解,并設(shè)計(jì)出老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)游客滿意度測(cè)評(píng)體系,對(duì)影響滿意度的各個(gè)要素和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)影響游客滿意度的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。針對(duì)不足之處提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,最終達(dá)到提高老年出境旅游者游客滿意度的目的。本文以武漢地區(qū)為例,以55--65歲有過(guò)出境旅游經(jīng)歷的老年旅游者為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)老年出境旅游者的滿意度進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)研究。本文首先在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上歸納總結(jié)影響游客滿意度的因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)所有因素均在旅游六要素“食、住、行、游、購(gòu)、娛”的涵蓋范圍內(nèi),然后采用專家訪談法,并依據(jù)調(diào)查對(duì)象的特殊性對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行修正和完善,最終確立以餐飲、住宿、交通、游覽、購(gòu)物、娛樂(lè)和出境配備7大要素為依托,以25個(gè)項(xiàng)目為具體測(cè)量指標(biāo)的老年出境旅游者游客滿意度測(cè)評(píng)體系。在遵循順序性、匹配性、目的性、簡(jiǎn)明性和可接受性原則下設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,采用實(shí)地?cái)r截和上門拜訪兩種方式收集第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)資料,運(yùn)用信度分析、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,在重要性—滿意度IPA分析方法的理論基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)7大要素和25個(gè)測(cè)評(píng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行橫向和縱向的對(duì)比分析,得出結(jié)論。結(jié)論表明:老年出境旅游者性別和成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境的不同對(duì)游客滿意度的評(píng)價(jià)差異不大,而學(xué)歷、職業(yè)背景和月平均收入的不同在游客滿意度表現(xiàn)上存在一定差異,低學(xué)歷高收入的老年旅游者的旅游需求比較容易滿意;在出境旅游特征上表現(xiàn)為只有過(guò)一次出境旅游經(jīng)歷的老年人占多數(shù)、出游時(shí)間上沒(méi)有特定的規(guī)律、多選擇與親人朋友一起出行、會(huì)通過(guò)多種方式獲取旅游目的地信息、散心娛樂(lè)是他們外出旅游的主要目的、飲食上多選擇中餐和當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)味的搭配、住宿條件一般是3星級(jí)以上的酒店、目的地選擇上以近程為主以及子女會(huì)在資金上給予幫助;此外,導(dǎo)致老年旅游者游客滿意度不高的7個(gè)關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目分別為餐廳環(huán)境、地方導(dǎo)游人員服務(wù)、購(gòu)物時(shí)間安排合理性、活動(dòng)豐富性、活動(dòng)參與性、領(lǐng)隊(duì)服務(wù)和醫(yī)療物品和人員服務(wù)。針對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出5條提升老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)游客滿意度的建議:正確認(rèn)識(shí)老年出境旅游市場(chǎng)、開發(fā)滿足需求的專項(xiàng)旅游產(chǎn)品、提升從業(yè)人員服務(wù)質(zhì)量、重視調(diào)查回訪。
