【摘要】:鄉(xiāng)村旅游食品是鄉(xiāng)村旅游中主要的經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目之一,其安全不僅關(guān)乎每個(gè)游客身心健康更影響到旅游的品質(zhì)。當(dāng)前鄉(xiāng)村旅游食品生產(chǎn)服務(wù)存在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備不到位、食品加工環(huán)境差、問題食品原料、從業(yè)人員衛(wèi)生意識(shí)淡薄、食品安全監(jiān)管難等問題,建議通過鄉(xiāng)村旅游相關(guān)的行政主管部門的聯(lián)動(dòng)合作監(jiān)管,構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)村旅游食品安全體系,保護(hù)鄉(xiāng)村旅游消費(fèi)的權(quán)利,推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游食品的品牌化建設(shè),促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism food is one of the main management projects in rural tourism. Its safety is not only related to the physical and mental health of every tourist, but also affects the quality of tourism. Problems such as poor food processing environment, poor food raw materials, weak hygiene awareness of practitioners, difficult food safety supervision and so on. It is suggested that the rural tourism food safety system should be constructed through the cooperation and supervision of the administrative departments concerned in rural tourism. To protect the right of rural tourism consumption, to promote the brand construction of rural tourism food, and to promote the healthy development of rural tourism.
