【摘要】：從農戶視角分析和總結林下經濟發(fā)展的經驗、困難和政策需求。調查結果顯示,林下經濟已成為第二大項林業(yè)收入,但比重小;近九成農戶從事林下經濟生產,但類型少;發(fā)展以典型帶動和政府推動為主,林業(yè)部門的科技服務仍待加強;林下經濟產品的銷售渠道單一,需要大力發(fā)展林業(yè)合作組織。在此基礎上提出了相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and summarizes the experiences, difficulties and policy demands of understory economic development from the perspective of farmers. The survey results show that understory economy has become the second largest item of forestry income, but its proportion is small, and nearly 90% of farmers are engaged in undergrowth economic production, but the types are few. The development is mainly driven by the model and the government, the service of science and technology in the forestry department still needs to be strengthened, the marketing channel of the economic products under the forest is single, so it is necessary to develop the forestry cooperative organization vigorously. On the basis of this, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
