旅游體驗(yàn)背景下江西婺源文化遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:隨著體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的到來,人們物質(zhì)、文化水平的不斷提高,旅游者越來越重視個性化的需求,更多的是要滿足自身的求知欲望、審美情趣、自我價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)等更高層次的旅游需求,以追求一次難以忘懷的旅游體驗(yàn);同時,國家“十二五規(guī)劃”中提出要依托當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕z產(chǎn)資源,積極發(fā)展地方旅游業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè),大力發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)特色文化,打造具有民族特色的文化活動品牌。 在此背景下,選擇文化遺產(chǎn)資源作為研究對象,從旅游體驗(yàn)這一新的思路和視角進(jìn)行深度研究。在旅游體驗(yàn)為主要理論基礎(chǔ)背景下,深入探討了旅游體驗(yàn)的概念和特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了文化遺產(chǎn)的內(nèi)涵、特征和價(jià)值,以及文化遺產(chǎn)旅游的作用。通過分析,探求旅游體驗(yàn)和文化遺產(chǎn)開發(fā)兩者之間的關(guān)系,總結(jié)了文化遺產(chǎn)旅游體驗(yàn)的載體系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成,即旅游舞臺載體、旅游活動載體、旅游環(huán)境載體和旅游服務(wù)載體,闡明了影響文化遺產(chǎn)旅游體驗(yàn)的三大因素,即主體因素、客體因素以及介體因素。 在以上理論研究的前提下,以文化遺產(chǎn)旅游資源豐富的江西婺源為實(shí)例,對婺源的文化遺產(chǎn)旅游資源進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和評價(jià),通過旅游期望、游客滿意度理論對婺源文化遺產(chǎn)的旅游體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了定量分析,在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用ASEB柵格分析法對婺源文化遺產(chǎn)旅游體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了定性描述。最后針對以上分析的問題,提出了婺源文化遺產(chǎn)體驗(yàn)旅游開發(fā)的總體構(gòu)思,具體闡述了開發(fā)的理念、開發(fā)的目標(biāo)和開發(fā)的一般原則,重點(diǎn)提出了從體驗(yàn)主題的確定(Topic)、體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)(Project)、體驗(yàn)設(shè)施的改善(Facility)、景區(qū)體驗(yàn)的管理控制(Control)、體驗(yàn)營銷的開展(Marketing)五個方面說明了開發(fā)的具體步驟,以期能夠?yàn)殒脑吹奈幕z產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)提供新的視角、新的思路、新的方法。同時通過對婺源個案的分析,希望能夠給文化遺產(chǎn)類旅游目的地或景區(qū)(點(diǎn))的開發(fā)帶來一定的借鑒意義,實(shí)現(xiàn)文化遺產(chǎn)旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of experience economy and the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural level, tourists pay more and more attention to the demand of individuation, and more to satisfy their desire for knowledge and aesthetic taste. The realization of self-worth and other higher levels of tourism needs in order to pursue an unforgettable tourism experience; at the same time, in the "12th Five-Year Plan", the State proposed to actively develop local tourism and related industries by relying on local cultural heritage resources. Vigorously develop traditional culture and create a brand of cultural activities with national characteristics. Under this background, the cultural heritage resources are chosen as the research object, and the concept and characteristics of tourism experience are deeply discussed under the background of tourism experience as the main theoretical foundation. This paper summarizes the connotation, characteristics and value of cultural heritage, as well as the role of cultural heritage tourism. Through analysis, the paper explores the relationship between tourism experience and cultural heritage development, and summarizes the composition of carrier system of cultural heritage tourism experience. That is, the carrier of tourism stage, the carrier of tourism activity, the carrier of tourism environment and the carrier of tourism service. It expounds the three factors that affect the tourism experience of cultural heritage, that is, subject factor, object factor and intermediary factor. On the premise of the above theoretical research, taking Wuyuan of Jiangxi Province, which is rich in cultural heritage tourism resources, as an example, this paper investigates and evaluates the tourism resources of cultural heritage in Wuyuan. The tourism experience of Wuyuan cultural heritage is analyzed quantitatively by the theory of tourist satisfaction, and the tourism experience of Wuyuan cultural heritage is described qualitatively by using ASEB grid analysis on the basis of quantitative analysis. This paper puts forward the general conception of the development of Wuyuan cultural heritage experience tourism, expounds the idea of development, the goal of development and the general principle of development. The concrete steps of the development are put forward from five aspects: the determination of the experience theme, the design of the experience project, the improvement of the experience facilities, the management and control of the experience in the scenic area, and the development of the experience marketing. In order to provide a new perspective, new ideas and new methods for the development of Wuyuan cultural heritage tourism. At the same time, through the analysis of Wuyuan cases, It is hoped that it can bring some reference significance to the development of cultural heritage tourism destination or scenic spot, and realize the sustainable development of cultural heritage tourism.
