【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服裝設(shè)計(jì)中的美依賴于各種面料的介入而生存，缺少了面料，任何完美的設(shè)計(jì)也只能成為空想。面料對(duì)服裝款式、造型風(fēng)格有嚴(yán)格的約束性，只有選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)拿媪�，服裝設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格才能完整的呈現(xiàn)出來。因此，對(duì)面料有效的利用是服裝設(shè)計(jì)能否成功的前提條件。 由于派瑞林可涂覆在服裝面料上，長期接觸人體無任何傷害。本文利用真空鍍膜技術(shù)獲得派瑞林涂層在不同服裝面料上的實(shí)驗(yàn)表明：涂覆在紙、棉、麻、絲綢等服裝面料上，使其具有較好的防水、防污、耐酸、堿的功能且提高了服裝面料的使用壽命，并賦予其新的功能。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)需要涂層厚度可控制在0.1～3微米之間，即能保證被涂覆面料的功能性又能保持原有的外觀與質(zhì)感；涂層厚度在3～10微米之間可改變被涂覆面料的軟硬度。通過對(duì)派瑞林涂層厚度的控制來完成服裝設(shè)計(jì)效果與材質(zhì)的需要。 本文從紙制婚紗、水墨元素服裝、禮服、職業(yè)裝四個(gè)方面展示了派瑞林涂層面料在服裝設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用；紙制婚禮服的應(yīng)用改變了傳統(tǒng)婚后收藏禮服或是租用禮服的習(xí)慣，紙婚紗是一次性可循環(huán)婚禮服且造價(jià)低廉、制作工藝簡單，符合當(dāng)今社會(huì)綠色環(huán)保的理念；結(jié)合中國文化創(chuàng)立屬于本民族特色的服裝——手繪水墨元素服裝，，具有獨(dú)特的品牌文化意義和市場價(jià)值；禮服造型的夸張?zhí)幚碛行У臏p少服裝輔料在服裝內(nèi)部空間的輔助作用，給服裝面料帶來反差的同時(shí)也節(jié)省了一些制作工序；派瑞林涂層面料的多功能性最有效的體現(xiàn)在職業(yè)裝的應(yīng)用中，涂覆在服裝的某些部位，如領(lǐng)口、袖口、胸前、圍裙等易臟處，它的防水、耐磨、防酸堿等特點(diǎn)增加了衣服的多功能性，滿足其不同職業(yè)需求。
[Abstract]:The beauty of modern fashion design depends on the involvement of all kinds of fabrics to survive. Without the fabric, any perfect design can only be utopian. Fashion design style can be presented completely. Therefore, the effective use of fabric is the prerequisite for the success of clothing design. Because Parryl can be coated on clothing fabric, there is no harm to human body for a long time. In this paper, using vacuum coating technology, the experiment shows that the coating is coated on paper, cotton, hemp, silk and other clothing fabrics, the experiment shows that the coating can be applied to different clothing fabrics, such as paper, cotton, hemp, silk and so on. It has better waterproof, anti-fouling, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant functions, and improves the service life of garment fabric, and gives it new functions. The thickness of coating can be controlled between 0.1 渭 m and 3 渭 m according to the design requirements. It can guarantee the function of coated fabric and maintain the original appearance and texture. The thickness of coating can change the soft and hard degree of coated fabric in the range of 3 ~ 10 渭 m. The requirement of design effect and material of garment can be fulfilled by controlling the thickness of the coating. This paper shows the application of Perrin coated fabric in clothing design from four aspects: paper wedding dress, ink element dress, dress dress and professional dress. The application of paper wedding dress has changed the tradition of collecting dress or renting dress after marriage. Paper wedding dress is a disposable circular wedding dress, low cost, simple production process, in line with the concept of green and environmental protection in today's society; combined with Chinese culture to create their own national characteristics of clothing-hand-painted ink element clothing, With unique brand cultural significance and market value, the exaggeration of dress shape can effectively reduce the auxiliary effect of clothing accessories in the clothing interior space, which brings contrast to the clothing fabric and also saves some production processes. The versatility of Parrillin-coated fabric is most effective in the application of professional wear, coated in certain parts of the garment, such as neckline, cuff, chest, apron and other easily dirty parts, its waterproof, wear-resistant, Acid-proof alkali and other characteristics increase the versatility of clothing to meet their different professional needs.
