【摘要】：目前，旅游已成為老年人豐富業(yè)余生活、提高生活品質(zhì)的重要途徑�；诶夏耆寺糜涡枨笤黾印⒙糜畏⻊召|(zhì)量要求提高以及旅游權(quán)益受損現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)等現(xiàn)實需要，老年人旅游權(quán)益保障體制建設成為旅游行業(yè)整體實力提升的重要內(nèi)容。本文通過七個部分對老年人旅游權(quán)益保障體制進行了全面的分析。第一部分筆者主要介紹了論文的選題背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目的與意義、論文的研究方法與技術(shù)路線、研究重點難點與創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分通過對弱勢群體保護理論、旅游權(quán)是人權(quán)的延伸理論的簡要論述，奠定論文寫作的基礎理論。同時，對老年人的旅游權(quán)益和老年人旅游權(quán)益保障體制的內(nèi)涵進行了全新的界定，區(qū)別于以往傳統(tǒng)的概念理解。第三部分從老年人的人口特征、老年人對旅游產(chǎn)品與服務的需求特征入手，分析老年人在旅游權(quán)益保障在內(nèi)容和途徑上的特殊性，，指明了老年人旅游權(quán)益保障是社會文明程度的重要體現(xiàn)。第四部分根據(jù)調(diào)查問卷重點分析了目前我國老年人旅游權(quán)益保障的現(xiàn)存問題，并就其原因進行剖析，進而總結(jié)出建設我國老年人旅游權(quán)益保障體制的要求。第五部分比較分析國際社會和地區(qū)在老年人旅游權(quán)益保障方面的積極作為并得到啟示。第六部作者提出了老年人旅游權(quán)益保障的體制框架。在結(jié)合我國具體實際的前提下，借鑒國外經(jīng)驗，作者從法律保障、組織保障、制度保障、環(huán)境保障四方面來構(gòu)建老年人旅游權(quán)益保障體制。第七部分對全論文進行了系統(tǒng)性的總結(jié)，同時指出論文研究的不足之處。
[Abstract]:At present, tourism has become an important way for the elderly to enrich their amateur lives and improve their quality of life. The construction of tourism rights and interests protection system for the elderly has become an important part of the promotion of the overall strength of the tourism industry. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the protection system of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly through seven parts. The first part mainly introduces the author. The background of the thesis, Domestic and foreign research status, research purpose and significance, research methods and technical routes, research difficulties and innovations. The second part through the theory of the protection of vulnerable groups, tourism rights is an extension of human rights briefly discussed. At the same time, it defines the tourism rights of the elderly and the connotation of the protection system of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly, which is different from the traditional concept of understanding. The third part from the demographic characteristics of the elderly, Starting with the characteristics of the elderly's demand for tourism products and services, this paper analyzes the particularity of the contents and ways of the protection of the elderly's tourism rights and interests. This paper points out that the protection of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly is an important embodiment of the social civilization. Part 4th focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the protection of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly in China according to the questionnaire, and analyzes its causes. In 5th, the author compares and analyzes the positive actions of the international community and regions in the protection of the tourism rights and interests of the elderly. 6th authors put forward the proposal. The institutional framework for the protection of tourism rights and interests of the elderly. Drawing on the experience of foreign countries, the author constructs the protection system of tourism rights and interests of the elderly from four aspects: legal security, organizational security, institutional protection and environmental protection. Part 7th systematically summarizes the whole paper. At the same time, the paper points out the shortcomings of the research.
