【摘要】：醫(yī)療旅游是最近幾年國(guó)際上發(fā)展極為迅猛的新型旅游型態(tài),即便是在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,也能維持兩位數(shù)的高增長(zhǎng)速度。亞洲國(guó)家泰國(guó)、印度、馬來(lái)西亞因擁有先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療技術(shù)、勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格較低等優(yōu)勢(shì),已經(jīng)成為歐美患者出國(guó)就醫(yī)的首選地。國(guó)外學(xué)者預(yù)計(jì)我國(guó)將是下一輪醫(yī)療旅游目的地。杭州是“東方休閑之都、品質(zhì)生活之城”,醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系較完善,醫(yī)療科技與設(shè)備先進(jìn),高素質(zhì)醫(yī)療人才集聚,發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游對(duì)促進(jìn)杭州旅游業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 論文首先介紹了國(guó)外醫(yī)療旅游的發(fā)展情況,并結(jié)合最近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)醫(yī)療旅游的相關(guān)研究,試圖在厘清醫(yī)療旅游研究進(jìn)展與行業(yè)發(fā)展軌跡與特征的基礎(chǔ)上,為分析杭州醫(yī)療旅游的發(fā)展提供背景與理論支持；其次,在研究分析杭州醫(yī)療旅游客源市場(chǎng)后,采用SWOT分析方法,通過(guò)杭州發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與威脅的全面分析,研究杭州發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游的可行性；第三,依據(jù)杭州發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游的條件,結(jié)合醫(yī)療旅游的影響因子與國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威人士對(duì)醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展看法,提出推進(jìn)杭州醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展的對(duì)策。 論文共分七章。第一章緒論,介紹了研究背景與選題意義,包括國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,論文研究思路,研究?jī)?nèi)容,研究方法等。論文的研究背景主要從兩個(gè)方面來(lái)論述：一是醫(yī)療旅游在全球興起；二是我國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)需要高端產(chǎn)品。論文所采用的研究方法主要有文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查法、歸納法等。 第二章為醫(yī)療旅游國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概述,介紹了近年來(lái)國(guó)外醫(yī)療旅游的研究情況和我國(guó)醫(yī)療旅游的研究情況。 第三章為醫(yī)療旅游及其在我國(guó)的發(fā)展,介紹了醫(yī)療旅游的內(nèi)涵,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上分析了醫(yī)療旅游影響因素,以及我國(guó)醫(yī)療旅游的發(fā)展情況。 第四章是杭州醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究,詳細(xì)分析了杭州醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展的客源市場(chǎng)及面臨的問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn)。 第五章是杭州發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游的必要性與可行性研究,是論文的重點(diǎn)之一。認(rèn)為杭州發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游是醫(yī)療業(yè)、旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,也是提升杭州城市形象的需要,并通過(guò)SWOT分析方法論證了杭州開(kāi)展醫(yī)療旅游的可行性。 第六章是杭州醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展對(duì)策研究,是論文的重點(diǎn)之一。論文從政府加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)籌管理給予政策支持、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)提高醫(yī)療技術(shù)與服務(wù)、業(yè)界加強(qiáng)宣傳與推介提高醫(yī)療旅游的社會(huì)認(rèn)知度等三個(gè)方面提出了相關(guān)建議。 第七章是結(jié)論與討論,對(duì)研究結(jié)論、不足之處及展望給予了說(shuō)明。
[Abstract]:Medical tourism is a new type of tourism that has grown rapidly in recent years, maintaining double-digit growth even after the global economic crisis. The Asian countries Thailand, India. Malaysia has the advantage of low labor price because of its advanced medical technology. Foreign scholars predict that China will be the next round of medical tourism destination. Hangzhou is the "leisure capital of the East, the city of quality life", and the medical service system is relatively perfect. The medical science and technology and equipment are advanced, the high quality medical talents gather together, the development of medical tourism is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrade of Hangzhou tourism industry and sustainable development. First of all, the paper introduces the development of medical tourism abroad, and combined with the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on medical tourism related research. On the basis of clarifying the research progress of medical tourism and the development track and characteristics of the industry, this paper tries to provide the background and theoretical support for the analysis of the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou. Secondly, after studying and analyzing the medical tourist market in Hangzhou, the author adopts SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou. To study the feasibility of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou; Thirdly, according to the conditions of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou, combined with the influencing factors of medical tourism and the views of domestic and foreign authorities on the development of medical tourism, the countermeasures to promote the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou are put forward. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research, including the development of medical tourism at home and abroad, research ideas, research content. Research methods and so on. The research background of this paper is mainly discussed from two aspects: one is the rise of medical tourism in the world; Second, our country's tourism market needs high-end products. The main research methods used in this paper are literature research, investigation, induction and so on. The second chapter is a summary of medical tourism research at home and abroad, and introduces the research situation of medical tourism abroad and medical tourism in China in recent years. The third chapter is medical tourism and its development in China, introduced the connotation of medical tourism, through the investigation on the basis of relevant literature analysis of medical tourism impact factors. And the development of medical tourism in China. Chapter 4th is a study on the current situation of medical tourism development in Hangzhou, and the problems and challenges faced by the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou are analyzed in detail. Chapter 5th is the necessity and feasibility study of the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou, which is one of the key points of the paper. It is considered that the development of medical tourism in Hangzhou is the need of the development of medical industry and tourism. It is also the need to improve the city image of Hangzhou. The feasibility of developing medical tourism in Hangzhou is proved by SWOT analysis. Chapter 6th is the research of Hangzhou medical tourism development countermeasure, is one of the emphases of the paper. The paper gives policy support from the government to strengthen the overall management, medical institutions to improve the medical technology and service. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote and promote the social cognition of medical tourism. Chapter 7th is the conclusion and discussion, the research conclusions, shortcomings and prospects are explained.
