【摘要】：黑龍江省特有的地理位置和區(qū)位條件賜予了它得天獨(dú)厚的旅游資源和旅游特色。連綿起伏的山脈、沃野千里的平原、宛如碧玉的濕地、銀裝素裹的雪原、神奇的火山地貌、獨(dú)特的高山堰塞湖等組成了黑龍江省豐富多樣的旅游景觀。然而在全球旅游大發(fā)展的良好背景下，擁有如此優(yōu)越資源條件的黑龍江省并沒(méi)有展現(xiàn)出應(yīng)有的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)，其中除黑龍江省旅游業(yè)起步較晚這一歷史原因外，也存在著結(jié)構(gòu)單一、開(kāi)發(fā)思路及營(yíng)銷理念未能從整體角度考慮等問(wèn)題。 文章利用文獻(xiàn)查閱分析法和實(shí)例分析法，對(duì)黑龍江省旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)合黑龍江省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)冰雪旅游、生態(tài)旅游、觀光旅游、節(jié)慶旅游進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)，根據(jù)具體評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果，總結(jié)歸納了黑龍江省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的六大問(wèn)題。針對(duì)性的提出了對(duì)黑龍江省旅游業(yè)切實(shí)可行的整合發(fā)展對(duì)策，主要包括：旅游資源整合、旅游形象整合，旅游交通整合、旅游網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源整合、旅游客源市場(chǎng)整合、旅游專業(yè)人才整合、旅游企業(yè)整合，有助于黑龍江省旅游業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展。 主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： 第一章：緒論。主要講述論文寫作背景和研究意義，國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述，研究方法，文章的寫作難點(diǎn)以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章：黑龍江省旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。包括黑龍江省旅游資源現(xiàn)狀，旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，黑龍江省旅游客源市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀。 第三章：黑龍江省旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及旅游產(chǎn)品發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)。 第四章：黑龍江省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題。 第五章：黑龍江省旅游整合發(fā)展對(duì)策研究。 第六章：結(jié)論與展望�？偨Y(jié)文章研究成果，，以及有待進(jìn)一步研究探討的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang Province's unique geographical location and location conditions have given it unique tourist resources and tourism characteristics. Rolling mountains, fertile plains, just like Jasper wetlands, snowy snow. The magical volcanic landform, the unique mountain barrier lake and so on make up the rich and diverse tourist landscape of Heilongjiang Province. However, under the good background of the global tourism development. Heilongjiang Province, with such superior resources, has not shown its due development trend. In addition to the historical reason of the late start of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province, there is also a single structure. Development ideas and marketing ideas can not be considered from the overall perspective and other issues. This paper studies the current situation of tourism resources development in Heilongjiang Province by using the method of literature review and case analysis. Combined with the actual situation of tourism development in Heilongjiang Province, it makes a study of ice and snow tourism, eco-tourism and sightseeing tourism. Festival tourism comprehensive evaluation, according to the specific evaluation results. Summed up the six major problems in the development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province. Targeted to the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province feasible integration and development countermeasures, including: tourism resources integration, tourism image integration. Tourism transportation integration, tourism network information resources integration, tourist source market integration, tourism professionals integration, tourism enterprise integration will contribute to the future development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province. The main contents of the study are as follows: The first chapter: introduction. It mainly describes the background and significance of the thesis, the domestic and foreign research review, research methods, writing difficulties and innovative points. Chapter two: the present situation of tourism in Heilongjiang Province, including the present situation of tourism resources, the development of tourism economy and the present situation of tourist market in Heilongjiang Province. The third chapter: Heilongjiang province tourism resources development present situation and the tourism product development appraisal. Chapter 4th: problems in the development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province. Chapter 5th: study on the countermeasures of tourism integration and development in Heilongjiang Province. Chapter 6th: conclusions and prospects. Summary of the research results, as well as the problems to be further studied.
