中澳高職旅游教育校企合作模式比較研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)旅游人才的需求也日益增加。旅游業(yè)的服務(wù)性行業(yè)特性使其對(duì)實(shí)踐型、技能型人才的需求更為迫切。高職旅游院校側(cè)重于培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型旅游人才,與本科旅游院校相比,更注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力與實(shí)際工作能力。為了給學(xué)生提供更多的實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì),中國(guó)的高職旅游院校開始謀求與酒店、旅游景區(qū)、旅行社等旅游企業(yè)開展合作,探索校企合作的人才培養(yǎng)新模式,校企合作也逐漸成為高職旅游院校順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求的人才培養(yǎng)模式的新選擇。 通過對(duì)中澳兩國(guó)高職旅游教育校企合作模式的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),,中國(guó)高職旅游教育校企合作處于初級(jí)發(fā)展階段,雙方的合作僅限于實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)與實(shí)習(xí)等少部分教學(xué)活動(dòng),在合作的深度、廣度以及合作的周期等領(lǐng)域都存在諸多局限。比較而言,澳大利亞高職旅游教育自開辦之日起就注重旅游院校與旅游企業(yè)的合作,政府和旅游協(xié)會(huì)在推動(dòng)校企合作的實(shí)施和開展過程中扮演了重要角色。澳大利亞高職旅游教育在校企合作過程中注重對(duì)學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng),合作方式靈活多樣。中國(guó)與澳大利亞高職旅游教育校企合作在課程設(shè)置、師資力量、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地、評(píng)估與認(rèn)證機(jī)制、法律法規(guī)、資格認(rèn)證機(jī)制等許多方面存在差異。這些差異的存在是由兩國(guó)的教育理念、對(duì)旅游管理專業(yè)的認(rèn)知、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展階段、學(xué)歷認(rèn)證機(jī)制等原因造成的。同時(shí),澳大利亞在校企合作的過程中也存在著一些問題。有鑒于此,中國(guó)不能一味的追隨國(guó)外校企合作模式,要有針對(duì)性的學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒澳大利亞高職旅游教育校企合作經(jīng)驗(yàn),根據(jù)中國(guó)旅游教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r調(diào)整現(xiàn)有的校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式:成立校企合作組織機(jī)構(gòu),建設(shè)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍,明確人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、加強(qiáng)校企合作法律法規(guī)的建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)校企合作實(shí)習(xí)期間的管理,并努力發(fā)掘出適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的校企合作新方式,以此來促進(jìn)中國(guó)高職旅游教育的發(fā)展,從而為中國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)培養(yǎng)出更多優(yōu)秀的旅游專業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's tourism industry, the demand for tourism talents is also increasing day by day. The demand of skilled talents is more urgent. Higher vocational tourism colleges focus on the cultivation of applied tourism talents, compared with undergraduate tourism colleges. In order to provide more practical opportunities for students, higher vocational tourism colleges in China began to seek cooperation with tourism enterprises such as hotels, tourist attractions, travel agencies and so on. This paper explores the new mode of talents training in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has gradually become the new choice of talents training mode for higher vocational tourism colleges to meet the needs of the market. Through the comparison of the cooperation mode between Chinese and Australian higher vocational tourism colleges and enterprises, it is found that the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China is in the primary stage of development. The cooperation between the two sides is limited to a small number of teaching activities, such as practical teaching and practice, and there are many limitations in the fields of depth, breadth and cycle of cooperation. Australian higher vocational tourism education has paid attention to the cooperation between tourism colleges and tourism enterprises since its inception. The government and tourism association play an important role in promoting the implementation and development of school-enterprise cooperation. Higher vocational tourism education in Australia pays attention to the cultivation of students' ability in the process of school-enterprise cooperation. Cooperation mode is flexible and diverse. China and Australia higher vocational tourism education cooperation in the curriculum, teachers, training base, evaluation and certification mechanism, laws and regulations. The existence of these differences is caused by the educational concept of the two countries, the cognition of tourism management specialty, the development stage of tourism industry, the certification mechanism of academic qualifications, etc. At the same time. There are also some problems in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises in Australia. In view of this, China cannot blindly follow the mode of cooperation between foreign schools and enterprises. It is necessary to study and learn from the experiences of tourism cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education in Australia, and adjust the existing cooperative talents training model according to the situation of tourism education and economic development in China: to set up a cooperative organization of schools and enterprises. We should build a "double-qualified" teaching team, clarify the goal of talent training, strengthen the construction of laws and regulations for cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen the management during the period of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and strive to find out new ways of cooperation between schools and enterprises that are suitable for China's national conditions. In order to promote the development of higher vocational tourism education in China, so as to train more excellent tourism professionals for China's tourism industry.
