【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡的現(xiàn)象越來越明顯,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平存在很大差距。隨著城市化進程的加快,城市的多中心化促使區(qū)域核心-邊緣的結(jié)構(gòu)日益清晰。在核心城市周圍存在經(jīng)濟水平較為落后的邊緣城市,這些邊緣城市在社會經(jīng)濟文化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展過程中容易被忽視。然而,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化,人們價值觀、審美觀發(fā)生變化,心理需求層次提高,市場需求呈現(xiàn)多樣化的發(fā)展趨勢。邊緣城市借助獨特的區(qū)位條件和資源基礎(chǔ),在發(fā)展旅游方面存在后發(fā)優(yōu)勢,旅游可以成為城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的突破點,邊緣城市的旅游發(fā)展對于邊緣地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和區(qū)域平衡統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展存在很高的價值。 目前對于邊緣城市的研究主要集中在城市規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟和社會倫理等領(lǐng)域,且側(cè)重宏觀描述邊緣城市現(xiàn)狀及特征,缺少對邊緣城市發(fā)展方向轉(zhuǎn)型的思考。本文通過梳理前人研究成果,從旅游的視角切入,分析邊緣城市旅游發(fā)展的科學(xué)取向。同時,借鑒國外邊緣城市案例經(jīng)驗,嘗試為邊緣城市的旅游發(fā)展提供路徑建議。 本文的研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)論主要包括以下幾點。首先,在綜述相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以核心-邊緣理論、文化生態(tài)學(xué)理論和體驗經(jīng)濟理論為支撐,并分析三大理論對邊緣城市發(fā)展的實際應(yīng)用價值,同時運用SWOT模型分析邊緣城市旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅。第二,以理論分析為指導(dǎo),選取德國海德堡、英國巴斯和美國奧蘭多為案例,借鑒國外邊緣城市旅游發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,三個案例分析側(cè)重點不同,以期為后文的發(fā)展模式提煉提供參考。第三,融合理論基礎(chǔ)和案例研究,歸納邊緣城市旅游發(fā)展的三大模式：區(qū)域旅游聯(lián)動模式、城市文化運營模式和主題體驗驅(qū)動模式,并分析運用三大模式的內(nèi)容、原則和流程。第四,有的放矢給出邊緣城市旅游發(fā)展的八大策略,諸如完善旅游交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、開發(fā)差異細分市場、擴大政府規(guī)劃合作、保護城市文化特色、深度挖掘文化內(nèi)涵、建立文化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、設(shè)計旅游體驗主題和提高游客參與程度等。最后,運用本文的分析邏輯,對邊緣城市上海松江進行實證研究,力求為該地旅游發(fā)展提出若干可資參考的建議策略。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of unbalanced economic development in China is becoming more and more obvious, and there is a big gap in the level of regional economic development, along with the acceleration of the urbanization process. The multicentrism of the city makes the structure of the regional core and edge clear day by day, and there are some marginal cities with backward economic level around the core cities. These marginal cities are easy to be ignored in the process of the coordinated development of social economy and culture. However, with the economic globalization, people's values, aesthetic standards have changed, and the level of psychological needs has been raised. With the help of unique location conditions and resource basis, marginal cities have the advantage of late development in tourism development. Tourism can become a breakthrough point of urban economic development. The tourism development of marginal cities is of great value to the economic development and balanced regional development of marginal areas. At present, the research on marginal cities mainly focuses on urban planning, industrial economy and social ethics, and focuses on the macro description of the status quo and characteristics of marginal cities. Lack of thinking on the transformation of the development direction of marginal cities. This paper analyzes the scientific orientation of tourism development in marginal cities from the perspective of tourism through combing the previous research results. Based on the experience of foreign marginal cities, this paper tries to provide suggestions for the tourism development of marginal cities. The research contents and conclusions of this paper mainly include the following points. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the relevant research, the core-edge theory, the theory of cultural ecology and the theory of experience economy are taken as the support. It also analyzes the practical application value of the three theories to the development of marginal cities, and uses SWOT model to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of tourism in marginal cities. Secondly, guided by theoretical analysis. Select Heidelberg, England and Orlando as the case, draw lessons from the experience of foreign marginal cities tourism development, three cases analysis different emphasis, in order to provide a reference for the development model refining. Third. Combining the theoretical basis and case study, this paper summarizes the three models of tourism development in marginal cities: regional tourism linkage mode, urban culture operation model and thematic experience driven model, and analyzes the content of the three models. Principle and flow. 4th. Eight strategies of tourism development in marginal cities are given, such as perfecting tourism transportation network, developing differentiated market, expanding government planning cooperation, and protecting urban cultural characteristics. Deeply dig the cultural connotation, establish the cultural industry system, design the theme of tourism experience and improve the degree of tourist participation. Finally, use the logic of this paper to carry out an empirical study on the edge city of Shanghai Songjiang. This paper tries to put forward some suggestions and strategies for the development of tourism in this area.
