【摘要】:上世紀90年代,素質(zhì)教育已被納入到我國基礎教育、中等教育、高等教育的范疇中,并得到大力提倡。禮儀教育是素質(zhì)教育中非常重要的外在表達教育。沒有禮儀教育,素質(zhì)教育的外化、表達會失去很重要的環(huán)節(jié)。高職學生,既是傳統(tǒng)禮儀的傳承者,又是體現(xiàn)新思維、新道德規(guī)范的高等職業(yè)教育接受者。禮儀行為不僅有利于高職學生的未來就業(yè),更有利于良好心態(tài)的樹立,創(chuàng)造一個人際關(guān)系良好的生活工作環(huán)境。 本文提出了禮儀素質(zhì)的新概念,禮儀素質(zhì)是由素質(zhì)教育中外顯部分構(gòu)成的。行為體現(xiàn)內(nèi)在知識和涵養(yǎng),,是行為處事的思維方式和方法。將素質(zhì)教育與禮儀教育進行了融合。同時,把禮儀素質(zhì)教育放在高職酒店管理專業(yè)的教學環(huán)境中,詳細分析了影響禮儀素質(zhì)教育的各類因素。并且,選取三螺旋為研究視角,從社會、行業(yè)、學校三方教育空間模式中,試圖建立一個完善的旅游禮儀素質(zhì)教育體系。本為主要在三螺旋視角下探討了禮儀素質(zhì)教育體系的建立方法與實施辦法。本文共五章:第一章為引言部分。對本文的研究背景、意義、相關(guān)綜述,研究內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新性和研究方法進行介紹。第二章簡要介紹了禮儀素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵和理論依據(jù)。明確三螺旋理論基礎與禮儀素質(zhì)教育的關(guān)系。第三章通過調(diào)查問卷的形式簡要描述了高職禮儀教育現(xiàn)狀、問題及原因。第四章為核心章節(jié),高職旅游專業(yè)禮儀素質(zhì)教育體系的構(gòu)建。第五章為高職旅游專業(yè)禮儀素質(zhì)教育體系的運用于實施,是具體的應用過程。
[Abstract]:In 90s, the quality of education has been incorporated into China's basic education, secondary education, higher education category, and vigorously promoted. The etiquette education is very important in quality education education. No external expression of etiquette education, quality education, it will lose the expression of important link. Higher vocational students is the traditional etiquette heritage, and embodies the new thought, the higher occupation education recipients of new moral standard. Etiquette is not only conducive to the students' future employment, more conducive to establish a good attitude, personal relationships to create a good living and working environment.
This paper presents a new concept of quality of etiquette, etiquette education is quality education by explicit parts. Behavior reflects the intrinsic knowledge and virtue, is a way of thinking and methods of doing things. The quality of education and etiquette education of the integration. At the same time, the quality of etiquette education in hotel management specialty in higher vocational education teaching environment, the various factors affecting the quality of etiquette education in detail. And select three spiral as the research perspective, from the society, school education industry, three party space mode, trying to establish a perfect tourism etiquette quality education system. This is mainly in the three helix theory to explore the establishment of methods and measures for the implementation of quality education etiquette system. This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is introduction. The research background, the significance, review, research and innovation and research methods of the paper. The second chapter briefly Introduces the connotation of etiquette quality education and theoretical basis. To make clear the relationship of three spiral theory and etiquette quality-oriented education. The third chapter through the questionnaire in the form of a brief description of the present situation of Higher Vocational College etiquette education, problems and reasons. The fourth chapter is the core chapter, construction of etiquette of Tourism Specialty in higher vocational education quality education system. The fifth chapter is the use of higher vocational education tourism professional etiquette quality education system in the implementation process, is application specific.
