【摘要】：由于海島能給旅游者帶來遠離城市喧囂和徹底回歸自然的輕松感受而倍受青睞,已成為世界的旅游熱點地區(qū)。 東壁島海濱旅游度假村是由福清龍f旅游開發(fā)有限公司于2004年開始投資開發(fā)的,登上東壁島的主峰,可以看到全島的風(fēng)貌,全島海洋資源豐富,風(fēng)景秀麗、景色宜人,是休閑度假的好去處。 東壁島的旅游開發(fā)能加快福清當(dāng)?shù)氐幕A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),為福清市的綜合經(jīng)濟提升提供堅強的后盾,使各個行業(yè)都可以從旅游業(yè)帶來一定的效益提升；東壁島的開發(fā)還能夠擴大福清市民的就業(yè)渠道,容納更多的勞動力,緩解就業(yè)問題；還能夠更好地開發(fā)福清保護生態(tài)旅游資源,有利于提高福清的環(huán)境保護、環(huán)境美化。能為福清帶來許多外地旅游人員,使得文化交流更加頻繁,使更多的人認(rèn)識福清,帶來一定的社會經(jīng)濟效益。 東壁島每年都會舉行燃放焰火、放飛孔明燈、拜月許愿、海上觀明月、放逐蓮花燈、燒磚塔等活動。目前擬投資1億元擴建的二期項目,將建設(shè)兩區(qū)一街、兩湖一山、兩灘一岸一島,包括九使山景觀、海底溫泉、航線游船等項目,這些項目能給游客帶來許多樂趣,使游客在繁忙的都市生活之余,享受休閑生活的美好。 本文在第二部分對東壁島的旅游資源條件進行了調(diào)查分析,其中包括旅游資源概況、旅游資源評價、旅游市場條件分析、SWOT分析、旅游區(qū)空間規(guī)劃、旅游產(chǎn)品策劃等等方面,從這些調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)中,我們可以總結(jié)分析出東壁島的現(xiàn)狀以及之后該如何更好的探索出適合自己的發(fā)展道路。 歷史上,有人美稱東壁島為“海上仙山”,并與山東的蓬萊島并稱為“瀛州”。隨著旅游景點和休閑度假項目的進一步開發(fā)建設(shè),東壁島將更富有誘惑力。
[Abstract]:Because the island can bring tourists away from the bustle of the city and completely return to nature, it has become a hot spot in the world. Dongbi island seaside tourist resort was invested and developed by Fuqing long fen tourism development co., Ltd in 2004. We can see the style of the whole island and the rich marine resources of the whole island by boarding the main peak of Dongbi island. The scenery is beautiful, the scenery is pleasant, is the leisure vacation good place. The tourism development of Dongbi Island can speed up the construction of local infrastructure in Fuqing, provide strong backing for the comprehensive economic upgrading of Fuqing City, and enable all industries to bring certain benefits from the tourism industry. The development of Dongbi Island can also expand the employment channels of Fuqing citizens, accommodate more labor force, and alleviate the employment problem. Also can better develop Fuqing protection of eco-tourism resources, conducive to improve Fuqing's environmental protection, landscaping, can bring many foreign tourists for Fuqing, making cultural exchanges more frequent. So that more people know Fuqing, bring certain social and economic benefits. Each year, Dongbi Island will hold activities such as fireworks, flying Kong Ming lanterns, worshiping the moon, watching the moon at sea, banishing lotus lanterns, burning brick towers, etc. At present, the second phase of the project, which is to invest 100 million yuan in the expansion, will build two districts and one street. Two lakes, one mountain, two beaches, one shore and one island, including Jiuchenshan landscape, submarine hot springs, cruise lines and other projects, these projects can give tourists a lot of fun, so that tourists in the busy city outside of life. Enjoy the beauty of your leisure life. In the second part of this paper, the conditions of tourism resources in Dongbi Island are investigated and analyzed, including the general situation of tourism resources, the evaluation of tourism resources, the analysis of tourism market conditions, the SWOT analysis, and the spatial planning of tourism areas. Tourism product planning and other aspects, from these survey data, we can sum up and analyze the current situation of Dongbi Island and how to better explore the development of their own road. Historically, some people called Dongbi Island "Xianshan at Sea" and "Yingzhou" with Penglai Island in Shandong Province. With the further development and construction of tourist attractions and leisure vacation projects, Dongbi Island will be more attractive.
