【摘要】:效率一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的核心問(wèn)題之一。對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)而言,效率是政府部門(mén)以及旅游企業(yè)等對(duì)旅游資源的有效配置,是旅游企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、投入產(chǎn)出能力以及持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的總稱(chēng)。本文首先闡述研究的背景及意義,對(duì)效率的概念進(jìn)行解析及界定,并對(duì)效率測(cè)度的主要方法——參數(shù)方法和非參數(shù)方法進(jìn)行了分析?偨Y(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率研究中存在的不足,并鑒借的取得的成果和方法。目前國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率研究所涉及的領(lǐng)域相對(duì)于國(guó)外要少,且國(guó)外側(cè)重從酒店、旅行社、機(jī)場(chǎng)等企業(yè)的形式進(jìn)行測(cè)算,國(guó)內(nèi)則側(cè)重從省級(jí)、城際等區(qū)域?qū)用娴暮暧^研究。 其次,本文運(yùn)用超效率DEA模型和Malmqulst指數(shù)模型對(duì)西部地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率分別測(cè)算。研究表明:西部地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)靜態(tài)效率總體保持上升的態(tài)勢(shì),從2000年的0.708上升到2010年的0.714,11年間效率均值為0.715,說(shuō)明近年來(lái)西部12省的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率得到了一定的提升。11年間,西部地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率雖然有所提高,但期間呈現(xiàn)一種“升降升降”不斷波動(dòng)的變化趨勢(shì)。2000-2010年西部地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的動(dòng)態(tài)效率呈年平均11.4%的狀態(tài)增長(zhǎng),,其中技術(shù)進(jìn)步年平均增長(zhǎng)8.7%,技術(shù)效率年平均增長(zhǎng)3.9%。可見(jiàn),旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)效率增長(zhǎng)的提高主要由技術(shù)進(jìn)步引起,而技術(shù)效率對(duì)其促進(jìn)作用還不是很明顯。 最后,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)西部12省份旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率變化的影響因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別。研究結(jié)果表明:服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平以及公路交通建設(shè)對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的影響不顯著,而其他四個(gè)變量對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率都呈顯著影響,其中服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模呈顯著的負(fù)向影響,其余三個(gè)變量都呈顯著的正向影響,影響系數(shù)由大到小依次為固定資產(chǎn)投資、區(qū)位條件以及地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:Efficiency has always been one of the core issues in economic research. For tourism industry, efficiency is the effective allocation of tourism resources by government departments and tourism enterprises, and is the market competitiveness of tourism enterprises. Input-output capacity and sustainable development capacity. Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the study, and analyzes and defines the concept of efficiency. The paper also analyzes the main methods of efficiency measurement-parametric method and non-parametric method, and summarizes the shortcomings of domestic and foreign scholars in the study of tourism industry efficiency. At present, the domestic research on tourism industry efficiency is less than foreign countries, and foreign focus on the form of hotels, travel agencies, airports and other enterprises to calculate. Domestic focus on the provincial, inter-city and other regional level of macro-research. Second. In this paper, DEA model and Malmqulst index model are used to measure the tourism industry efficiency in the western region. The research shows that the static efficiency of the tourism industry in the western region is on the whole rising. From 0. 708 in 2000 to 0. 714 in 2010, the average efficiency was 0. 715. It shows that in recent years, the tourism industry efficiency of the western 12 provinces has been improved to a certain extent. 11 years, although the tourism industry efficiency has improved in the western region. However, the dynamic efficiency of tourism industry in western China increased by an average of 11.4% per year from 2000 to 2010. Among them, the average annual growth of technological progress is 8.7, and the average annual growth of technical efficiency is 3.9. it can be seen that the improvement of dynamic efficiency of tourism industry is mainly caused by technological progress. But the technical efficiency to its promotion function is not very obvious. Finally. The panel data model of econometrics is used to identify the influencing factors of the change of tourism industry efficiency in 12 western provinces. The results show that:. The development level of service industry and highway traffic construction have no significant effect on the efficiency of tourism industry. The other four variables have a significant impact on the efficiency of tourism industry, among which the scale of service industry development is significantly negative impact, the other three variables are significantly positive impact. The influence coefficient from big to small is fixed assets investment, location condition and regional economy.
