【摘要】:德宏傣族景頗族自治州首府芒市早在上個(gè)世紀(jì)的60年代,已經(jīng)有“孔雀之鄉(xiāng)”、“神話之鄉(xiāng)”和“歌舞之鄉(xiāng)”的美譽(yù),后來,芒市又以區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)成為陸路直達(dá)南亞和東南亞國家的“名副其實(shí)的交通走廊”。這個(gè)地處中國云南省西南部的邊境縣市,以它獨(dú)特的地理環(huán)境和優(yōu)美的自然風(fēng)光吸引了來自世界各地的人們。隨著云南“橋頭堡戰(zhàn)略”的提出和實(shí)施,芒市的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)飛速發(fā)展,在建設(shè)面向南亞、東南亞經(jīng)濟(jì)重要樞紐的同時(shí),其文化資源優(yōu)勢(shì)也越來越明顯,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下顯示出特有的魅力。但多年來,芒市的發(fā)展一直處于尷尬境地——雖與緬甸有多條通商通道,但至今沒有國家級(jí)口岸,形成“有邊無岸”的現(xiàn)狀;雖風(fēng)光綺麗,景點(diǎn)壯觀,但眾多游客只知瑞麗不知芒市,與相鄰區(qū)域的騰沖、瑞麗、盈江相比,芒市沒有一張屬于自己的旅游名片。盡管擁有得天獨(dú)厚的自然和人文資源,但是當(dāng)?shù)孛癖姌O大地缺乏品牌文化意識(shí),對(duì)旅游資源的開發(fā)一片茫然。 雖然芒市擁有豐厚的文化資源,但是作為經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)的民族地區(qū),其旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)振興的優(yōu)勢(shì)何在?隨著市場(chǎng)化程度的提高,產(chǎn)業(yè)化的推進(jìn)會(huì)不會(huì)損傷甚至湮滅民族文化的特色?如今,,“旅游開發(fā)”和“文化保護(hù)”已經(jīng)或多或少地成為了旅游項(xiàng)目中的一組悖論。是否旅游開發(fā)一定要以犧牲當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕瘍r(jià)值為代價(jià),還是可以通過合理有效的途徑,使開發(fā)與保護(hù)互惠互利、相得益彰,這是在當(dāng)下值得我們深刻思考的命題。芒市作為一個(gè)自然資源豐厚,民族特色鮮明,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)落后的地區(qū),在全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭當(dāng)中,怎樣做到選擇與本地條件相適應(yīng)的模式與路徑,振興具有獨(dú)特魅力的地方旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),理應(yīng)成為當(dāng)?shù)卣贫ㄒ?guī)劃時(shí)候的題中應(yīng)有之義。

This is located in the Ministry of the southwest of Yunnan province China border counties, with its unique geographical environment and beautiful natural scenery has attracted people from all over the world. With the proposed and the implementation of the Yunnan" bridgehead strategy ", the rapid development of economic construction in the construction of Mangshi, an important hub for South Asia, Southeast Asia economy at the same time, the advantages of cultural resources is more and more obviously, showing the unique charm in the background of economic globalization. But over the years, mans development has always been in an awkward position, although with Burma has a plurality of trade channels, but until now no country Home port, the formation of "status quo has boundless shore"; although the scenery is beautiful, spectacular attractions, but many tourists not only know Ruili Mans, and the adjacent regions of Tengchong, Ruili, Yingjiang compared to a no mans own tourism. Despite the name card of the natural and cultural resources richly endowed by nature, but local people a great lack of brand culture consciousness, on the development of tourism resources at a loss.
Although Mangshi has rich cultural resources, but as the underdeveloped ethnic areas, where the tourism industry promotion advantage? As the degree of marketization, industrialization advancement will damage and annihilation of the characteristics of national culture? Now, "tourism development" and "cultural protection" has become a more or less paradoxes in tourism projects. Whether the tourism development must be at the expense of the local cultural value for the price, or through reasonable and effective way, so that the development and protection of mutual benefit and complement each other, it is worth pondering when the mans proposition. As a natural resource rich, distinctive national characteristics, but the economic the relatively backward area, in the global economic competition, how to model and path selection with local conditions, the unique charm of the local tourism It should be the right of the local government to formulate the time of planning.
